Expérience fantastique: Had the best prenatal massage yesterday by Natayla. I’ve gotten a few prenatal massages but this was by far the best. Im 34 weeks pregnant and was able to use the pillow that allows you to lay on your stomach and it was great. She focused on all the problematic areas, used the right amount of pressure. It was very relaxing and refreshing. Highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: I started pelvic floor therapy with Barbara Szczerba into my second trimester in order to better manage some back and pelvic pain. Honestly, it was the best decision and my pelvic pain is nearly nonexistent. Barbara is such a personable and warm woman and she is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of pelvic floor, pain management and positive birthing experiences. She takes her time to explain Exercises and encourages partners to be engaged in the process, which is amazing. I would highly recommend Barbara to anyone either thinking of becoming pregnant, currently pregnant or even postpartum. She is such a kind individual and truly just wants everyone to succeed in their pregnancy and birthing journeys, which is exactly what every woman needs. Edited on Jan 25 2025: I’m adding to my review because I received breastfeeding assistance from Natasha Orchard and I need people to know how amazing she is! I saw Natasha for an at home consultation a few weeks after I gave birth to my son, as I was having a few issues with breastfeeding positions due to my c-section and wrist (pregnancy carpal tunnel/tendonitis) and latching. The at-home consult was totally worth the money because I was a lot more comfortable in my own space and it was painful to move around much. Natasha made me feel extra comfortable and she was very thorough, providing different techniques to feed my son and had a lot of knowledge about latching. But I would have to say the best part about Natasha is that after the first visit she continued to check on me via text and subsequently supported me anytime I reached out to her with a question. She never pushed for additional visits (unless necessary) and always offered the best advice whenever I texted her with a concern. And boyyyyy did I text her with several concerns because my breastfeeding journey was no joke. Probably the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life. But I’m so glad I stuck it through and I really have Natasha to thank. She always remained neutral and consistent and helped me push through the hard times. So I really wanted to add this to my original review to thank Natasha one more time, thank you!! <3

Their post partum doula support, massage therapy and chiropractic services have helped me a lot in navigating through the early stages of new motherhood. My massage therapist Natalya is a godsend to me, her unique style of massage and tips on healthy living really leaves me on good spirits after the session. Though I would say their services are a little heavy on the pocket but still worth going for. Thank you Womb for such a holistic approach towards healthy living.

She helped me with my pregnancy pains and is now helping me with postpartum soreness from bending etc. She is lovely to talk to. She goes out of her way to help her clients by taking her time, listening, and making recommendations. Definitely book a massage with her! I have also enjoyed prenatal yoga with Stephanie, physio with Liron, and pediatric physio with Kiren. All have been great to work with! The receptionists are also very sweet.

The class is different each week and my body hasn't felt better. The instructor Josef knows his stuff! He adjusts your body when needed and pushes you to the limit in a positive way. The custumer service is also top notch as they send reminders and treat you with respect. I am very appreciative for what they do.

I'm refreshed and happy after my visits. The front desk staff show their genuine care and are very helpful. I definitely recommend their services to anyone expecting. Update: after trying several of their massage therapist who are all great, I've found Dr Liu Ngo to be phenomenal. She understands the muscles and fascia so well and she treats my body in a very gentle yet effective way. I really appreciate her expertise and I'm planning to visit her for massage on monthly basis through pregnancy and postpartum. Definitely recommend her to anyone.

Expérience fantastique: I use to go to another prenatal/postnatal clinic in downtown Toronto, but needed a place that was closer. The Womb Vaughan has been excellent, very friendly staff, a very comfortable space. I go for pelvic floor physio as well as osteopathy. They also have child minding which is key during the maternity leave year to enable mom’s time to have self care. A great experience all around and I would highly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: Wanted to give a shout out to Osteopath Deepak who I've seen 3 times during the 2nd and 3rd trimesters of my pregnancy. He's the only one who's been able to relieve a persistent but dull pain just under the right side of my ribs and the relief lasts about 4 weeks (chiro and massage did not improve). The cranial sacral part is very relaxing. He coaches you on deep breathing which I don't do nearly enough of and assists in vigorous body stretching which feels like a workout (with at home routine). The sessions are costly but I do find them valuable and if I could redo, I would just choose osteo and super limit Chiro + massage.

Expérience fantastique: Amazing people, great ambience and environment... It's really the kind of positive energy pregnant women SHOULD be around! This is my 2nd pregnancy and I've only ever had mediocre prenatal massages prior to discovering The WOMB. So I didn't bother going for any prenatal massages this time around, and ONLY started coming in my 36th week. I am sad I've been missing out on these amazing massages from Christina all this time, and have tried to squeeze in anything I can since. Thank you Christina and thank you to The WOMB for being so amazing and wonderful!

Expérience négative: I never tried their therapy/massage so my review is for Baby Pilates and Stroller fit classes. Baby Pilates (4 weeks session)- Very slow phase, the teacher called in sick once which they let us know in advance, and another time she didn't show up and they didn't let us know so we were just waiting there. The only good thing was that I met another mom that I became friends with. Stroller fit (4 weeks session) - 1st class: it was raining so we had a random indoor station fitness class that didn't fit for babies at all. They just sit at the back and if your little one is already mobile, you can't really do the class. 2nd class: It was actually outside with a stroller! and it was nice. 3rd class: It wasn't raining but Suzanne (the teacher and owner) still decided to do this random stations fitness class indoors. She wasn't dressed up accordingly to a fitness class, not all there at all as per her words "I feel cloudy", kicking a random ball almost heating one of the babies face. At this moment I decided not to come back for the 4th class. Overall very messy, unorganized classes with no desire or passion. Would not recommend.

