Expérience fantastique: Pine has been an incredible part of my pre-natal and postpartum journey. I have accessed physio, chiropractor, psychology and lactation consultant services and all of the providers I have seen at the Edmonton and Sherwood Park locations are amazing. I highly recommend Pine!

Expérience négative: If I could give o stars I would. After having a family emergency a few weeks ago which I called the clinic to let them know of the situation. Of course it was less than 24 hours notice, as it was an EMERGENCY. When I called the Sherwood Park Clinic this morning to rebook with the initial therapist of the name Kelly. I was, then told I couldn't reschedule with her. I asked why, the receptionist said I would have to talk with her supervisor. I then, asked if I could see someone else in the clinic and she said I could not. SERIOUSLY!! Things happen, people have real life situations, no compassion was shown. I'm a mom of 2 kids 4 and 6. With extreme aniexty, depression and grief. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And this is why people with mental health struggles keep struggling. Therapists don't understand AT ALL!! Try walking in my shoes, lets see how you control and navigate your life. THANKS FOR NOT HELPING ME

Expérience fantastique: I started at Pine for Physio with Lisa and now have used the lactation consultant, counselling and chiro for myself and my children. All professionals I have met there have been fabulous and I love having my appointments at one location. I recommend this place to everyone.

Expérience négative: I booked into an infant cpr/first aid program and called ahead to confirm it was taking place. Upon arrival, I was informed it was canceled. I had e-transfered my registration fee, and yet no one emailed, called, or reimbursed me until I showed up that evening. Very disappointing.

Expérience fantastique: I have been to Pine for various services for myself and my newborn. Every service and staff I’ve encountered there was exceptional. I most recently had been attending for lactation consulting and chiropractic treatment. Julia and Shenaigh are so compassionate, caring, and patient-centered! Highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: I had a consultation with Megan for nutrition advice regarding PCOS and I have only wonderful things to say. She is super knowledgeable, personable, thorough, and just an all around joy to talk to. I am so glad I found this place. The receptionist that was working, I believe her name is Carmen, is super nice as well :). The interior of this location is also beautiful. Highly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: Top notch experience with Laura for massage and Sonia for acupuncture. They really helped relieve pain during and after pregnancy and well as for various sports injuries. The location is easily accessible with lots of parking. I enjoy the online booking tool - it's so simple to use. The front desk staff are pleasant and efficient with check in/check out. It's a beautiful office and I love how inclusive it feels, especially for women and children. They have so many providers under one roof which is impressive and can help you feel your best!

Expérience fantastique: Every experience I’ve had at pine has been amazing. I started seeing Liz 3 years ago for pelvic physio as I was having immense amounts of pain constantly. She was able to pin point what was likely going on and help to releve those issues nearly immediately. I continue to see Liz for any of my physio needs from pinched nerves to (literal pains in my butt) and with every visit I feel so well taken care of and that all my issues are addressed. Liz is INCREDIBLE at what she does, she is so in tune with her clients needs and bodies and also such a kind and warm person. With something as intimate as pelvic floor physio it can be a very intimidating appointment for the first one, but Liz has a way of making you feel comfortable and completely at ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking!

Expérience fantastique: Wow! Super professional and friendly staff in a beautiful space. Alex is very knowledgeable and thorough; she explains treatment as it occurs and listened to all my concerns and unique health needs. Highly recommend Alex and this clinic.

Expérience négative: I'm going to chalk it up to either bad luck or poor staffing issues... I called twice to ask questions and try to book. I left voicemails and never heard back. I got them to answer the phone on my third attempt, And that's when I booked in. I likely would have given up if I wasn't referred by someone. I booked in in the northwest location. I didn't feel I was a great match with my counselor at the first session but thought I would give it another chance. Upon leaving my first session I re booked for the following week. I have to commute two hours to come to these sessions. (They are aware of this) When I arrived for my second appointment. I was told by the front desk staff that I was not booked in. when I showed them my email confirmation of the booking. They figured out that the appointment was somehow canceled by the counselor but nobody called or emailed me to let me know. If I were to cancel on them without letting them know. I would be charged the full fee, but there was no compensation Or any offering for my commute in. A lot of time, money and energy goes in to trying to take care of your mental health. So I would say if you're booking with this clinic For those reasons, just be cautious. It caused a lot of extra stress that I didn't need. I gave a couple stars because the clinic is nice looking And the counselor tried to give me some external resources at my first session.

