Expérience négative: While the staff was friendly, the younger woman was not very knowledgeable and actually giving me incorrect information about a specific vitamin. When I corrected her with information from my medical doctor she said she disagreed. She’s not a doctor so the arrogance was ridiculous. I double checked with my oncologist and this woman was completely wrong! I will not be returning to nature’s source again.

Expérience fantastique: Went to this store for the first time and was looking for some health supplements with no idea what to get. Sachin who was working at the time realized I didn’t know what to get and with his extensive knowledge he guided me to the right product and made sure I was taken care of. Went back to the store a few days later to thank him for recommending that product but he wasn’t there,so decided to post it here. Excellent service and great product, will definitely recommend.

Expérience négative: Have always loved this location, but the lack of face coverings on the staff during this pandemic has made me rethink my shopping choices. Shields can always be worn in place of masks. No consideration to the safety of others.

Expérience négative: Despite the attentive service I was very uncomfortable with the masks being worn by staff. Ineffective is putting it mildly. The masks worn were plastic and did not firmly fit over their nose and mouth. They sit over their face without a seal allowing air droplets to easily pass in and out. These have zero protection for the wearer or customer. I left feeling really unsafe and also upset that a store proposing to promote health would put their customers, many of whom are treating health conditions, at risk.

The staff here are putting high risk individuals - like my Grandpa who shops here - at risk. If you’re walking, talking and able to work - you are NOT exempt, you are selfish. Call 311 to report this business like I have.

I was astonished to observe Mary - May 9th 1:30pm serving guests without a mask on the floor. Nature Source promotes literal health and wellness. You are letting everyone in this community down. They had a self printed message under name tag saying they do not need one but who gave that authority. This is not the first time I have been here and staff not wearing masks. What is being shared nobody knows or do we?

The staff were NOT physically distancing from the customers and were not wearing a face shield either. I understand that one individual might be exempt but there is no excuse for hanging the mask around your neck and not wearing it on your face. Won’t be returning here with my business again. Its clear they don’t take Covid seriously and I won’t risk my life by visiting their establishment again.

Expérience négative: Changing my review to a 1. They have the most ridiculous price match policy I have ever heard of. When I got into the store I asked if they have a price match policy to which the customer service representative said "no" but then as she was ringing me up she asked another girl who said they price match up to $5. This in itself makes no sense, as this is not how price matching works. Also, the only way they price match is if you have a picture of the price at the store you want to price match from. They will not accept any online prices or flyer prices. But if I'm going to the other store to take a picture, why would I not just buy it from there? The only reason I was unable to buy it from the cheaper store is because they were currently out of stock and I was unable to wait a week Had to buy it from here but will not be returning. There prices are higher than competitors, go down the street and get the cheaper option for the same items.

I was dealing with an ailment and went to this older woman ( will not mention her name) for products I could use to possibly help me. I spent hundreds of dollars on different stuff to try to get some relief. Now, I know she is not a doctor... and my expectations were not to expect a miracle. After a series of medical test, numerous different products nothing worked. In the end.. she had the audacity to tell me it is all in my head!!! how disrespectful to a customer!! and as I told her - NO!! its not in my head! they are real symptoms that even my doctor and all my tests couldnt figure out! Customers come to the store to find natural ways to heal problems... and sometimes.. it works! but to be disrespected that way... after hundreds of $$$ spent... I left feeling horrible. The other staff members are much more professional!! She needs to take a lesson from the other staff. Who by the way... agreed that she is too abrasive and disrespectful!

I also often see its staff walking around the store and there is often nobody at cash ready to check out the person paying. However, today they opened late, even an employee was there waiting to get in. I waited several minutes on this windy morning for as long as I could as I had a 9:30 appointment elsewhere. But when the staff with the keys arrived at 9:17, they would not let me in & I was told they had to get ready. When I said, I couldn't wait any longer, I was told I could come in but they weren't ready. I told her about my appointment and left disappointed as I was going to buy 3 items on sale till tomorrow, and I could've easily pulled them off the shelf and paid it in 2 mins. I overheard the other employee saying there are times that they're unable to open at 9am and he made it sound like no big deal, even mentioning winter days when people can't come to the store that early. However, if they can't consistently open the store at 9:00, then I hope they consider changing their store hours. I usually go there shortly after 9am. It's a hassle to find them closed or to have to call and check before leaving if they've opened on time. I would've understood if it was an emergency, but hearing that it had happened on different times before and it's not that concerning for them, made me think of this store differently.
