From the first visit he was committed to ensure that I would get over my injury and return to my cycling passion. Within 3 visits I was assessed, treated and provided with very targeted exercises to get on my way. I am back on the bike and riding better than ever.

My son was afraid of making mistakes and worried about disappointing the team. Ashley made him understand the importance of making mistakes and focus during the game. After few sessions, I saw a difference in my son's trainings and games. He continues playing soccer with so much confidence and resilience. I am grateful to Ashley and will come back when needed.

Expérience fantastique: After calling around to a few clinics in Ottawa, this was the most affordable clinic. I have not been disappointed by the treatment given by the staff. The staff do not push frequent visits if it's not within your price range, and I've been lucky enough to see 2 different physios on a weekly basis for awhile now. Although recovery always has its set backs, I feel like overall I've made great improvements since I started treatment in January. The covid-19 policies are top notch, and I have never felt unsafe in the clinic.

I first met Andrea when I was suffering from post concussion syndrome and she helped me navigate the whole recovery process. I went back to her for a subsequent unrelated injury and she was just as professional and knowledgeable as the first time. I can’t say enough good things about my experiences here. I wholeheartedly recommend the physiotherapists here.

Physiotherapist addressed cause and affects with manual, machine supported therapy and home based (and handy application supported) exercises. Expérience fantastique: I have been a client for 4 months. Their COVID protocol is clear, safe and consistently applied every time I visit. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The clinc itself is always clean and bright and feels welcoming. I suffered a cycling injury a few years ago and am still experiencing symptoms. I appreciate the amount of one-on-one time my PT spends with me evaluating my progress and adjusting the treatment, if necessary. Treatment is mostly hands on and, thankfully, appears to be working. And her years of experience are a definite asset. A real bonus is the parking (free) right next to the clinic.

The facilities provide privacy, are modern, spacious and very clean. Parking is also free and close to the entrance. No wonder I keep coming back

The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, and everything is clean and well maintained. I have been back since covid started. Nothing is crowded and everyone is wearing masks. Totally feels safe for these times. They also added a tracking app that shows what you need to do each day and records when you mark the exercises as complete. It is as always great experience!

The only clinic I can ever say I walked in all stiff and walked out able to bend and touch the ground. I was in a car accident and couldn't move well. I highly recommend functional dry needling. Amazing to have instant results. All the staff are friendly, trained and professional. Thanks for everything ladies

Andrea, my physiotherapist, and Rebecca, my RMT, provided careful and comprehensive treatment that greatly reduced pain and increased mobility. Both therapists took the time to pinpoint problems and offer effective solutions. In addition to the great physical care, the facility is clean and well organized, and the reception staff are friendly and professional, and were very helpful in working with various insurance providers. I highly recommend Nepean Sports Medicine & Physiotherapy Centre.

I've had excellent service from all specialists as well as reception! So kind and understanding of a busy schedule and they will do whatever they can to accommodate. Expérience fantastique: I highly recommend Nepean Physiotherapy, especially Chantal Goneau, who has helped me recover from a variety of injuries over the past few years. Chantal is a dedicated professional who uses multiple techniques including acupuncture to treat her patients. She also runs a Saturday morning fitness class at the physiotherapy clinic. These classes are both a great work-out and lots of fun. Chantal provides a different work out each week and uses her background in physiotherapy to adapt the exercises for the participants as needed.

Expérience fantastique: Came to see Susan Macfarlane to help with changing my eating habits and relationship with food. Susan did an amazing job helping me to understand different foods, how they work and how to put together healthy meals and snacks.

Expérience fantastique: This place is amazing, I hurt my shoulder 5 years ago and never got it fixed. Virginia Boro preformed shockwave physiotherapy, which made a huge difference in range of motion and reduction in pain doing these motions. Jessica Eamer gave me some deep tissue massage on my rotator cuff and shoulder which were very helpful in easing the pain and again increased my range of motion.. Both gave me some exercises which were really helpful in my recovery. I cant recommend this place enuf. If your injured this is the place to go.

Expérience fantastique: They saved me from spinal surgery. When I came to them, I could barely walk from how impinged the sciatic nerve in my back was. It took a few months, but I was able to regain strength in my leg and was able to start functioning normally again. They went over the top to give me every bit of service they could to help me improve. Of course, I did my homework too. I followed their expertly recommended plan of exercises and stretches. By the time I finally got in to see a neurosurgeon, my improvement was significant enough to no longer require needing surgery. Unfortunately, when my disc initially herniated, it was so severe that the nerves were damaged.. so I am left with some permanent issues. However, with the care of this great team I have been able to mitigate them and return to living mostly normally. From what I understand of the injury I had, that is a huge success.