She is 3 and had whiplash and she said to Mark after her initial treatment "Thank you for fixing my neck, that was so relaxing". It has such a positive impact in us individually on a mind, body, emotional and spiritual level. Highly recommend!!! Also love the energy of the space so clean and welcoming. They have jumperoos and colouring station for the little ones to be entertained and there is tea and often special treats to be enjoyed. They also have events social as well as educational happening all the time. Such an amazing team and community- the village we seek post Parfum and so grateful to have discovered this beautiful place ❤️

I saw the lactation consultant, Aibhne, who was absolutely amazing, helpful, and kind. She answered so many questions I had and helped me resolve several issues I've been having. I wish I saw her right away, I could have saved myself so much pain! I am also seeing the naturopath, Aida, and she has helped me soooo much with some postpartum issues I've been having! I don't know what I would have done without her. I am so excited to keep seeing her for future appointments and to have my daughter see her in the future as well. The receptionists are also great and make you feel so welcome. The owners are amazing and have gone out of their way to help me and answer so many questions I've had. Not only did they help me with my back pains but they also guided me, listened to me, sympathized with my aches and help me feel so much better about my pregnancy. The staff are friendly and very much accommodating. Sonia and Sarah are so good with my little boys and very patient with them while on treatment. If you have questions regarding the treatments, they are knowledgable and will explain thoroughly so you can make a sound decision. And it is very easy to book appointments; works well with my family’s schedule. They have other services, you can check out. Call or email them they will answer efficiently. Randi (baby’s occupational therapy) was wonderful with my 5 month old and gave us new activities to do that helped with her development. Pelvic floor therapy with Michelle postpartum was also amazing, wish I had gone to her when pregnant. And personal training with Suzanne is great now to help get back in shape, it’s challenging but doable. Also very convenient that we can do it virtually.

Expérience fantastique: I absolutely love going to my pre natal massage appointment with Christina. She is absolutely amazing. She is an amazing masseuse and knows exactly what she is doing. She asks you what you need to focus on before every session and makes sure that you leave feeling relaxed. On top of that she is amazingly friendly and makes you feel good about yourself and your body. Which is especially important when you are pregnant. Also, every staff member makes you feel welcome and amazing. I absolutely recommend that place.

That is why I booked a Chiropractor appointment on their opening day and let me tell you, I was not disappointed. Dr. Sarah was very caring and attentive. I felt like I was in very good hands as she treated some nagging injuries that I couldn't address during the pandemic. Upon walking in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The environment was full of bright, positive energy. All COVID-19 safety protocols are also put into place. Although, it's mainly geared towards moms and moms-to-be, The WOMB Vaughan is also great for dads, brothers, sons, grandfathers, uncles, and guys in general. This is not your ordinary integrative healthcare centre. They truly make it feel like a community... and family. It's definitely worth it.

Expérience fantastique: When I first entered the WOMB Vaughan, I was astounded by the aesthetics and cleanliness! I immediately felt at home. I had a great experience with Christina - RMT. She is so warm, has a positive energy and her experience is evident. She started with an assessment of my needs and then a postural assessment. During the massage, it was clear that she has thorough knowledge and application of myofascial release techniques. All Covid-19 precautions are followed to a tee.

Cayla answered all my questions and made the process very easy to follow. My wife started going there a few weeks ago for some baby classes and after the first day she was amazed at all services available in their newly renovated location and now we all go together as a family. In addition to all the baby classes (music and lil' movers); my wife and I have also been receiving treatments from their amazing paramedical team (chiropractor, counseling and RMT). The online booking system is super simple to use and allows me the flexibility to book appointments at anytime of day. Looking forward to going there for years to come and 100% recommend to anyone considering any of the services they offer.

They take the time to explain treatment options to you and to make sure you feel comfortable at all times. Dr. Lisa is an amazing Chiropractor as well! She is very informative and you can tell she is passionate at what she does !

Randi was so patient and compassionate with our son and her attention and suggestions have already made a big difference for our son both at home and at school. The center is warm, fresh, friendly, and very welcoming.

Expérience fantastique: I brought my baby in to see Dr. Sarah the chiropractor in hopes of helping her acid reflux. She was so great with her and the treatment ended up helping! The whole clinic is nice, and has really great energy. Vaughan really needed a space like this, so happy I found it.

Expérience fantastique: All the staff at The Womb Vaughan, are extremely welcoming. I have had nothing but great experiences there. I met with Dr, Nicole Tillie ND a couple weeks ago, she was professional, very attentive, and took her time to make sure she fully understood what my issues and concerns were. We came up with a game plan and two weeks later, I’m feeling great and have a ton more energy and am waking up feeling rested. I have also been seeing Dr. Lisa Caputo at The Womb Vaughan for Chiropractic work. She’s very professional and welcoming. She doesn’t just do adjustments but actually works the soft tissue around the joints of problem areas. If she feels you need an adjustment, she will give you one. She is amazing at what she does.
