Expérience fantastique: This medical clinic is a good one. I visited Dr. Lauren Ellens for chiropractic. She is a very good dedicated doctor who guided me with care and knowledge to stay healthy.

Expérience fantastique: I don't often give five stars, believing that there is always room for improvement. However, over the past five plus years, Dr.Scott has helped me with various soft tissue problems, in my back, neck, shoulders and hip. Previous to visiting him, I had little confidence in chiropractic, but would advise anyone with muscular/skeletal issues to not hesitate to make an appointment.

In an emergency when I see Doctor Scott as he fills in for Doctor Lauren, he is great. So friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Leslie is always such a warm presence and a friendly face! Well worth the visit!

Expérience négative: Hi. I do not usually write bad reviews but this one needed to be out. I had a late evening appointment at 1800 and I work all the way in the airport. It takes me about 1hr to get to the clinic from work specially during rush hours. That day I decided to leave earlier because there was heavy traffic. Left around 1645. The traffic was heavier than expected and according to Google I was going to be 3 minutes late. I called the clinic as a common courtesy about 30 minutes before the appointment telling them I’m stuck in the traffic and I will be about 3 minutes late. Upon which they thanked me for informing and said not to worry and take your time. I rushed to the clinic and I was 4 minutes late at that point. I went in and the receptionist straight up denied me from attending my appointment. I am never late and I understand there are certain policies around this. But that is the reason why I called ahead of time (30 minutes) to see if they will still take me in even if I was 3 minutes late and their response was yes they will wait for me. If they had told me that they would cancel my appointment when I called them ahead of time. I would have just turned around and went back home without having to waste my time/efforts and gas. They made me drive to my appointment just to tell me they are going to cancel it. How is that fair to me? I had to drive back an hour just to get to home without having my appointment. I was very disappointed and I decided to cancel all my future appointments as I didn’t want to depend on a business who doesn’t stand on their words.

Lauren has helped to improve my pain level and increase mobility in my hips and back. Also, a personalized exercise plan is implemented to encourage stretching and aid in the recovery process. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Lauren. The clinic is wonderful. I am always greeted by name by the wonderful receptionists. The receptionists work with their patients to figure out a schedule that works for you. Everyone is always polite and welcoming.

It's a breath of fresh air and a wonderful representation of what Caledon East is all about. I'm particular about the health professionals I work with but I have to say Caledon East Family Chiropractic is a local gem. I've been going here for 5 months and have used their Chiro, Acupuncture and RMT services. I would really suggest trying the massage therapy and chiropractic services. Expérience fantastique: Dr. Lauren is so good at what she does, it’s other-worldly. I have had many chiropractors since childhood - many good ones. Nothing compares to her skill. Her ability to see beyond just the physical problems. Her curiosity, and ability to link the pain you’re experiencing to a fuller picture is incredible. Sometimes she notices things I haven’t even noticed, and I walk out feeling 10 years younger. I won’t take away from the hard work she’s done by saying it’s a “gift” of hers, but I will say that it seems to me that caring for others is not just a job for her. She is excellent at what she does in a way that doesn’t come from just punching the clock. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

On top of that, I've had pretty bad TMJ pain for quite a while without a proper assessment. There is always a friendly fact to greet me and this business does so much for our community. Every Christmas they raise funds and collect donations for Caledon Community Services, they always donate items to community auctions, and Dr. Scott not only sponsors many of the kids sports teams in the community but also volunteers his time as a hockey coach. He is literally one of the nicest, kindest humans I know, and he's an awesome chiropractor!

Expérience fantastique: Twelve years ago I went to Dr. Scott with a walking problem that others couldn't seem to fix. Two months later I was as good as new. I still go for a monthly tune-up to keep everything in balance and I find as I age I go to Dr. Scott for all my aches and pains including shoulders, elbows, feet etc. When I describe  a problem he instantly diagnoses it and deals with it while explaining to me what is causing it. He is amazing and I truly don't know what I would do without him. He goes beyond the call of duty to make sure all of his patients are functioning at their best. Both he and Leslie make each visit a great experience with their friendliness and dedication.

I called the office and was told to bring my son in that evening even tho I knew they were completely booked, they stayed later to help him.
