Expérience fantastique: I took an online consultation with Dr. Ayswarya R Nair at Santhigram for borderline thyroid and cholesterol levels. She prescribed Ayurvedic medicines along with diet and lifestyle modifications, which helped me significantly. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend her.

Expérience négative: Really poor customer service, went there to buy some Ayurveda products, waited more than 15 minutes and no one showed up, try to call the phone, no one picked up and even tried in WhatsApp chat the day prior to my visit, unfortunately no one responded either. I have travelled more than half an hour to reach this place but the customer service, even though I didn’t received one, was out of question. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this place. Giving one star just because google doesn’t allow me to post my review without giving a star.

Expérience fantastique: I have taken Naziya and Karnapuran therapy for Nasal polyp at Santhigram. During allergy season, my nose always gets blocked and I suffer breathing difficulties during night. The cortico steriod nasal spray caused rebound effect. So I consulted Dr. Aishwarya, she recommended Naziya and karnapuran therapies, few medicines and diet. It was much effective even in 1 session, I could see the difference. Also I learned that dieting is important and following the recommended diet helps to get relief faster. I would strongly recommend this Ayurveda clinic for stress related ailments. The Doctors and team was very kind and skillful.

I was doing research and I very lucky to find this center I found Dr Aishwarya very knowledgeable and devoted. I also enjoyed treatments done by Dr Varsha. Their recommendation was to undergo a deep detox through Panchakarma, along with herbal supplements and a tailored diet plan. When I first visited the center, my pain was so severe that I could hardly move. However, after 14 days of Panchakarma therapy with the incredible Dr. Varsha, I’m thrilled to say that my pain has reduced by about 80%. Expérience positive: This review is an honest statement. I know of Ayurveda medicine and the herbal effects of the body. I saw the advertisement & thought I should go in for a massage. They are not covered by my insurance They asked me, if I want a consultation. During consultation I was told specific things and I was very impressed. Then I was given 4 herbal medicines and an eating plan was sent to me via email. There was no massage. The eating plan was in another woman name. And nothing was said about the ingredients of the medicines I am taking. If you are single, working and doing your own cooking . its very difficult to follows the diet. The diet starts with what to avoid and then the list to include in your meals are typical Indian vegetarian cuisine , there is no thought given to any other culture and people. There is no thought given to How to accomplish the tasks given if you don't have a mother to cook in your house. After 2 weeks of diligently following the meds and the diet . I felt weak, and acidic and gassy. I had no taste buds . I had really hoped that I will benefit from a natural , herbal and ayurvedic medicine but this is a test of my trust , which I don't have. If this clinic is just for South Indian clientele, then please say so. Because when you don't, the sell meds. it looks like bad business.

Expérience fantastique: I walked into Santhigram for the first time for a relaxation massage during a December break in 2021, like any other massage center. Never knew that it would a stepping stone to my overall wellness. I have been visiting Santhigram for the last 2.5 years. Dr Rasika is a very kind, knowledgable doctor who is also passionate about Ayurveda and dedicated. I got a panchakarma treatment done for anxiety in 2022, post which my overall dryness also got reduced. She treated me for the immediate need first. I could feel hunger after many years. She also helped me understand my body type and suggested practical lifestyle changes which made me feel better over the last 2 years. I started looking at food differently. I could understand my thoughts better. I got answers for why do I feel terrible after having certain foods. Post the treatment she suggested lifestyle changes for upkeep. I also had a skin issue over multiple areas of my body that I had been struggling with for some years. She treated me for that as well. There is no trace of that issue on my skin anymore. I had another panchakarma done to remove excess phlegm from my body in the beginning of the year. This time the treatment was different from what I had in 2022. After the treatment I felt like some extra weight has been shed off. I feel more agile and active and less resistance while moving my limbs. I also visit here even if I am struggling with a fever or cold. She curates treatment plan based on what a person needs at that point. I also take my child to her. Dr. Rasika is a holistic healer. I would go here any day.

Expérience négative: As per the website store is open till 4 pm . Was here at 3.20 pm on Saturday infront of the store , door was locked . Called in the number given. Someone at a remote location picked up the phone, pretended as they are going to let me in . Instead of saying if the store is closed for the day started collecting personal information saying she need all these to let me in. I think I would prefer a straight answer. And ask if I prefer a call back .I was pissed at the fact that the lady who picked the call was on a rude mode from the beginning.

They were not ready to quote the price for their services and were expecting us to call another number and provide an email address for the same. All this fuss for what? Just give us the quotes. A real put off.

I had a great experience with all the staff started from counselling till last day of panchkarma specially with Dr. Varsha who put her efforts to make sure we get the best results. I was suffering from chronicle gastrointestinal ulcerative colitis issues which became severe last May as i started having a lot of flare-ups after being in remission for about an yr; as a result i lost ~15lb weight within a matter of four weeks. Dr. Rasika thoroughly listened and understood my case and prescribed me medications, enrolled me in custom massage Therapy sessions, explained and suggested preferred as well as food items to avoid as part of healthy food plan, cleansing of the system; my health deterioration stopped within a week of medication, after that she assessed my health again and enrolled in massage therapy sessions which were extremely beneficial in accelerating my recovery and enabling me to regain quality healthy life. All I needed to do was book an appointment with Dr. Nitin Nair (which I wish I did much earlier). He is a very capable Physiotherapist and knows his stuff pretty well. He takes a very holistic approach to treatment and ensures that the pain is relieved. He gives exercises that work for you and suggests sitting postures that worked like magic (he even asked for a photo of my work space just to assess how it is currently and recommend changes). I went in there for chronic low back pain, but left with an understanding and appreciation for the art of Ayurveda and the lifestyle changes that come with it.
