Expérience fantastique: We have used the Warman Small Animal Care Hospital on two separate occasions for elderly animal end of life care. One, being an urgent after-hours, on-call situation. The loving care and compassion that we received, as well as our pets, was fantastic. They helped ease a very heart-breaking and stressful time. 100% recommend!

Expérience fantastique: The vets at this clinic are truly great. Dr Waddell gets down on the ground with your pet and talks to you and explains in detail the diagnosis, treatment plans and prognosis. The techs treat the animals with the utmost care and respect. I have said hello to newborn puppies and have said goodbye to some dogs. Never once was I ever felt rushed either. They have good technology, and if they can’t do something are willing to refer you to somewhere that can. A great clinic for our great little city!!

It does not smell like a typical vet clinic and the office is very clean. Our Sally loves coming here, especially when she used to come see her friend Lucky Pants. I definately recommend bringing your fur babies here. They are also reasonably priced.

They are very caring and we've been lucky with them being able to fit Bella in when required due to an emergency situation. They are a bit on the expensive side, but that is probably applicable to everyone in this profession. Overall, I would recommend this small animal clinic to anyone who has pets that need care and regular checkups.

Even during a difficult diagnosis, I was walked through multiple options and provided with top notch advice. I also appreciate how clean this clinic is as well. I had to call a couple of times outside of working hours and I’ve always had excellent and friendly responses (even before 6am).

Expérience fantastique: Mufassa has gone to this vet since he was a puppy. He's a large dog who can be reactive when afraid. The team at WSAH has always been kind and patient with him and with me. I trust them and my dog trusts them too.

Specifically we had great experiences with Dr. Waddell and Dr. Neudorf. Our dog (with all his issues) is excited to go to the vet, he runs up to the door from the parking lot, dragging me behind him. To me that is a sign of the excellent care and atmosphere they provide.

Expérience négative: In March of 2023, we lost our pup. She all of a sudden got sick, and I was trying to drive her to any vet that was open, and these guys were an hour away. I phoned them while driving to the clinic and we just got there as they were closing. Ella died in the car on the way there. Warman Small Animal Hospital still had the audacity to charge an emergency exam fee to put a stethoscope on her and to tell us she was gone. I knew I would have to pay the cremation fee. But I had to phone a buddy, crying, to borrow $300 on the spot, otherwise they wouldn't have even kept her for cremation. It was just simply our problem. This has bothered me over the last 19 months. I knew she was gone. She stopped breathing in the car. What was I supposed to do? I couldn't just keep her and drive her home. So I'm finally writing about my experience 19 months later. I'll never step foot in that clinic again.

Expérience fantastique: Dr. Colette and her staff have euthanized several of our family pets since 2015. Last year, she went so far as to take some of her own personal time to come to our house to euthanize our 17 year old dog. Over the course of 30+ years, and many pets, and vets, Dr. Colette and her staff have provide by far the best care, the best prompt service and the most impeccable respect for our family and our pets, bar none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone, they are the best.

Expérience négative: The staff were very friendly and helpful but had very bad timing. In the middle of putting down our senior cat, while our family was saying goodbye to her, after 15.5 years, the assistant decided that that was a good time to enter the room to ask for payment. I was appalled and asked her to leave the room with me as my children did not need to be a part of that while saying goodbye to their best friend.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful as well as knowledgeable. The energy/vibes were really good, I will absolutely go back. I'd like to thank the receptionist that helped me out with filling my dog's prescription, It meant a lot.

Expérience fantastique: Dr. Collette Neudorf is an empathetic, kind, and reassuring vet. She took the time out of her night to put my best friend, my dog, to rest. We came in at 10pm, she facilitated us, and she never ONCE rushed us out. We stayed for nearly 2 hours saying goodbye. The vet technician was also amazing, though I didn't catch her name. Great staff, peaceful environment. Would recommend her to anyone.

We phoned Warman and they fit us in same day. We could not have asked for a more professional atmosphere and attention to detail. They did not overcharge us and took the best care of our kitty.
