Expérience fantastique: Having visited this space a few times over the holiday season. I think this wellness space has some of the best products around. The staff are super lovely and it’s an aesthetically pleasing space. Clean, fresh and up lifting. I was super delighted to find out one of my favourite candles by Citchen Candle Co was sold here - I adore their lavender scent. I have picked some up and will go back for more. It’s nice to see spaces carrying local goods. They have a super selection of wellness treatments too. If you are in the distillery district stop by this charming store and studio you will not regret it.

Expérience négative: I've just experienced my first ever discrimination at this place, came in for vitamin d iv treatment and the lady tried giving me an empty needle shot of nothing, then when i ask why did this treatment feel so empty she tried to explain her way of what a 50,000 ui of vitamin D shot looks like, which made no sense. the needle was empty. she then proceed to tell me i don't have to pay for it, because it wasn't thoroughly explained to me. which left me puzzled, as to why you would insist that i leave without paying. A very strange experience, i didn't even know how to process the thought. she was assuming i knew nothing about the treatment process, or maybe she just didn't like how i came in. whatever her assumption of me was she didn't have to jab me with an empty needle pumping air and act like you just provided an A1 service. strangest experience ever not sure if its fraud or just descermation at this point. i've actually been waiting for this and was excited to get some relief for the season. you may look sophisticated but your actually ..........

Expérience fantastique: I've always been interested in trying Reiki healing and first learned about a group session offered at Lemon water. This is where I met Lena and got to experience it in a group setting. Both my husband and I did this for the first time and know nothing or read anything about Reiki but we both started to notice a bunch of positives the following week. I was more curious and did a private session with Lena. She's got this beautiful aura and light. I felt kindness, compassion, professionalism and grace from her. No judgement, always coming from love. Although I can't really explain why I feel this has really helped, I know sessions with her are beneficial and will continue my work with her. I highly recommend for anyone trying this for the first time to have a private session with Lena, I gained so much from this first experience. Thank you!

Dr. Selene was kind and patient with me as I get woozy around needles. The clinic was clean, calm, and I was very comfortable while I was receiving my IV! The near immediate effects I have experienced include more energy and less anxiety. Thank you Selene!

I switch between Karen and Katarzyna since they both have different techniques and ARE BOTH AMAZING. I look forward to my massages that I try to book atleast twice a month. Expérience fantastique: I have been going to chiropractors for 20 years. I had a back injury 10 years ago and chiropractic was the only thing that helped me walk properly again. After moving to Toronto in July of 2023, I was searching for a new chiropractor. I found Dr. John Varga and I want to say he is the best I have seen. Knowledgeable, kind, takes the time to understand your issues, does a lot of muscle work before the adjustment, as well as heat so the adjustment goes a bit easier. My last chiropractor did a fraction of that! I even had an issue with pain in my foot that I'd had for weeks. After he treated me, the pain was gone! I highly recommend Dr. Varga!

Expérience fantastique: I have been going to Lemon Water Wellness @ the Distillery district in Toronto since January 2023. The professional I have been seeing is Seok-Kwan Kim, the acupuncturist. I have had the greatest experience with Seok. In my experience, he is an excellent acupuncturist and also a great healer. His hands worked wonders on me. My lower back problems improved to a stable condition and his sinus treatments help me a lot. I will continue to see Seok. I highly recommend him! My heartfelt thanks also goes to Vaishvi, the ever so sweet person at reception.

Expérience fantastique: Was my first visit at Lemon Water today and definitely was a refreshing experience! I had my RMT done with Kurtis and highly recommend him for everyone. His attentive approach and skilled techniques made the session truly relaxing and rejuvenating. Kurtis's professionalism and expertise ensured that every knot and tension was addressed (I had many), leaving me feeling lighter as soon as I left the clinic. 10/10 recommend!

Expérience fantastique: I arrived early, was pleasantly greeted, offered tea or water and was ushered to the Vitamin IV Lounge where there were comfortable recliners with a great view. Dr. Azari appeared right on time and walked me to a nice exam room where we chatted for 30 mins about my health, family history and the reason for my visit. She agreed that my B12 was low and gave me an injection. She made sure I was ok before allowing me to leave. She was very thorough and pleasant. I have already booked next month’s injection and am considering a Vitamin IV during my marathon training cycles.

I saw her today for the first time and, as a massage connoisseur, I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I have ever had. You rarely experience *anyone* these days who takes pride in their craft and it was evident in every touch; every measured assessment of where I held tension or was hurting. Her movements weren't rote, they were bespoke to my particular issues. I walked in a person in pain and walked out light as air. Thank you, Katarzyna!!!!!

Expérience négative: I called to make an appointment for me and my sister to get IV drips! The lady on the phone with heavy accent made me to change my mind and book elsewhere. I had a simple question whether we can pay for the initial consultation with the nutritionist by OHIP and the lady responded that she doesn’t know what ohip is. I tried to explain but seemed she wasn’t able to understand and she was quite surprised what Ontario health benefit plan and system is! I am sorry but this gave us so many questions whether who they hire as a frontline assistance and why someone who works in wellness industry is not properly trained to know simple rules and regulations! When I asked to speak with the manager or other team members she said there is nobody there! I stopped the conversation right there and booked with another clinic! To the respective owners or whoever run this business, please train your team, as you just lost two customers!

Expérience positive: I've used services like physiotherapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture, and massage here. All have been good, with easy scheduling and a convenient location. Giving 3 stars and a word of caution about the Naturopathy services. I attended a few appointments for the purposes of getting bloodwork done. My results were quite severe - possibly emergency room worthy according to the doctors I've seen since - but this was never indicated by the naturopath. I totally understand that naturopathic services should be used in conjunction with modern medicine practices and that LWW is not the place to go for medical emergencies. That said, if I'd followed the Naturopath's recommendations I would have gotten worse. If you use the naturopathic services here, I recommend doing your own research and seeking a second opinion on test results.

