Logan Health Clinic: Critiques
Expérience négative: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is by far the worst doctor I have had the displeasure of having to visit. The wait times are long, the doctors at this facility mocked me for my ADHD diagnosis, and declined my mother (who was HOSPITALIZED for severe back pain) from a specialist referral. I could go on and on, please save yourself the visit. If zero stars was an option, that's what I would have selected.
Expérience négative: Every time I booked appointment even then I’ve to wait minimum 3 hours. Really sick today can’t even sit but still waited for 3 long hours. Please do something can’t spend whole day in clinic

Expérience négative: I would not recommend Dr. Logan due to multiple issues with care and service. The wait times to see her are excessively long despite booking appointments beforehand. A family member was repeatedly sent for blood work without any real progress, despite endorsing ongoing complaints about serious pain symptoms. Instead of addressing the concerns properly and ordering imaging sooner, the patient was referred to the wrong services, which prolonged getting the right diagnosis and treatment. The most serious consequence of her care was the four-month delay in diagnosing the patient's cancer, which could have been caught much earlier if proper attention had been given. This kind of negligence is unacceptable when dealing with potentially life-threatening conditions. For privacy reasons, I am not using my real name or identity, but I feel it’s important to share this experience so others can make informed decisions about their healthcare. If you're looking for a doctor who listens carefully and takes urgent symptoms seriously, I would advise looking elsewhere.
Expérience négative: Brought my mother here for a 2.30pm appointment with a heart specialist. It's 5.22pm and my mother just got called in to be seen by the doctor. So almost close to 3 hours wait with an appointment. This is very poor.
Expérience positive: Appointment timings are not honored.... Very long waiting time... Waiting for 2hrs even after having an appointment is not okay.
Expérience négative: Worst doctors office ever. They assist the patients they favor. Do not have any consideration of the patients or the appointment times that have been given. Worst clinic ever, you can just to any urgent care and be treated better. Do not go to this clinic period.
Expérience négative: This is the WORST CLINIC I have ever been to. I had some tests to be done but I usually go to another clinic, due to long weekend this clinic was the only option I had as others were closed. First it took them some time to figure out what the test is then they did my test but bruised my arm due to injection.. the test were done on Oct 11Th and till date they had not sent my reports to my doctor.. it’s Oct 25th today.. despite me calling them to send the report to the dr as my medicine was stopped because of this report, they took so long to send the report.. I called the receptionist and she said she had sent the report but due to technical issues the fax machine might not have sent it…today finally she said I have send it and your dr should receive it in 5 minutes.. I still don’t know if my dr has received it or not but the small thing which should have been done within few days was not done for more than 2 weeks. Previously as well their dr took 5 months to send a referral to a specialist.. that’s another long story. But overall my experience with them has been worst and I would never go to them for any kind of service even if it’s urgent.. UPDATES: 2024/11/01: my doctor has still not received any reports from them and they said they have faxed it.. it’s been a month now I have to get the blood work done by some other clinic.. USELESS
Expérience négative: Wait time was 2 hours. When the lady had finally came to us she rushed us because she had some sort of event to attend.
Expérience positive: The clinic is very busy but it has all services from blood testing, and even cardiologist that comes in. They need to take feedback and make this place even better. The concers about this clinic are the following: 1. Punctuality- waiting times are long, and dr is always in a rush. Not sure why this is always an issue when it feels like they have so many people on staff. 2. Accessibility- there isn’t a way for patients with mobility issues to go to the dr office. They don’t have an elevator or ramp. Surprised to see a medical centre with multiple floors not catering for this. Their punctuality is also concerning for patients taking the accessibility transportation as they will not be able to meet their pick up and drop off timelines. 3. staff is very unorganized where they miss information, or fail to follow up when they say they will. Can’t rely on them to be on top of things. They messed up my requisitions and referrals to specialist appointments. Concerning due to this being related to medical items for patient 4.Dr including staff need to understand patients are only coming in looking for help with their medical concerns. Need to learn how to communicate with patients and care givers.
Expérience fantastique: Ok so yes, you may have to wait like you're in Emerg, so don't have any plans for maybe 2 hrs, though I've been out in under an hour. I come prepared to wait because they are busy. That being said, I'm so grateful for Dr. Brammiya and Dr. Logan, they will absolutely listen to you. It takes time because THEY take time with you. They do not rush you out in 15 minutes with one concern. I like their straightforward manner and appreciate their guidance.

