I have been using this sauna now for a few years and the benefits to using an infrared sauna is well document on the internet. All I can say is that after a 30 minute session, I have a good sweat on. Great for getting rid of toxins and improving my circulation as well as other benefits. The owner Melanie and her #1 Emily are fantastic and super friendly. I did take her Metabolic Balance program in 2020 and lost 37 pounds in a very healthy way and have learned to maintain my weight loss. Check it out, you won't regret it.
