I’ve been coming to her for a little under a year now and in that time she has corrected my posture, my scoliosis is in far better shape than what it was and my aches and pains have reduced substantially! Booked in last minute for a massage with Dr. Thampi, I have never felt so much pain relief after a treatment in my life. She could tell right away I was in intense pain, she suggested acupuncture and I agreed, I could hardly put on my shoes this morning and after our session I can bend over and almost fully turn my head either direction. Being able to book appointments online and have billing directly to insurance is awesome! In terms of the service provided, Patricia is a great professional and completely got rid of my neck and should pain after a short 25min massage session, which is amazing given that I could only previously fix it after several acupuncture sessions. Definitely recommend!

I've received chiropractic, massage and acupuncture care here and have been relieved of both my pain and my worries; having multiple providers to support health under one roof has been wonderful. Dr. Jeff taught me many movements and strategies for self-care at home, while Dr. Pranavi made some excellent recommendations for equipment to support my healing journey. The kindness I received, the reassurance and understanding of my concerns has been a great relief along with the physical wellness they have provided. The massage and acupuncture in particular revealed some underlying challenges that Dr. Pranavi guided me through with compassion and reassurance.

Dr. Jeff Payne really set the tone for this clinic in a positive and easy going environment. Dr. Payne completed my first time ever chiropractic and despite of how nervous I was he prepared me for what to expect and the result I will experience after the treatment. Dr. Payne was also transparent of the risks of chiropractic which I appreciate it. Expérience fantastique: I’ve been seeing Dr Jeff for about a year now for regular tune-ups. Using a variety of therapies (Active release, tens, heat, etc) along with adjustments, he not only helps me stay pain free, but is also helping me to deal with chronic holding along my right hand side. The chain reaction changes in my body have been wild to experience and my body awareness has improved a lot. My thighs are now rotating inward, leaving space for my SI joint, my gait is improving, my hip flexors are letting go, etc etc. Highly recommend. Update: I’ll also add that Christine Zinder is a terrific physio. She has taught me so much about fascia and how to release it. And then there’s Dr Pranavi Thampi. From the precision of her acupuncture to the powerful healing touch of her sports massage, Dr. Thampi is truly talented. Her intuitive understanding of the body's needs brings relief and restoration. In her hands, tension melts away, and wellness blossoms.

Pranavi is amazing every time. She strikes a great balance with massage and cupping (upon request). Expérience fantastique: I had a great experience with Pranavi. I’ve been battling a pulled hip flexor muscle since mid Dec 2023. Struggled to walk 2-4 blocks. Been to various medical and paramedical supports with no success. Two treatments with Pranavi and I’m about 85-90% better. No pain 95% of time but need to rebuild strength. As well, I have arthritis and stiffness in my hand and I have more movement. Cupping was amazing! I had 1 hour massage and then 30 min acupuncture. Would highly recommend. I followed up with Jeff, the Chiropractor, at the same office. He’s fabulous!

Last year, I began to see Dr. Pranavi Thampi regularly for massage and acupuncture treatments and it has truly made a difference. Pranavi is kind, thoughtful and thorough - You can tell that she truly cares about her patients. At the beginning of each treatment, she takes the time to ask me about how I am feeling and to conduct a physical exam. She also asks me what my main concerns are at the time so that she can target what is bothering me most. Seeing Pranavi has made a difference in my life - Chronic pain is no joke - and she has supported me not only physically but emotionally as well.

Mera frequently asked me if the pressure was good enough which was thoughtful. My session with Tany was for upper body and I loved that she gave me a head massage as well! I wasn’t expecting it since I didn’t specifically ask for it but was super happy that she did!! I’ve been here thrice already and will be booking another appointment soon

Expérience négative: Quite unpleasant. I am a backpacker moving around for a job. I just needed one good night sleep so went to see Dr. Pranavi Thampi for 90 mins massage. I stated that mostly it’s stiff neck causing pain and I asked to focus on upper body. She skipped neck pretty much and told me my neck is great, yet stiffness remained. Frequent sighs and yawns, really felt like she did not want to put pressure down. Maybe because I clearly indicated that I am a one-timer..? But I paid $110.. and I am writing this rolling on the floor with my massage ball at airbnb. Maybe just for me? Overall, reviews were good. That’s why I went but.. i don’t know. Not sure whether i should be sad or mad

My spouse and I have been seeing her for over a year and she is hands down the best practitioner we’ve both seen. She’s thorough, utilizes a number of different techniques, and evidently understands the human body well, allowing her to effectively address your concerns. As someone who prefers deep tissue massages, I told her at my first massage session that she has a death grip in the best way possible. I’ve also benefited from acupuncture sessions to help with a number of issues including chronic pain, menstrual pain, and skin disorder flare-ups. I would highly recommend Dr. Pranavi Thampi and Clinic Sport and Health! The facility is clean, in a great location, and the staff are always pleasant, lovely to speak to, and super helpful :)

But more than that, the massage therapists here are very professional and extremely good at what they do. Mera in particular is by far the most skilled of the masseuses at this location. I have been going here for years and their massages do wonders to reduce my stress levels. Highly recommended!
