Expérience fantastique: This clinic is absolutely the best there is around. I have been Going to Erika For the past 13 years as my chiropractor, she is phenomenal!!!!! She is so incredibly smart, a joy to chat with during your appointment, and fixes you up so quickly! My one daughter has gone here for acupuncture and physiotherapy, my son goes to Erika well, and my other daughter goes to Erika for chiropractic treatments and gets her massages here too. Don't look anywhere else, you book here once, go for your treatment, you will never go anywhere again. Absolutely top-tier practitioners all across the board! If I could give it 10 stars I would!

I have had extremely negative experiences with neeidcal professionals so I was nervous for the appointment but he made me feel extremely comfortable and he went through everything in really good details so I was able to understand everything. He answered all of mine and my husband's questions happily. I felt so much pain relief in my lower back right after the first appointment. I am genuinely so glad I made the decision to come here. Expérience positive: Overall it's a good clinic, I stopped going at one point (early 2024) because the RMT I mostly went to cancelled a morning appointment twice out of 5 or so sessions over the months leading up to that.. both times very last minute. And I needed something more reliable

Expérience fantastique: Our entire family has now visited this place in the last three years. Ali Hassan (physiotherapist) has some unique approaches to alleviating and resolving physiological issues. Ali's helped with my tendonitis, my husband's back issues and my son's sports injuries.

Ali is a highly-trained therapist who provides expert care during every visit. While it may be an exaggeration, when I say "Limp in, leap out", it comes to mind. All of the receptionists are top-notch and always friendly.

Ali is a great physio and highly recommended especially amongst the local community so get prepared for a wait. His colleague is Raymond is very thorough as well. I always feel like I’m in good hands here. I love that I can manage appointments online and they can submit directly to the provider.

Expérience fantastique: Great people that are very friendly and know their craft. They have helped me successfully recover from lower back and shoulder issues. They are very generous with sharing their knowledge as well, to help you learn how to take better care of yourself and do preventative work to help the reduce the chance of the problem returning. Excellent general massage too.

Expérience positive: The staff is VERY friendly, especially the receptionist. Unfortunately the massage treatment I received left a lot to be desired. It was mediocre at best. I mentioned during the massage that she could apply more pressure, but for most of time it felt like I was simply getting an oil rub. I also waited over 7 minutes just for her to re-enter the room after first showing me in. I'm not sure who needs 7 minutes to get changed, but this was the longest I've ever waited. Also be aware this is one of those places where an hour massage means 50 minutes (if you're lucky) for $95 (which is $10-$25 more than I've paid at other clinics). I know -10 minutes for changing, etc is standard practice for SOME clinics, but not all, unfortunately this is one of them.

After trying several other physiotherapists and chiropractors, I decided to give one more place a shot before throwing in the towel. I am so glad that I did. You will not find anyone better than Ali and Erika. They are both amazing at what they do and they get you results, which is what we all want!

She's gotten me through sports injuries, my first pregnancy and currently aches and pains with pregnancy # 2. Erika is an excellent and personable practitioner that knows her stuff! The front desk staff as well as all the other staff members are lovely. I will be a client here for years to come.

Expérience fantastique: Everyone at Rouge Valley Health Solutions are caring, kind, friendly and experts in their field. They all provide detailed explanations about anything they are doing and will work together to form a treatment plan for you. Their facility is warm, welcoming and clean. I have been treated by Ali (Physiotherapy and Acupuncture) mostly and also Bob (Massage Therapy). They never recommended anything unnecessary and are truly happy to see you healed and not requiring their treatments anymore. That is their goal! Ali, along with Bob helped heal my husband’s shoulder when he after a bad fall and Ali was able to help my mother-in-law get relief from her sciatica in the first treatment! Erika (Chiropractor) has helped my husband with his back problems. For myself, Ali has been my healer for a very long time. I developed a chronic tendonitis in my L jaw (TMJ) where my jaw would feel put of place and he was able to come up with a plan which actually worked within 3 weeks. Then, unfortunately, I sustained an injury at work being kicked in the face which dislocated my jaw on both sides and I sustained a bad whiplash injury. I was having painful spasms to my jaw on both sides and I was unable to chew and had difficulty talking. I had severe pain in my neck, upper back and shoulders. Ali has been helped me so much with my pain and injuries and I truly can say that if it wasn’t for him, I would not be where I am today in my recovery. I really do recommend Ali and everyone at Rouge Health Solutions. Truly outstanding care.
