Expérience négative: I saw what I was told was an athletic therapist. Unfortunetly she wasn't actually fully certified. She misdiagnosed me and made my injury much worse. I later went to a different clinic and saw someone who actually was certified and received the proper diagnosis but my experience with South Sherbrook Therapy set my healing way back. The owner, however, tried to tell me that it's perfectly normal for someone who hasn't even completed their certification exams to see patients without supervision, guidance or knowledge of the patient. I only found out because "therapist" failed her exams. Every 5 star review for this clinic has also been bought with a "free" gift certificate. At least that's what they advertise in the office. I guess I'm not getting one.

From the start, Jason was professional and really knew what he was doing. He carefully checked my knee, found the problem, and made a treatment plan just for me. He explained things clearly and gave me exercises that greatly reduced my pain. Thanks to him, my knee pain is gone, and I can do my regular activities without any issues. The best part is having access to a full gym in the basement of the building to assess specific exercises that are causing pain. I started seeing him with debilitating pain in both of my hands and arms from a desk related injury and working with him for 6 months decreased my pain immensely and allowed me to resume my normal activities. Getting treatment for chronic pain sucks but Raymond made physio fun and easy to follow.

Expérience fantastique: I'd come to South Sherbrook Therapy with admittedly depleted hope in finding help with life-long pain I'd been in, but quickly found the help I'd needed! I'd been seeing Dr. Raymond Cao, and he helped me learn ways to lessen and manage my pain- I'd only been his client for about 8 months, and I'm at a point where I'm not in near constant debilitating pain. He (and the others there) are extremely knowledgeable and exceedingly kind and supportive. It is an absolute safe space; especially important to me as an openly queer and trans individual. I've felt respected through my entirety of going here, and I cannot recommend going here enough. The space is clean, comfortable, and filled with support, empathy, respect, and everything else one on their healing journey could ever want and need.

She really helped my partner and me as we had a major vehicle accident the week before.