Expérience positive: I went in because I saw the sign outside for iv shots. No one is in the store to help but seems. Initial therapy for IV is $125, first b12 appointment is $75, and $35 after that. Lots of cute gifts in store.

I felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout the chiropractic massage and acupuncture portion of the visit. I will definitely be back for future sessions!

Expérience fantastique: I go here regularly for massage sessions for the past year. I prefer massage where they actually work thru my muscles (i have a stiff muscled in my neck shoulder, upper back, as well as calves), like deep tissue massage. There is a few therapist that are good for this (Ronald, Dave, Mihir). I'd say that Mihir works the most thoroughly thru areas that need attention and this greatly helps me to feel better and not have tension in those muscles. Definitely recommend!

Expérience fantastique: I’ve seen two practitioners at lemon water and have had a fantastic experience from both! I saw Mihir for a 45 minutes massage and my god I think he is working with magic or something… I felt so amazing. He worked on all the pain points in my neck and back with an attentiveness to my pain levels while also making sure that the pressure was released by the end of the massage. He talked me through what he was doing and gave me some great maintenance stretches at the end of the visit. At my slightest wince, change in breathing or anything he knew to pause for a moment, direct my breathing, and work through it. I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough. I also saw Meagan for pelvic floor therapy, which i was very nervous about, but she made me feel so safe and comfortable. I was in tears at the end of our visit because so many doctors had made me feel like this pain was all in my head but she worked with me to identify the pain centres and gently release the pressure. She also gave me a great stretch/exercise routine for upkeep afterwards. I can’t recommend this place enough. Amazing practitioners, friendly staff, great space, and truly magnificent treatment.

I have struggled with acne and I’ve seen results after two months with her when I wasn’t able to see those same results with a dermatologist. She’s honest about how working with a naturopath is and how it’s different than an MD. I am really happy to have found her.

She was cordial, well-informed and thorough. Her exercises were highly effective, which she patiently demonstrated during our session. And afterward, she emailed me the same exercises to ensure that I was performing them accurately (and by extension, effectively). She receives my wholehearted endorsement. Thank you to Lemon Water. I suffer from chronic tension headaches, and Dr. Brynne gave me exercises to do at home. We also did my first ever acupuncture treatment, and I felt so at easy - even with needles in my face! Highly recommend

The take home exercises were amazing and the PDF Dr. Brynne Billings provided for my at home portion was excellent and provided me with all the stretches with a great diagram to show. Expérience fantastique: I saw Dr. Brynne for treatment for forearm pain that I had been experiencing while playing hockey and working out. She was extremely approachable and friendly during my visit. We went through a bunch of different exercises together, including acupuncture. Later that day, she sent me a list of exercises that I could do on my own. Since my session and after completing the exercises for a few days, I've had absolutely no pain while playing hockey or working out. Not only am I pleased with the results, but her professionalism and service levels will definitely be the reason I come back in the future.

Expérience fantastique: This was my visit with a chiropractor and Dr. Billings helped me identify some unknown weak areas that are impacting my overall mobility. The rehab exercises were well tailored based on my time availability and the equipment available to me to make them more accessible.

Expérience négative: This place deserve a zero star! I got recommended to try this place a year an half ago. I have booked with a so called Dr. Kate McLaird. Any doctor or Natrual path therapist at your initial visit will ask for some sort of blood work. She didn’t ask any of that! She asked me what do I expect from this IV treatment. I told her what I want and right away out she put me under IV treatment. On my first consultation!! The IV treatment was extremely painful and my whole arm was hurting me! I asked her cpl of times about the pain and she assured me this is pretty normal and she reduced the drips. I paid a lot of money for this treatment hopping that the result will be great! But I was too naive. Just 2 days days after this treatment I have noticed my face specially around my eyes are swollen and I didn’t know what was the reason.. after so many tests, and visiting few doctors they told me that my kidney got very sensitive and I have to be very careful! It’s been almost a year and half that I’m fighting for this problem that caused by this particular IV treatment! I even called the wellness clinic and spoke with the receptionist and asked her to send me the details of the treatment that I received but she never got back to me. It hurts the most when you are healthy and you put yourself under these kinda treatment and trust the so called Doctor will have your best interest but that was not the case! If you wanna put yourself under IV treatment make sure you do a lot of due diligence and consult with your family doctor! I will never recommend to anyone this clinic!!!

I worked with Dr Kate McLaird (Naturopath for help with Hormone + fitness Health - learned so much that I had not been aware of even with regular Family Medical Dr appts + Acupuncture). Dr Kate, is very thorough + attentive + an amazing resource to have ! I also worked with Lindsay Dixon (Osteopathy) - which I hadn't heard of until I went for my initial visit + who knew the many benefits of Osteopathy treatment ! I honestly can say that my body feels more aligned + in tune ! Lindsay is also Certified in Athletic Therapy + is a great resource for body alignment + can answer/ help with any random pain or injury questions (sports or general). Definitely recommend Lemon Water as a whole, they are very Clean, thorough location esp in the midst of Covid, they ensure patient safety + health.

I've been here about three times now and have had two of my massages with Dale and one with Eleanor. All of my massages have been good (I definitely prefer Dale since he applies WAY more pressure which my stiff neck needs!). The massages are a little more expensive but then again, it IS the Distillery District and everything is more expensive here. The only reason why I am not giving this place a 5 star is because I wish they could submit my massages directly to my insurance provider (I hate having to do it myself and typically forget). Apart from that, no complaints. My partner and I like coming here and love that it's close to us!
