She has a way of making you feel truly heard - she asks thoughtful questions that no other doctor has ever asked me and really takes the time to understand the whole picture of your health. It’s clear that her focus is on getting to the root of concerns rather than just managing symptoms. One of my biggest struggles has been Raynaud’s disease and circulation issues, which have made daily life extremely challenging over the past few years. Despite trying countless approaches, nothing ever gave me relief. On top of that, I’ve dealt with stubborn acne since my teenage years. I completed a live blood cell analysis at the clinic, and from there Dr. Lococo created a personalized protocol tailored to what my body truly needed. Having a multivitamin IV before an event provides me with an extra boost of energy and peace of mind, knowing my body is well-fueled. After my last race, I experienced flu-like symptoms and felt physically drained. Dr. Lococo administered a glutathione IV, and I was literally back on my feet and ready to go the very next day. I highly recommend adding IV therapy to an athletes tool kit. Lococo Wellness Clinic is a clean and safe environment where patients can be at ease optimizing their health.

Booking appointments through their app can be confusing, often leaving it unclear whether they're in person or virtual, which led to miscommunication about my visits. I was charged as a no-show despite this, and when I raised the issue, they refused to rectify the charge, even though it was an isolated incident. After a year as a customer, I expected better loyalty and attention. I came seeking help to regulate my periods, but that concern was never addressed. Having spent over $1,000, I still have no solution to the problem I originally brought in. Update: They replied on the bottom and they clearly do not care for the personal and private confidentiality of their clients as they just went over my entire health journey with them over this past year. I will be reporting this as it goes against PIPHA laws. I did not give consent for them to disclose my personal health information publicly. Also if you were going to disclose my medical history online please get the timeline right. All I can say is be aware when dealing with them.

Expérience fantastique: I've been seeing Dr Nicole Hwang for several years and she's very patient, knowledgeable and kind. Recently she's helped improve my severe back pain after two pregnancies with acupuncture. She always makes sure I'm comfortable and determines the best treatment plans. I always look forward to seeing her!

Expérience fantastique: Dr Nicole is excellent, she's very professional and friendly. I see her for acupuncture as I have TMJ issues and upper back/shoulder muscle stiffness. It's been very helpful as she is very knowledgeable and experienced in traditional Chinese and physio/muscular acupuncture. Treatments have been very effective in relieving muscle pain, would definitely recommend for anyone with similar conditions.

Expérience positive: I contemplated leaving a negative review as I think Dr Nicole H excellent. This clinic is just too unorganized. It was one thing to take away direct billing without informing patients. But to actually call and accuse people of not paying or having an outstanding balance and asking for “proof of payments” is extremely unprofessional. Especially since I not only told them I did indeed pay and confirmed by looking back at the last 3 months of credit card statements I was then asked to email screen shots of my payments. This has really ruined my experience with the clinic.

Expérience négative: Worst experience scam I’ve ever experienced. They charged me for a full appointment and took 30mins off my time to fill form. Very rude and not very professional nor pre-hand to appointment by giving proper instructions. Then kicked me out and told me it has to be by phone which was a waste of time as she told me to check her instagram for information that will help me at the cost of 250!! Stay away from this place.

When I finally heard back from her she said she would reach out to me when she was feeling better to rebook. It has been over a month no call or apology. Not impressed!

Expérience fantastique: All Ontario Medical Clinics and Hospitals have a zero scent policy, this is true in USA as well. This is to protect other patients in the clinic as fragrances will triggers a flare of asthma in susceptible individuals or worse a severe migraine in traumatic brain injury patients. In mental health there are patients with PTSD whom are triggered by cologne or certain scents based on how their abuser smelt. Sorry to hear about your experience, due to being unaware that this is a standard medical practice but it is about protecting and respecting some of our most vulnerable patients. ❤️

Fortunately, there is an option like Dr Lococo, for those who are able to go, to help recover from illness and live optimally. Expérience négative: My father was attending this clinic for months and had never heard of the “scent free policy”. My mother used some fabric softener on his clothing and whilst in the chair to receive his IV treatment he was KICKED OUT. He was told to stand OUTSIDE in NOVEMBER with BRAIN CANCER. My father is barely able to walk, and can not stand for long periods of time, he is considerably disabled due to his brain tumour and cancer which we were treating at this clinic. This was extremely unprofessional, unethical, and ableist and I will NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone. I totally understand a scent free policy, but this was unethical and the treatment of my extremely ill father will not go unnoticed.

Expérience négative: Been coming to this clinic since May 2022 , the first time I heard it was a scent free clinic was today . Dr lococo made my husband leave because she couldn’t take the scent on his clothes . My husband has a brain tumour and didn’t care that he needed treatment he was told to leave and reschedule ( he was sanding outside alone ) . No signage stating scent -free . Made us feel like criminals in front of other patience. Do not use this clinic terrible service and she doesn’t respect her patience and there needs including safety ..She is stressed out all the time condescending ,no privacy in iv room allows anyone to play with there iPads or phones out load but can’t give a client 24 hours notice to have no scent on there person.

Then the doctor needs to come out of the office to do IV treatment to other patients during the time of your consult. They do not send you your reciepts to send to your insurance. I been calling numerous time to get my reciept but no response! I hope you will get you act together and respect people time! You called after I pasted my review! And making excuses!! If you're short staff book clients that you can accommodate and your business can accommodate! You being greedy over booking patients you cannot even handle!

