Expérience négative: Shameful business. My wife got filler done here. They completely botched it and her face has a huge indentation in it now. This is deserving of a 100% refund plus treatment to rectify. They have offered no refund and all procedures to repair it have done nothing. NEVER go here. Dishonest and unprofessional business.

Expérience fantastique: Wonderful experience with Dr. Saira Kassam. I’ve been seeing her for a couple months and I love how thorough, realistic and authentic her approach is. Making small tweaks with my nutrition intake, that were easy to implement and I have made a world of difference to me. Also love her evidence-based approach. We ran a full blood work panel, reviewed my results together and made a plan. I also have been doing vitamin B injections with her for the past month and I didn’t realize how much more energy I could have with getting my levels to a normal range. It’s made getting up in the morning enjoyable (I have historically not been a morning person), having energy after work to get my workouts in and just noticing my mood is also more balanced. Our massage therapist Grace has been very excellent and detailed in helping us. After the massage, she would even provide suggestions/ on how to improve our posture and simple exercises we can do to alleviate the muscle pains.

Expérience fantastique: This is a great place for all your health needs-doctor, physio, dentist etc. But the what really sets this place apart is that they have Kevin, the Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner. Kevin’s tuina massage, accupuncture and cupping are extremely effective. I have a chronic pain issue in my back and leg and his treatment brings me immense relief. I am able to workout, work and do all normal things without worrying about pain. Really nice guy too, always listens to you and goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. The massage can be a bit painful but Kevin can use less force if you tell him to. Its worth it though, better than any RMT massage I have ever gotten. Highly recommend Health One and in particular Kevin!

And Ruby, the admin, is the kindest person who would assist you not only in booking your next appointments, but also ensures you get the right help you need, or she wouldn't hesitate to recommend another medical practitioner that she thinks will be the right fit for you. COVID has definitely taken a toll for me, and this place not only relieves my pressures but also gives me the motivation to get back up!
