Expérience fantastique: Terry Christensen is the real deal. With almost 30 years of physical therapy experience, he knows exactly what he’s doing. I came to Terry with severe sciatica that had been going on for 7 months — extreme pain down my leg, barely able to sit, and driving was almost unbearable. It got so bad that the only way I could sleep was lying on the floor at night, the only position that gave me any relief. After a series of sessions that included a lot of manual therapy, electrical acupuncture, shockwave therapy, and a full program of exercises to rebuild my back and core strength, the pain finally released. I can now move freely, sleep normally, and live without issues. I highly recommend Terry for any physical problems you’re dealing with — he’s a true professional and makes a real difference.

Jessica is hands down the best massage therapist I have seen—her deep tissue massages are next-level. The room is always clean, quiet, and super relaxing, which makes a big difference. He has provided exercises to do at home and guidance for the gym. Spencer uses dry needling, graston and cupping techniques to loosen tight sore muscles.

I have received treatment from both and honestly, they are the very best at what they do. I have also been treated, over the years, by Terry (for a neck issue and later a foot issue) and Tri (for a shoulder/neck issue). In both cases I felt better within one or two treatments. I highly recommend Barrhaven Health Hub – they work miracles!

Covid protocols are followed very well. 10/10 would recommend, I leave there after every appointment feeling much better than when I went in.

Problem took for ever to fix and I felt they were just trying to prolong the process to make more money. I came across JOHN and i have been with him ever since. Its been 5 years and he fixes my problem with 1 to 3 sessions. Mind you my problem might not be as serious as others. But the other places sure didn't fix it after going many times. John is very honest and most knowledgeable one and to top it all off is how respectful and professional he is. If I were able to give 100 stars I would.

He has been instrumental in helping me treat an existing back issue, work through a broken ankle and a car accident that left me with constant neck pain. He continues to work with me on maintenance work to help strengthen my body. This helps to prevent future injuries in areas that are weaker for me. Whenever I go in for an appointment, he always asks how my body is feeling and if there is anything in particular, I would like to focus on. From the beginning, John has always made me feel comfortable. He is very professional and genuinely cares about his patients needs. Both my husband and father also see John for massage therapy. My father was always skeptical about massage therapy and though it was only for relaxation. He now can’t live without his monthly appointments with John. He is a fantastic Registered Massage Therapist who is constantly seeking to improve his approach while keeping his patients as his number one priority.
