Expérience négative: I attended for restorative massage and lymphedema therapy. Usually I find with massage it's either relaxing OR restorative. .. but this was actually both. From the warm welcome of the daffodils in the driveway, to the heated massage table - Inna has thought of everything to make our experience amazing. Unfortunately, one day when my wife had an appointment our car broke down. She called Inna 3 hours ahead of the appointment, and asked to change it to the next day. Inna refused to waive the fee and charged her the full $150 rate. My Wife offered to show her the tow truck receipt, and pointed out she didn't want to cancel, just reschedule. The provider just gave some excuse about not being fair to her clients if she waived the fee for any emergency We will never go back to this provider due to her lack of empathy for her clients, which is unfortunate as she has excellent clinical skills... but the BIG CITY policies are not for us.

I walked in thinking that I am a tough person to treat as my childhood trauma has manifested itself deep in my body and soul, but in two visits she has loosened that up massively!! I agree with everyone, Inna takes the time to listen to what you are saying and has amazing techniques. She cupped my feet and I have not had the soreness I tend to have. She also provides exercises to do at home, which have been effective. She is nestled in the forest of Muskoka as well - beautiful atmosphere at her home.
