I’ve tried everything over the years trying to get rid of these knots… After years of hairdressing and being a Nail Tech I have knots on top of knots lol. Although it’s a bit more painful than all the other things I’ve tried, I feel that these are the results I’m after! I can’t wait for my next appointment! Ms. Kerry is so very thorough! I was so impressed with her knowledge of the human body and each muscle group. I got answers to possibly what’s causing my tingling, numbness, Random dizzy spells, and other weird pains I get randomly. Pretty amazing- MIND BLOWN! The place is a very clean, positive, friendly atmosphere! Highly recommend!

Expérience positive: Paid for 90 minute massage & received 80. Appt was at 2:45pm & wasn't called in til 3pm. I had to go up to reception to confirm my appt was for 2:45. She said costco was busier than she thought. When the massage costs $147, u want your full 90 minutes. She was a nice person & massage was good. ***update : owner called & apologized. She made it right by refunding my money & recommending someone that was fully trained in myofascial release massage at another facility.

It ended up being a new favourite of mine and I’ve already booked in for another session. I also was really intrigued with the Lead space in general. Janine is always so open and welcoming for me during pregnancy and into post partum. She always makes sure she knows my priorities for the appointment and listens to exactly what I am needing. Expérience fantastique: I started seeing Reed recently for FST/ MT combo treatments. I came in with back pain but more than that - my knee was feeling very painful and unstable. I was totally unable to do squatting / lunge exercises which are supposed to help so much with knee discomfort. I had totally resolved myself to needing a joint replacement when I got older. After 3 treatments with Reed, I no longer feel that way ! My knee has a new lease on life - it's the FST magic ✨ I no longer have pain or crunching in the knee AND I can do squats and lunges! He's also helped so much with my back and neck discomfort. He has an ease about him that will make you feel comfortable in his hands and a great sense of humor as well! He's very knowledgeable and clearly extremely passionate about what he does. 10/10 recccomed seeing Reed !