Expérience fantastique: Dr.Jennifer Lococo is truly, for many reasons, one of the greatest ND’s I have ever come across. She genuinely cares about her patients wellbeing. I can place my complete trust in her, and that is a relief given today’s healthcare or lack of. I can count on Dr.Lococo to problem solve, figure out what is going on, come up with a plan and solution knowing she has my absolute best interest, health and over all well being in mind. Something that I appreciate about her is that she doesn’t overwhelm me with all that is “wrong” rather she clearly expresses what should be addressed in order of importance and that is super helpful. She is incredibly knowledgeable and honest, all while making you feel understood and seen. She has gone above and beyond just to make sure I am completely comfortable and satisfied. Expérience fantastique: I am a 35 year old women and have been struggling with infertility for the past 4 years. I currently have stage 4 endometriosis, PCOS and have already went through two surgeries. I am currently on a waiting list to proceed with IVF to remove as many eggs as possible while I wait for my third and hopefully final surgery. During these past 4 years, endometriosis has played a huge role in my daily functions and routines and at times, prevented me from even getting out of bed. During times of high stress, my endometriosis flares up and causes me to be in excruciating pain in my lower abdomen, bloating, tenderness, numbness down my legs, constant exhaustion, and even painful bowel movements. I was popping over the counter anti-inflammatory drugs like they were candy which was causing me to have a high liver count on my blood work analysis. I have been receiving acupuncture for the past year to increase my egg quality, reduce stress, etc from Dr. Taravski and she suggested that along with diet and proper supplementation, I should connect with Dr. Jennifer Lococo about receiving High Dose Vitamin C Therapy to add to my overall wellness journey. After having an initial appointment with Dr. Lococo, she highly recommended that I start treatment as soon as possible to help reduce the inflammation that was occurring in my body, to help support the constant fatigue I was experiencing and to keep my immune system strong. Dr. Lococo is very knowledgable and direct when it comes to your health. She is not one who takes your health and well being lightly and she is not one to waste your time, energy and money. Once all my bloodwork was complete, Dr. Lococo recommended a clear plan of action as to how I was going to take charge of my health, she created a IV action plan, recommended I take some more supplements and off I went. I am very satisfied with my current treatment plan and cannot wait to see what the future holds for me at the end of my fertility journey. If you are someone who has exhausted all their options and would like to try alternative medicine with a doctor who will take you seriously, Dr. Lococo is the answer!

Expérience fantastique: I wish I could give this 10 stars, honestly. Its hard to know what to write here because there are no words to explain my gratitude to Dr. Jen. She saved my life. I was dying when I showed up to her office. I would recommend her to anyone! And from what she's taught me, Im passing her wisdom on to other Lyme disease patients and helping save other people's lives as well. I have been chronically ill for 12 years, since I was 14 years old - And no one has known what to do for me. Very long story short, she figured out a game plan for me in the clinic as well as for home care in ONE HOUR. My family and I have spent tens of thousands of dollars, and Ive had multiple unnecessary surgeries since I was a teenager because we were desperately looking for help and answers. Dr Lococo figured out in my initial appointment what countless other medical doctors, naturopaths, surgeons, and other various specialists could not. Im finally on the road to recovery, and even though it will be a long road - For the first time in almost half my life, Im finally starting to feel like Im going to start living and not just surviving one day at a time. I couldn't have done it without her and Im forever grateful. And I have to give some love to BOTH Jens because Jen at the front is the best support for patients and it's the most light hearted and comfortable atmosphere I've ever experienced! I've only ever known cranky receptionists/assistants and she's a breath of fresh air. OK going to cry now because writing this has made me so emotional. LOL!

I started coming to see her when I was receiving my cancer treatment as they were making me very sick. Dr. Jen reviewed my files and she came up with a treatment plan to help my symptoms and increase my immune system which helps fight cancer. I would highly recommend the iv vitamin C and mistletoe. She has also been modifying my diet, as per my food sensitivity test, which has helped tremendously as well. Expérience fantastique: Dr Lococo is incredible. Highly intelligent, extremely attentive, compassionate, supportive, and skilled. We took our daughter to this clinic to treat a condition that family doctors, specialists and other ND's found to be too challenging over a period of 10+ years. By the time we arrived at the Lococo Wellness Clinic, she had been throwing up daily for 5 months and had lost 60 pounds due to not being able to eat at all. Multiple ER visits, begging sessions with every MD we could find, guinea pig style treatment with handfuls of pharmaceutical prescriptions - none of it offered any improvement until Dr Jen gave a simple recommendation for us to try at home. Within two days, the vomiting had stopped, and has stayed away ever since. We also had her administer IV treatments in a particular order, and the changes have been remarkable. We have been so grateful for the expertise at this clinic! (Can't sign off without a shout-out to Jen at reception. She is a rock star with people skills that she should really teach classes for to other front desk staff at medical facilities. )

I'd been doing vit c injection and mistle toe therapy while doing the chemo. I started this vit c injection long before my chemo when I already detected I had a lump. After my first chemo, my tumour has shrunk already to 10% and after the 4th treatment along with my complementary treatment by Dr Lococo, my tumor is all gone.
