I do have a pain in my arm for quite a while and I’m feeling a relief after my first session with Dr. Rider. I wasn’t feeling such a relief after seeing Dr. Wu. Highly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: I finally found my massage therapist in Young Suk Cho. He is awesome, very respectful for quiet time during massages and a very, very good massage therapist. He knows the areas to concentrate on, works on them as much as needed. Body massage includes hot stones, hot towel and a relaxing cream. A wonderful way to end the massage is the massage to the head. A calming, relaxing way to finish a much-needed massage.

I noted that I only felt good one week of the month - not helpful for an entrepreneur who is also active through fitness and outdoor activity such as mountain biking and dirt biking. I have always taken a proactive approach to my health - focus on quality longevity and healthspan - and appreciate Dr. Iyer's approach to health and overall wellness. They took a very thorough medical history at the first visit so that they get to know well about my health issues. I had a shoulder pain at the time of my first visit and after the treatment, it was much better. Besides, I used to have PMS which gives me a hard time days before the period, especially the feeling of “hot flash”. I had tried everything-multiple rounds of antibiotics, all of the available topical prescription products, and two rounds of Accutane, but continued to experience painful breakouts well into my late 30’s. I originally came to see Dr. Iyer for help with a myriad of issues, including chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, weight gain, and memory problems. I knew something was seriously wrong with my body, but according to conventional medicine, everything looked “fine.” I started on Dr. Iyer’s Functional Medicine protocol in May 2024, and in four months, I have regained energy, I am sleeping better, I no longer experience crazy water retention and weight gain, and the most amazing and unexpected side effect, is that my chronic cystic acne has COMPLETELY cleared up. Expérience fantastique: This review is strictly for Dr. Wu.... I have been seeing TCM acupuncturist Dr. Gui Chao Wu for almost 6 yrs and he helped me tremendously with my anxiety and panic attacks. After the sudden passing of my mom, my whole body just got into very severe shock and I started having panic attacks at least 3 times a day. It was really bad to the point that I was not able to even leave my house but I had to still work. It was the most difficult time of my life. I was not able to eat, sleep and had no energy at all. I chose not to go with western medicine and pop pills as they just hide the symptoms. I wanted to heal the root of the problem..... It was a long road to recovery but from seeing Dr. Wu 2-3 times a week in the beginning, to once a week then once a month then every few months, now I can see him whenever I feel it's the time for some maintenance. I call him my Angel as I really do not know how I would have functioned without him. After my first visit I realized that it works for me and I instantly started feeling different. Before going to Better I was tired all the time, had brain fog, didn't sleep well and couldn't lose weight. I have been in search for a solution for over 4 years. My family doctor would tell me over the past 4 years that the reason I feel tired and depressed is because "I'm a Mom of two boys", or because "I'm premenopausal" (at age 36). I was offered antidepressants and weight loss pills. Fortunately, I refused to believe that was the solution. Expérience négative: Worst place for medical care. Impossible to get through to anyone for a family Dr. And when you call the other number they tell you to call another number. Utter disregard for new patients. Physically had to go in to get an appointment and then the actual Dr won't even see you face to face. She just calls you I don't see why this clinic is still functioning. I took my phone call and she tried pushing massage etc all over me. Didn't care to listen to any of my concerns. Save yourself and find a different Dr. The college of physicians and surgeons have also a disciplinary action against the Dr so avoid avoid avoid

Expérience fantastique: I had a five star experience with Dr.Iyer at Better Medical Clinic. My physical exam was thorough and my questions and concerns were addressed with patience and expertise. I am excited to be on my wellness journey with Dr. Iyer and her (5 star) team.

Expérience négative: I'll start by saying that I think Dr. Iyer is very knowledgeable about metabolism and functional medicine, and it seems like she's helped a number of people over the years. As a provider of functional medicine, she is a valuable resource for those who can afford her services (as with all functional doctors). I do want to post a warning for anyone who is considering paying for her Metabolic Reset 101 program. As of Feb 22, 2018, they do not tell you on the sign up page that in order to follow the program and get the "guaranteed" results, in the first month alone you will need to buy between 2 and 6 containers of their Metabolic Optimizer shakes. At $98 a container, this adds up quickly (between $196 - $588) and of course, they stress that more shakes will get better results so you'll be encouraged to do the maximum amount. I have no problem with a program selling shakes or other supplements. I do, however, have a problem when that requirement is not disclosed until AFTER you have paid for the program. It's a new program so hopefully they'll update their sales page soon but as it stands now, the promotion of this Metabolic Reset 101 is shady and unethical. The full required investment should be stated up front. Sadly, once they have your money, you have no chance of a refund, even a pro-rated one for the as yet unreleased sessions. I'm not sure why as it just poisons a previously good client relationship (I have been an occasional client for several years.) As they say, buyer beware. Hopefully I've helped someone who isn't willing to spend almost $600 on shakes avoid my frustration!

Expérience négative: Attempted to order supplements, had a really frustrating experience. Placed order, it wasn’t shipped, called again to find out why as it was time sensitive. No record of order being placed. They assured me they would overnight it at no extra cost. This wasn’t done. Ended up taking a week to get product that was ordered to be shipped somewhere 7hrs away. Really disappointing, especially when there was no accountability or remorse. Will be ordering supplements elsewhere from now on.

Expérience fantastique: It was by complete happenstance that I came across Better Medical, but it's been such a blessing so far. The environment is amazing, it doesn't feel like you are entering an office but more in line with dropping by at a friends place. Between the lovely staff, relaxing music, and absolute calm of the place it is the highlight of my week and an amazing way to decompress. I met Rick when I was 15 and trained in wrestling for a couple of years, even though he didn't know what issues I had, he made a big difference in my life then. Expérience fantastique: So far I am really impressed with "Better for Health". First thing was the extensive lab testing that the Dr. ordered. This went far beyond anything I have experienced in my lifetime. The extensive testing results in the Dr. having a much greater knowledge as to what's going on in my body and how best to deal with the issues. The clinic also has a Chinese acupuncture and massage therapist working with them. I've already experienced considerable improvement with a long term ear ringing problem which I had previously been told was incurable.
