Expérience fantastique: I am only 43 and have been having chronic back pain this past year after slipping on ice in Jan '23. I tried chiropathy for the first time and while I felt it helped a little, it did not heal me completely and they did not offer any long term solutions (stretches/exercises etc.). I saw Dave yesterday for the first time (first time with Oesteopathy as well) and he was very informative and professional. It's so interesting how things were moving and changing in my body with gentle touches and stretches - no jolts. And today I would say I feel 85% better already. I was able to move in bed without pain for the first time in months. Because it's only been 24 hrs I am cautiously optimistic, but overall I really do have hope that I am on the path to healing. Oesteopathy is pricey - especially if you don't have coverage - but I do highly recommend it. I feel wayyy better after one session, more so than I did with a month of chiropractic work.

I've been to two osteopaths before Dave and while both were good, neither came close to the careful and safe container he created for me to relax into my body and receive.
