I knew it was a pinched nerve but wasn't able to get at it. Dr Anderson fixed me up in half an hour. The tingling left my feet and the ache left my leg. I was able to walk the 10 minutes I needed to walk home without dragging my leg. It was amazing I totally recommend him his personality and bedside manner are fantastic.

Expérience fantastique: I had trouble getting my periods consistently for few years and I approached Dr Joel for treatment around 10 months back. Dr Joel and NP Alex helped me run some blood work and started on supplements and BHRT. I got my periods back. Dr Joel identified the causes and helped me with diet and lifestyle changes. I started losing weight and my results started to get better. They monitor your health for every three months and make changes in the supplements and diet accordingly. I suggest Revive clinic to anyone who is suffering from similar issue as I have tried a bunch of things before this and it was never as efficient as it is now. Update: I was able to get pregnant naturally in less than an year after I started treatment with Dr Joel and gave birth to a baby boy last month.

The treatment was not easy and required discipline but it cured issues I had been dealing with for years and had surgery for I did not need and did nothing to relieve my symptoms and distress. I have been well for two years but went back to see her for a tweaking. I am planning to check in with her on a regular basis. As a bonus I found a physician who likes working with naturopathic doctor and with their different expertise, I feel confident I will be healthy for years to come!

Expérience négative: Avoid this place at all cost. All I wanted was a Lyme disease test. I took one there about a decade ago at their old location with n issues. This time, there were 7 forms they wanted filled out. As if they need education level, belly fat amount, etc for a simple test. One of the questionnaires looks like it has about 75 questions. Seeing as i just wanted a Lyme disease test, I figure that this was way more than necessary as it would take a long time to fill out and suspect they are trying to angle you for other treatments. Had to cancel one appointment with a $50 dollar fee which is fine. On the day I showed up, I asked what forms I could avoid filling out for the test. I was told all need to be filled out. It was going to take a long time so I just said to cancel my appointment and left another $50 with them. They said they wanted the full amount but I was not interested as they are not giving me the test(which I found out is just a take home self-test kit). They charged me the full $269 in addition to the $50 and guess what. it is all in their in their very long fine print of details. So bottom line, due to my not reading their info, my attempt for a simple Lyme disease check led me to be out over $300 dollars from this place when the phone conversation with them led me to believe that I would get a simple Lyme disease test. So, I will accept 100% fault and advise everyone to avoid. Especially when you can get a self-test kit on-line for well under $100 dollars. I shouldn't have assumed that good service a long time ago would avoid what happened this time.

Expérience négative: I had a horrible experience with Dr Villeneuve. Her knowledge seemed mediocre and outdated. Hugely overpriced too. Moreover, my baby's urgent lab test was cancelled by her receptionist by mistake and I had to wait for more than a month just to find out that she cancelled it and no results will be forthcoming. She told me to re-do the test and wait again. During that month I called her 2 times to alert her that the test result is overdue, however she was rude and abrupt, telling me to wait MORE. When it was finally obvious that something is wrong and she cancelled my test by mistake, she didn't even apologize. I was shocked. I contacted Dr V about this outrageous experience and she ignored me. I didn't expect her to make things right as she had come across as arrogant during our initial appointment. All in all a really outdated, miserable clinic and hugely overpriced. I went elsewhere with wonderful consultants and significantly cheaper. Update and PS: At the time, I had contacted the owner twice. By physically visiting the clinic with the baby and asking the receptionist to relay my message - the receptionist came back with a response/executive decision that only an owner could make. And shortly after that by social media (where she is active), as encouraged on her website. Dr Joel's email address is not publicly available so I obviously couldn't have possibly emailed her.

Expérience fantastique: Dr. Villeneuve is amazing. She is a great listener, extremely knowledgeable and her treatment plans are highly effective. As someone in my 40s with digestive and stress issues who is a personalized plan, I feel better than I have in years! 100% recommend Revivelife clinic!

Expérience négative: I booked an appointment to do some lab work, and the service was prompt. I explained on the phone that I needed genetic testing for MTHFR and was told that they do it if I book an appointment. I went in, and was surprised that they could not refer me directly to do the testing and instead looked up several genetic testing places and told me to email a specific one to see if they can do what I am looking for. I was very surprised as I could have easily done this myself without coming to them. I later proceeded to do the genetic testing with the place they recommended, fast forward 6 months later they turned out to be a scam and I am out for the cost for the visit and lab work which almost $1000. I asked for them to send me the report they generated during my consultation, and they sent me one that has my name on it, but the actual report belongs to another patient. I felt as if they tried to get me in to make business, which I am not impressed about. I am reluctant to go back giving my experience, it was a waste of money for me.