Expérience fantastique: Came for pelvic floor PT before giving birth and Kelsea was awesome. Made me feel very welcome and was very knowledgeable.

Expérience négative: I have had good experience until today. I wasn't told the session would be individual and wasted my two hours on transit and waiting for my spouse. I was only notified after sitting down and told that half session would be me but until the end, I was not called at all. And my spouse was selected for today without any reason. As a visible minority, I highly suspected there was a racism involved. Not going to continue here anymore.

I want to give a specific shout out to Simone Fleet, physiotherapist at the Sherwood Park location. Not only is she an incredible human, she is amazing at what she does. She has been helping me so much get my pelvic floor and body back into better working order. She is so accommodating and supportive and gives goals that are reachable. Thank you for your patience and support Simone!! You are appreciated

Expérience fantastique: I cannot recommend Pine Health and specifically acupuncture with Jada enough. From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. I couldn’t imagine going through these last few weeks of pregnancy without my acupuncture treatments with Jada. She always takes the time to thoroughly assess my needs and I truly look forward to seeing her every week.

Expérience fantastique: The pine staff are on the forefront of womens maternal health and young families. You won't find a better clinic in the city on this regard. Their practioners provide beyond just a service, they are building a community of strong, engaged women, prepared for a unique and special journey through child birth and beyond.

Expérience négative: I made my initial appointment with pine health and was told by the woman who worked at the front desk that if I wanted to print out the forms that needed to be filled out that I could do that but that I would just have to let them know. Cut to today. I got a phone call from the office and this time the receptionist told me that I was not allowed to print them out. When I told her what was said to me last time she got sarcastic with me. There is nothing okay about treating a brand new client that poorly.

Expérience négative: Extremely disappointed in SLP Carin Broome. I have visited Pine before for Pelvic Physio and child Physio and I only had an amazing experience. Unfortunately this time me and my husband ended up disappointed when we took our 19 months old daughter for the initial SLP appointment with Carin Broome. We didn’t get any tips other than what we knew already, she didn’t interacted with my daughter. She just asked us questions write stuff down (we didn’t get any report from what she was writing) all we gotto do what we are already doing. Then she told us she won’t see her until we get hearing test done (we know she can hear us as she follows all the commands) and there is 5+ month wait to get hearing test done. The reason why we looking to get some professional help with our daughters speech delay was to get some tips or learn something different what we should be doing to encourage her to start saying words. Unfortunately we just left super disappointed, wasted an hour of our time with no new advice or help after paying nearly $200.

Expérience fantastique: Lisa is an excellent physiotherapist. She was so patient with me and understanding that I brought my baby. She also really helped me to regain strength in my pelvic floor and get back to my goal of running and doing regular workouts without injuring myself. Thank you!

Liz has been my pelvic floor physiotherapist post birth of all three of my babies and she is simply the best. I can’t rave about her more. I could say she is magic, but it’s definitely more then that. Liz not only knows pelvic floor health in and out…she is empathetic, she listens, she makes you feel safe, she empowers her clients, and she truly cares about your well-being. With every birth came different experiences and challenges for me. Working through them with Liz has been successful, supportive and just what I needed to continue living my days pain free, in control and strong. If you are looking for someone to aid on your journey, Liz may be that perfect person. She was/ is for me. Pine may be the perfect place!

After having ultrasound work done on plugged ducts in Vancouver, I was looking for a clinic in Edmonton and the team here was great! I was able to get in the same day I called and got two appointments. Each person I met with was lovely and beyond helpful. Would totally recommend, and while I hope I don't need to go back for plugged ducts, I'm glad I found a place that will help!

