Expérience fantastique: I had the a wonderful experience at Mint Nutrition Clinic. I was having some severe digestion issues and the Dr's suggested a diet change. I went into the clinic and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. My nutritionist listened to me and put me on a special diet plan (With food I actually like!). Within 10 days I was feeling less bloated, didn't have stomach cramps or heartburn. I have tried 2 other clinics and this by far was the best one! If your looking for a friendly professional staff that actually listen to you, and make a difference, this is the place! Highly recommended!

Elyse provided me a tailored plan and answered all my questions on diet and also checked my progress over intervals . My goal was to lose the last stubborn layer . After following the plan ,I was able to control fat gain plus also able to lose 2kgs with a diet which was enjoyable over a month . I just have to be more consistent. Overall , now that I have my nutrition game on point , I m sure to achieve the desired outcome . The key takeaway from this consulting was that I was able to identify the things which I was doing wrong and knowing this was so important for me as I didn’t wanted to pursue a fitness journey which would never yield results . Elyse is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She happily answered all questions I had about managing high blood pressure. Furthermore, she provided me with lots of positive reinforcement and praise as I made progress toward my goals which made me feel good about myself. I was provided with excellent tools - meal plan, guide to healthy eating, guide to eating out - that have helped me develop healthier eating habits. One thing I really appreciated was that Elyse took the time to ask me what I normally eat, including cultural meals, and incorporated those things into my meal plan. I found the approach to meal planning and diet to be open, focused on healthy choices, and not restrictive - I was encouraged to eat, and eat well! This approach helped ease the anxiety around managing a healthy diet. I also liked that Elyse focused on other factors that influence health as well - we talked about sleep hygiene, stress, and exercise habits, and how these things can influence health and diet. In 3 months, I have lost 19 pounds and my blood pressure has been within the normal range for the past couple of weeks! I will continue to use the strategies given to me! Having been recently diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis at the time, I was looking for guidance as to how I can shift my diet to get inflammation under control to alleviate pain. As well, I wanted to eat healthier for better energy throughout the day, and the weight loss was a lovely bonus. The meal plans that Sarah develops for me caters to my needs, and are easy to follow, and I feel great adhering to these plans. Gone are the days when I had to painfully log the number of calories of each thing I eat, and instead follow a plan that gets me in the habit of consuming nutritious foods that help boost my mood, my energy, and overall health. I have not experienced much inflammation issues for almost a year now. I continuously challenge Sarah with my desire to have foods that are less than ideal, and Sarah continuously finds me delicious and healthy alternatives that not only substitute for what I wanted in the first place, but are often times far better and more delicious.