Expérience positive: Dr Logan office is always crowded with patience and doctor is very busy, she does not spend more than 3 minutes with a patient, always rushing, if a patient go there with many medical problems, the doctor listen only one problem at a visit, want to go another visit to other problems. Office staffs are very friendly. This office have other services too like blood test, eye health clinic, physiotherapy. parking is free.

Clearly, the name of Kevin Roger is not retrieved in the system so we never had served that patient since the clinic has established. Expérience négative: Worst family clinic ever! We're here waiting and hour and a half plus with an appointment, our appointment was at 3.40pm. They even took someone that came in after us, before us. Don't even wait this long at the walk in clinic! Yep I was not quiet about it.

Expérience fantastique: Dr.Logan is a great doctor! My mother recently had a biopsy which was really badly infected. Dr.Logan took care of mom with a lot of patience and took care of her in her clinic instead of sending her to the hospital. She is very nice and very knowledgeable! She is definitely a skilled doctor.

Expérience négative: Called in to inquire if clinic does walk-in services. Reception says they don’t. Either there was some miscommunication regarding their holiday hours or the Google services is misleading saying they do offer walk in service.

Expérience négative: Honestly the service is very poor my wife and I were there on Saturday saw the doctor who was supposed to send our prescription to the pharmacy the same day... today is Tuesday still no medication. Every tme you call that place you end up getting upset and frustrated. Everytime you call they put you on hold and forget that you are on hold...I honestly think they treat individuals differently their based on culture and nationality. Time to change doctors.

Yes, there could be times where the caller needs to expect call waiting time because this multidisciplinary clinic caters to several patients calling at the same time especially at peak, busy times. Expérience négative: Doctor is good, but staff is not managing appointment efficiently, many time people have to wait for 1-2 hours after their appointment, I think if she will fix this then this will very helpful for her practice.

Expérience négative: First would start off as no one should go to this clinic no matter what the circumstances are the doctor Logan should not be allowed to practice she is very unprofessional and has the least care for her patients if I can give no stars I would doesn’t even deserve one start she doesn’t know how to speak to the patients and even my children hate going to her unfortunately I had to take her as my family doctor as there was no other option but now I’m forced to do so and look for someone Els would strongly recommend that no one ever makes her your doctor.

If there was no compassionate care, then the clinic wouldn't have grown to a multi-disciplinary clinic as it is today. What is written in the review is false. There is nothing to discuss further , no I am not mistaken I was DENIED access to your restroom facility with no hesitation at all by one of your staff members. And by the looks of your many one star negative reviews , seems as though there is no improvement on your clinics part at all.

Expérience négative: When a patient goes to their Doctor, they expect care and empathy, I believe that all Doctors perform an oath to their patients. But I came to Dr. Logon seeking the expected care and empathy, BUT, SHE made me wait for 5 hours, and when I had requested help, she was very cold, and for some reason angry. I left her office at McCowan and Dennison in much worse shape then when I entered her office. I never saw such anger and cold heartedness from a Doctor. I have never entered her office since the bad experience. Maybe I am Indian and she serves her own Tamil community.

The wait times at our clinic rarely exceed more than 2 hours, so this is factually incorrect. The doctor must listen the patient “ Dr Logan exactly does that. She is always very attentive. She listens to everything I tell her. When it comes to assessing, precise diagnosis and tailoring right treatment she is second to none. Over sixty years I have seen many doctors in my life at different times. Each time I get an injection I always remind her no one has ever given me an injection with absolutely pain free like Dr Logan. What a skilful person. She also great social and worker Works with many humanitarian charities helping the needy. An exemplary clinician and a great soul.

Expérience négative: Will waste your time, I booked an appointment at 1 and had to wait to see the doctor at 4:30 and the appointment was only for 3-4 minutes in which she just mumbled stuff that I don't even understand and quickly after that went to help her own people (a Tamil family) after that I waited another 30 to 40 minutes in the room just to find out that my session was over and she didn't even bother to tell me. PLEASE FOR GOD'S SAKE DON'T CHOOSE HER AS YOUR FAMILY PHYSICIAN. she is very unprofessional,poor time management in the world, very racist. I don't recommend her at All.if I could I would give her 0 star.

Expérience négative: Way too slow. Been here 2 hours and still waiting. Told 1 person ahead of me at least 50 minutes ago. Waste of time. The least they could do is to warn you that there is a long wait but instead I was given the opposite impression. Not pleased at all.
