Expérience fantastique: I absolutely adore this clinic. I’ve seen multiple practitioners here, but most of my care was from Dr. Dupuis. I’ve seen many chiropractors in my day and none have quite what Dr. Dupuis has. Her level of care and knowledge is bar none. I had a repetitive motion shoulder injury from work that I had been dealing with for several years and her care was able to finally resolve it. She also helped me through a low back disc bulge with exceptional treatment and exercise plan in a much quicker time frame than imagined with an injury of that magnitude. Since moving out of Toronto, it has been really hard to find a local chiro with the same level of care, knowledge and range in treatment that Dr. Dupuis offers. 15/10 experience here.

Expérience négative: I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience at Bloom for a facial massage due to their complete lack of communication and transparency. First, I never received a courtesy call 24 hours before my appointment to complete the required forms. No one informed me that failing to do so in advance would cut into my massage time. When I called ahead to let them know I’d be 15–20 minutes late, no one mentioned that my appointment time would not be adjusted, nor that I would be charged the full hour regardless. Upon arrival, instead of being taken in immediately, I was required to complete paperwork, which took another 10 minutes—further reducing my already shortened massage. In the end, I received only 30 minutes of service, yet I was billed $242 for the full hour without any prior warning or discussion. The most frustrating part was their complete lack of transparency around billing. At checkout, when I questioned the charge, the receptionist simply stated, “Our timer starts at your booked appointment time, so if you’re late, you’re late,” as if that excused the lack of communication. If this is their policy, it should have been clearly stated when I called ahead. Instead, I was blindsided. For a business that charges premium prices, I expected professionalism, clarity, and basic customer service. Instead, I left feeling misled, overcharged, and incredibly frustrated. Even at $167 for 30 minutes, the service was subpar. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place to anyone seeking a fair and transparent customer experience.

Expérience fantastique: I've been to BLOOM twice now, and both experiences have been fantastic. My first appointment was online with Dr. Kayleigh MacSwain, and today I had an in-person visit with Cierra File-Murby at the clinic. Both were absolutely wonderful—so warm, welcoming, and incredibly thorough. I had been putting off seeing a pelvic floor therapist for a while, but Cierra made the whole experience feel comfortable and reassuring. I'm really looking forward to continuing my care here!

Expérience positive: Spent 2 hours in a naturopathic intake which I did not find very productive with respect to my concerns. However, a detailed report with suggestions was provided afterwards and there was an effort made by the practitioner. The owner is quite pushy but cares a lot about her business and providing a satisfactory service. She seems open to feedback so if you aren’t happy with the service you received please let her know. To her credit, she has made a significant effort at following up with me after my original review.

Expérience fantastique: I received fantastic care from the physiotherapist, Vanessa, at Bloom. From the first appointment, I was made to feel at ease, like visiting an old friend. The environment was very calm and soothing. Vanessa took the time to really understand my history, what activities were causing the problems, and gently manipulated my arm to figure out exactly where the issue was. After just a few visits, some recommended stretches, strengthening exercises and amazing arm massages, I am almost 100% better. I was almost sad to go! Highly recommended!

Expérience fantastique: Dr. Kayleigh MacSwain was my first naturopath experience ever (39F) and I felt heard and loved how thorough my intake was. I also felt safe and comfortable disclosing a lot of information about my lifestyle that can sometimes feel shameful or hard to admit (especially if I knowingly know it’s not helping my health) but Dr. Kayleigh never made me feel judged or recommended restrictions and hard and fast rules which made me feel like I can get incorporate the things I have to incorporate without feeling suffocated by something to strict to stick to.

Cierra helped me prepare my body and mind for a successful vaginal birth - and I’m convinced it would not have gone as well as it did if I hadn’t worked with her. She has a calming and professional way of working with clients to empower them for whatever type of birth they want. Highly recommend seeing her if you’re pregnant and wanting more agency in your birth experience!

From the moment you walk into this beautiful space you feel relaxed and taken care of. Dr. Peters-Lloyd did a fantastic job in treating my problem areas (11 lines and crows feet) with Botox. She took the time to consult and talk through the entire process while educating me along the way! I really emphasized that I wanted to still look and feel natural after being treated - and that's exactly what she delivered. Dr. Peters-Lloyd is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns with such care. This was my first time getting injections and she really helped me to feel at ease. She recommended the perfect amount of units to achieve the exact results I was looking for and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. After visiting 3 ENTs who couldn’t see a problem in the ear region, I decided to go to Bloom to look at my jaw instead. After three TMJ sessions with Dr. Mapson the popping seems to have disappeared! I’m so grateful to her!

I couldn’t and called to reschedule for that Monday after work (just to be safe) they said they’d call me back to figure it out instead they charged me 90$ with no invoice (which I’m pretty sure is illegal). Terrible customer service

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Cierra (physio), Dr DiPuis (chiro), Marlee and Thu (massage). There is a clear passion for their respective treatment areas, and all are dedicated to client wellbeing and progress. The team and services has evolved over the years and as a client to see more services offered (eg naturopath) and new people/energy in the space is incredible. In all the times I’ve gone I’ve never had a bad experience. From the beautiful aesthetic of the space, warm greeting of reception, direct billing to insurance, ease of scheduling online, and actual treatment time- Bloom is truly a gem!
