Hypnotherapy may be a solution for you and may be worth the gamble, but it was not for me. Good luck with your recovery.

My body and nervous system completely collapsed. I didn't know if hypnotherapy would help me but at that point I had nothing to lose. I was very overwhelmed and lost but Yana was my blessing. Do your research and spend your money in someone that practices hypnosis all you do here is pay to listen to recordings that you can find on YouTube. They won’t let you try one session without purchasing the package that is quite expensive. Then if you don’t like it too late you already paid and wasted your money.

Expérience fantastique: This has been an amazing 3 month experience. My goal was to quit smoking. I was a pack and half smoker for 10 years. I have tried pills, gum and patches. My cravings overtook me especially when stressed. I was not a big user of mediation beforehand I couldn’t shut off my mind. I was skeptical about hypnosis. The staff were supportive and provided tools as adjunct to the hypnosis. I listened to the recordings daily And now for 4 weeks I am smoke free. There are times when cravings occur but with the skills I have learned at Alive and Well made me successful. It made this skeptical a true believer. Money well spent. Expérience fantastique: BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE!!!! I went to Alive and Free because I was suffering from severe anxiety and daily panic attacks. I tried everything and nothing was working. It was getting worse. I stopped working and felt trapped. After joining I noticed the hypnosis started helping me to relax. I was actually feeling more calm. With the help of Yana and Paul, I started to take back control of my mind which was causing my fear and anxiety. Its now been over a year and I have not had a panic attack!!!! I am so grateful to all the team at Alive and Free. They are very caring and dedicated to your success. They were very professional and most importantly helped me:)

Expérience fantastique: I came to Alive and Free Hypnosis to help me with my Anxiety. I had dropped out of school and felt hopeless. I just did not want to leave my room. I would feel overwhelm every morning on my way to school or in class. I would suffer from panic attacks daily. I had been suffering for years but I refused to take pills. I needed a solution not a band aid. My mom brought me to Alive and Free and right away, for the first time I felt hope! Priyen was great at explaining everything and Lisa, Yana and Paul have helped me to take back control! The staff are amazing and caring. Expérience fantastique: Alive and Free worked with me in a way that was respectful, courteous, thorough and effective. I was able to feel in control and making the decision to quit smoking after 28 years was very easy. They made cigarettes taste disgusting!!!! There were no side effects and no feelings of withdrawal. I am grateful to say for sure that I am and will remain a non-smoker! Thank you Alive and Free especially Paul, Lisa and Priyen for helping me help myself!

Expérience fantastique: BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE!!! I write this so hopefully whoever reads this gives Alive and Free a call. They finally helped me get my life back. I have lost 88 lbs since joining Alive and Free!!!!. I sleep better and drink 8 or more glasses of water daily. I exercise regularly, my blood pressure and sugar levels are now normal after 40 plus years. I’ve have been given back the precious gift of my health and life and I am so grateful to Alive and Free. They are very caring and so supportive. Paul and Lisa and the team were amazing. I highly recommend them:)
