Expérience fantastique: 5 star for Sabrina and 5 star for Shane… Sabrina followed me through my pregnancy, my pelvis kept shifting and she had me come in twice a week to readjust and she saved me from so much pain. I was waddling walking into my consult appointment and she did an ajustement at the same time and I walked out with some relief. She was so thorough at the consult and made sure to start off slow to ease you into it. I even cried at my consult because she showed me that body showed signs of how I felt mentally and she validated how I felt by showing me physical proof that it wasn’t all in my head. As for Shane, I saw him frequently for shoulder/back massages and always does an amazing job. My last appointment I had mentioned how I saw on TikTok someone getting TMJ massage and I thought it was fake but it was very much real. He did a 10 minute massage and I felt instant relief. I would say 80% of the stiffness/pain/tighteness I felt was gone. I actually felt like crying because I didn’t even know this was something I could fix. The relief was instant. I also had clicking on both sides of my cheeks and it’s gone on the one side. I recommend to this clinic to anyone! From front desk to the providers. Always an amazing experience! Also a shoutout to Kayla who’s always so helpful and kind.

Expérience fantastique: The LiveWell staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. Dr. J addressed and solved my initial neck issue. In addition he addressed and improved my flexibility and mobility. Had terrific workout sessions with Khris Collins. He showed me different workout exercises and how to do them proto get the most benefit. Really enjoyed the sessions, especially the boxing session. I highly recommend the LiveWell Health Centre.

His head has been well shaped all the credit goes to Dr Sab for saving us from helmet. For myself I have been seeing Dr Jay for my back issues which have been improved a lot. In all honesty love the clinic from doctors to the front staff they are all amazing and caring.

Dr. Jay is very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issues I was experiencing and outlined a clear treatment plan. After a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in my upper back/neck pain, and general asthma/sinus and allergy related symptoms. The adjustments were precise, and the additional supplements, and dietary modifications he recommended, really helped. The clinic is so welcoming and has a lovely homey atmosphere. I always leave in a better mood than I came in. The staff are all extremely knowledgable and friendly. I really love that they offer a free consultation for referrals so my partner was able to start seeing Dr. Jay as well. I would recommend Dr. Jay to anyone looking for chiropractic care. Below is my review of the practitioners I've worked with. Both chiropractors are highly skilled. Dr. Jay has been instrumental in alleviating issues I've struggled with for 17 years. He listens attentively, offers non-judgmental support and meets patients where they are. His expertise and understanding of health concerns are clearly evident through the positive outcomes achieved from his adjustments, treatments and recommendations. Dr. Sab is knowledgeable, caring and professional. I wish more doctors cared as deeply about their patients as she does about hers. Shane Clark is an excellent RMT who combines exceptional skill with a genuine commitment to understanding each client's unique needs. He successfully addressed a couple of issues for me that had stumped other professionals. Aastha Lambah's background in physiotherapy equips her with extensive knowledge to support individuals in achieving their optimal physical condition. She meets clients at their current level, assists them in reaching personal goals and is pleasant to work with. Due to my specific needs, I require accommodations. These have always been provided by the clinic without hesitation, ensuring the ones that can be provided ahead of time are in place before I arrive at the clinic for my appointment. Rounding it all out, the office staff is consistently helpful and easy to interact with! I highly recommend this centre!

Because of the chiropractic adjustments my migraines are gone and so is my carpal tunnel. The two times I got dizzy after lying down, Dr. Jason and Sabrina fixed it in one visit. When I started falling down in public they did new x-rays on-site and discovered my lack of exercise caused a problem with my lower spine. They readjusted their program, and together with their on-site personal trainer, I was able to regain full mobility. My friend's 8 month old daughter couldn't rotate her head and Dr. Sabrina fixed it. My other referrals have included pregnant women, senior citizens and regular folks. Expérience fantastique: I have been a naturopathic patient of Dr. Jesse for a while and loooovvveeeee her holistic approach and heart-filled demeanor. After a recent issue with facil shingles and related bell's palsy, with Dr. Jesse's encouragement, I participated in a very detailed chiro assessment with Dr. Jason which led to a chiro-based plan with both Drs. Jason and Sabrina. The results, VERY quickly, have been absolutely incredible .... like, incred.i.ble. I'm a true Livewell believer !!!!

I have tons of knots in my shoulder blades and lower back and once I brought this to her attention she strictly focused on that for the entire hour which I greatly appreciated! The atmosphere is super cozy and relaxing as well.

Expérience négative: You probably shouldn't come here if you have actual back pain. I tried them because they were close to my house. I waited a long time, then was examined by an assistant instead of a chiropractor. Then I waited a long time again to see the actual chiropractor. She thought my hip was stiff, or something. She didn't ask about the sharp stabbing pain (which was the reason I came in) at all, and was wrong about which side of my back was problematic. Then I was presented with a $190 bill and told I'd need to make a second appointment if I wanted to get any treatment. Rather than waste more time with Livewell, I went back to my usual chiropractor. He asked what was actually wrong with me, figured out my problem in 5 minutes, and resolved my back pain in one appointment. It cost less than half as much, too.

Boy did I not know how much I would come to need it after my little princess was born. I was a long-term sufferer of sciatica, postural discomfort, lack of sleep and numerous muscle spasms and pinched nerves. For a new mother who pretty much moves around the house with a newborn, it just wasn't right. So...I made use of that voucher and boy did I not regret it!
