We are a multidisciplinary clinic specializing in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of sport and recreational injuries, postural and work-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents and your everyday aches and pains.
Our clinic is staffed with fully qualified and experienced health professionals including Registered Physiotherapist, Registered Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, Chiropodist and Nutritionist.
We have also extended our services to weight management, daily diet, diabetic prevention and monitoring program. In addition, we provide nutrition consultations and customized weight loss programs for individuals.

Expérience négative: I had a poor experience with this centre many years ago. I was directed here through my insurance after a car accident, which may have been a red flag that I didn't catch at the time. My treatments extended for a long period of time (over a year), and at the beginning of every session, I would share my concerns that I wasn't getting better and experiencing more pain and discomfort. I was given a variety of explanations for this including that I should adjust my posture, buy new equipment like office chairs, etc. Still I did not get better. They applied for extended coverage under my insurance, which was granted to fix the problem. But still I did not get better. Eventually my insurance coverage ran out and that's when they revealed to me that they had done everything for me they could. Mind you during this time, the issues I had visited for had grown worse. But one the insurance money was exhausted I was no longer their problem. It felt like I had been strung along even though they had seen that I wasnt improving. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff were great, very friendly during every visit, and I was too trusting in the quality of their care. I trusted these health professionals to guide me through the process with insurance instead of proactively finding the help I needed in my own. I'm in a much better space now because of a great physiotherapist I found separately. I wrote this review as a warning to those who may trust in someone too much when they are hurt. I would be leary of this place consuming your insurance coverage and then moving on once they have made their money.

Had we been informed, we would have gladly explored alternative treatment strategies or facilitated a referral to other healthcare providers on-site or professionals outside our facility.
It’s important to understand that each patient responds to treatment differently, and recovery timelines can vary significantly. While we aim to help our patients make meaningful progress, outcomes depend on a range of factors including the nature of the injury, patient adherence, and individual response to care.
Regarding billing, we strictly adhere to the guidelines set out by motor vehicle accident (MVA) insurers. Please note that our care is always guided by clinical need, not by the extent of a patient’s insurance coverage.

The front desk, staffs were very extremely professional, they only speak English.... why am I so impressed?? At my age I have been to numerous clinics and offices and I found it the most un-professional and leave a bad taste with me is when the front desk staffs speak a foreign language in front of clients/patients... unacceptable... Cherry RMT, AMAZING!!! very angry at not founding sooner, I suffered for many years with my should pain, I had to do a PRP last year to relief the pain... Cherry is my answer from GOD!!! I really notice the difference in my stiffness and sore should & legs after one session... Can wait to do my second appointment.... Finally; I have found some one to save me from my suffering... She makes sure to treat affected areas and also added some extra exercises that would help me in the long run. Expérience fantastique: Today was my 2nd physiotherapy treatment for a nagging hamstring condition. Susan, who is performing the therapy treatment, has done a fine job thus far as the pain and tightness, have begun to lessen. She carefully explains what the treatment entails, and goes about it in a very efficient and effective manner. I wish I had visited the centre much, much sooner.

Because of the type of job I have and not being in my usual work setting which has my ergonomic set up because of covid I have been experience severe neck pains. Expérience fantastique: Susan Loi is an exceptional physiotherapist. She has treated both of my knees as well as my lower and mid back. She kneads and massages, uses hot and cold pads, as needed, and applies TENS/EMS treatments. In addition, she is vigilant about giving you sheets with stretches and exercises to maintain and improve your ailments. My only regret is my insurance only covers me for three physio treatments each year. I have not had the opportunity to try other Active Rehab practitioners since I have specialists eleswhere, but I would not hesitate to try others there as the need arises.

Expérience fantastique: My wife and I have been coming here for a few years now and would recommend Active Rehab to anyone. The staff there is very professional and knowledgeable. The are the best in what they do and we keep coming back for massages and and physiotherapy. We recently met with their nutritionist and just completed a three weeks detox. I lost 20 lbs and my wife lost 10 pounds. I feel great and energetic since completing the detox and will continue to follow the eating plan to loose more weight.
