Expérience fantastique: I lost 30 pounds in the first 5 weeks with SlimReset. If you follow the diet and medication exactly as it's laid out then you will absolutely see the results. I also had a totally unexpected but very positive side effect: a chronic throat clearing/coughing condition I've been living with for at least 20 years completely vanished on this diet. That part floored me since I always thought it was environmental allergies and the dry air of Calgary that was causing my chronic cough but it turns out it was food. The weekly coaching calls with Hoda were invaluable to help me stay on track and give me tips along the way. The first intro call with Melissa gave me a great understanding of how the program worked. I should mention that I did experience noticeable muscle loss on my shoulders, arms and back and I also had to deal with keto rash. I'm in the gym daily now building my muscle mass back up again. They use hcg hormone in the diet system it is not proven to be safe nor effective. The lack of food and nutrition will make you feel weak, nauseous, and in overall bad shape. A few peices of mangos in a day IS NOT A MEAL. Not being able to take a proper bite from a peach is not normal. Skin looking ashen and dark circles under the eyes are not normal. Picking out of nowhere is a signed to stop.

Did not receive the product for well over a week despite calls to Melissa. “Coach” Hoda did not know the answers to my questions (ie: do we weigh protein raw or cooked?). I did loose weight, as I had been on a different HCG program before. I asked Hoda for another 30 day program - no response, no product ect. This is an expensive program with no face to face support, little online support, and unknowledgeable staffing. When I brought my issues up with Melissa, received the regular “so sorry” excuses & was offered $100.00 off 30 day program. Sad.

The meal plan they provide is simple to follow, with a variety of meals. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to loss the extra weight. The support system is still there but through email, you now get more calories than you did several years ago and there's more food options which is great. Best new change is that now you can do cream instead of injections! And you still feel satisfied all day long. I find this program a good kickstart when your weight loss efforts are not giving you any results and you're feeling like giving up. :) ************************************************************************* I'm just about to finish the 23 day program and I have nothing but good things to say. I was struggling to lose weight and I tried a few diets but couldn't get past a hurdle. I would eventually get frustrated and go back to old eating habits, ruin everything I worked so hard for and gain the weight back. Now, I finally got past that stubborn hurdle and I feel great! I lost 14 lbs in 21 days and have way more ambition to keep going. They've put me on a maintenance plan where I can eat way more food and have many more choices but will still slowly lose a bit more which I'm excited about. I don't have to pay anything further for maintenance and they still provide support if you need it. They said I could call or text anytime. For sure, this diet might not be for everyone. Be prepared to inject yourself every day. It's not as bad as you would think and I'm a person who's petrified of needles. You do get used to it. Then you'll go through a detox. As I had developed some bad eating habits, my detox was gross. There was about three days where I wanted to die. But once it was over, I felt better than I had in years. I finally started sleeping properly again and my mood very much improved. The 500 calorie restricted diet is hard. I won't lie about that. I'm sick of certain veggies right now but the good part is I get more variety in a couple days. I will say that I didn't really crave anything though. I actually made my son a chocolate cake for his birthday and watched everyone else eat it. I just drank a Zevia pop to have something sweet with them but really wasn't bothered by it at all. Now that's a bonus! I printed this saying from Pinterest for a reminder and it said "Dieting is hard. Being fat is hard. Pick your hard." I picked my hard and stuck to the Slim Well plan and don't regret it. If you're like me and just need a good initial boost, give them a try. The staff is friendly, honest and knowledgeable and you have access to their support daily. And for me, my cravings are gone, I've moved past a stubborn hurdle and I'm out biking and running around with my kids again. Thanks guys!

Expérience négative: Here is an honest review of my experience with slimreset. I joined two years ago and did the program for a couple weeks with favorable results. In the middle of the program (which cost roughly $1000 for 30 days) I got pregnant at which time I was advised that I would have the remaining balance to come back to once I had the baby and was no longer breastfeeding. So I contacted the program when I was ready but I was only given $150 off the cost of a new package. The program is all done at home, really convenient and you are given access to a coach that is supposed to guide your journey answer questions etc along the way (via an app called lose it that you have to pay $50 for). The fees include a ‘gut check’ analysis which gives you an idea of foods that don’t sit well with you, toxins and nutrient levels. Here’s what I like about the program: 1. The gut check was really cool and was in line with the results I had with a blood test that was similar. 2. After trying to reach out to my coach I was set up with a phone call with someone that reviewed my results with me and she took her time, answered my questions and was friendly. 3. When I stuck to the plan it worked about a lb a day. 4. The Hcg injections curved my appetite 5. You get a DIN # for the hcg so it can be claimed under most insurances. The difficulty level for vegetarians is high. The only proteins you can eat are tofu, dry cheese curd, eggs (if you eat them) and Vega. If your a vegan I would say it’s impossible to do the program surviving off of Vega and tofu for a month. I felt that at the initial call I was told that there are lots of options and my coach would help me with food choices and a meal plan for two weeks. The recipes provided contained eggs, and my coach was minimally helpful in trying to figure out how to get enough protein without compromising calories. This was very hard to stick to for more than two weeks. 2. I was disappointed that the remaining cost of the program that I had was not honored in its entirety 3. The sell on the motivational part of the program was a coach that can help guide you and motivate you. After the first week of the coach checking in (very briefly) contact subsided. When I reached out to her for support as I am a stress eater, I was given minimal support or motivation falling short with a ‘you got this’ type of response. I was given little strategy on how to work through this, recognize triggers and work through them. I’m on Noom now and have had more success with working through this, which is worth the slower rate of weight loss (2lb a week so far) since it gets to the bottom of my habits and helps me strategize around them with the help of an online support group and coach. Overall, If your diet is not restricted and you’re highly self motivated you can loose a lot of weight very quickly. Added bonus if you have coverage the cost isn’t too bad given the duration of it. But if your like me and have a restricted diet and need support around making stronger lifestyle changes, I would look at another program that has more support and follow through.

They will return phone calls and emails and make promises about the great support you'll have with the program and once you've paid everything falls apart. I tried for 4 WEEKs to reach someone at the Calgary office because I was extremely unsatisfied with the nutritional knowledge and support of the "coach" and then, in my final email I threatened going to the Calgary paper and writing this review, and the only response I received was an email from the "coach" in Ontario asking to discuss my concerns. I'm past discussing my concerns, maybe when I first vocalized them I would have been, however, now, I'm angry, and frustrated and I have tender lumps under my skin from the injections. Again, STAY AWAY, find another distributor.

Dr Neva Aluwalia offered a brief but complete orientation that was simple to follow and offered timely answers to all my questions or concerns. She offered helpful advice that worked to address challenges. I particularly enjoyed that, unlike similar competitors, this program allowed me to continue the fitness activities I enjoy and encouraged incorporation of a wide selection of healthy vegetables at every meal. What I truly like about the program is that it indirectly teaches you how your body reacts to carbs and sugars . Expérience fantastique: Excellent experience! After a complete hysterectomy I slowly put on 25 pounds over 3 years. I felt I could do nothing about it - it was menopause and it was just how it was going to be. Then I read about HCG. I lost 19 pounds in 40 days (10 in the first 6). After the 40 days I then bought the 15 day program and lost 5 more. Maintained now for weeks with no struggle at all. Even when I indulge I may go up 2 but it quickly comes back down.