Expérience fantastique: I have gone to Pine for various services, most recently pelvic Physio therapy with Jill. I have received amazing care and service over the years with both my pregnancies. Labour left me feeling defeated and in working with Jill I have improved so much. I have received Physio for pre and post natal issues, as well as non pregnancy related issues. I like how it is a “one stop shop” because of the other services they offer. I 100% recommend Pine to friends and family. They are so caring and the level of service is amazing.

I love seeing Vanessa for massage, she does the perfect “hurts so good” massage that gets to the root of the problem. It was amazing to get to see her professionally at PINE as well- it is a beautiful space filled with amazing women professionals who build up their clients and each other. My daughter had a CMPA and Megan helped me to feel confident to continue to breastfeed during this time, instead of just telling me to switch her to a formula. Their passion for their respective disciplines is unmatched, and they truly care so much about your experience in the clinic but so much more importantly they just want to help you feel comfortable, excited, educated, and as prepared as possible for whatever your pre/post natal journey might look like. I am currently navigating my first pregnancy and both professionals have taken the time to really listen to how I’m feeling and how things are going. Expérience fantastique: Dr.Shenaigh Newman is so phenomenal at her job. I have been going to her for years and trust her fully with myself and my children. After a small MVA, I would not have been able to move without her help. She has helped me immensely with my tension headaches and issues with my jaw. She is so knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommended her to anyone. Her treatment does not end in the room, she truly cares about your well-being and provided you with amazing advice.

She is an incredible chiropractor and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for either a new chiro, a second opinion, someone looking for pediatric care, or postpartum. She takes the time with each patient, listens to what their pains are but really listens to what's going on with the patient as a whole. She is caring and professional. I am so lucky to have her as an advocate for my health.

She gave me the information I need to understand my body and how it functions in order to appreciate the specific exercises she assigned to me. She made me feel comfortable during my appointment. I am pregnant again and want to make sure all is in good order for baby #2s delivery. Side note: totally worth coming for multiple pregnancies. I saw Filipa Da Cruz Godinho this time and she was fantastic. She is so thorough and respectful. She asked if I wanted her to talk about what she is seeing as we went or if I'd prefer her just to make notes. I love hearing assessments so I was really happy to have her walk me through everything. She was very personable and is very educated in her field!

Expérience fantastique: Our son had an SLP assessment with Jennifer. She was very gentle with our son and helped provide us with some strategies to assist with some specific speech challenges that he was having. She also was very patient with us and answered our multiple questions and made it easy for us to incorporate the treatment plan within our daily lives. Our son was shy to begin with but quickly warmed up to her and was smiling and interactive throughout the assessment. Great experience and well worth the cost! Also found the atmosphere at the clinic to be warm, welcoming and very clean environment! Certainly recommend to anyone needing some extra SLP support for their children!!!

Expérience fantastique: I've tried to write this review multiple times, with every attempt to do justice to just how wonderful the facility and more importantly the staff are at Pine. I first heard of Pine Integrated Health Centre through a work connection who runs a women's fitness studio called Fit Your Life. After finding them on social media, I would constantly find myself being intrigued and pulled into reading their posts. A group of female practitioners in various disciplines related to the whole health of women at every stage of their lives! It sounded too good to be true. When I found out I was pregnant, I used the opportunity to book in for my first appointment with a nutritionist. As a lacto vegetarian I wanted to ensure my growing babe was getting all of the nutrition they needed to thrive. Barbara and I had a 7am appointment, which may sound horrible to some, but was actually a blessing for me to be able to fit in before work. She approached our appointment in a totally non judgemental way and tried to get to the root of how and why I ate the way I do and designed a plan for me to ensure I was hitting all the nutrient goals I needed to during pregnancy. I also book in regularly for massage with Angila. She is wonderfully accommodating through the stages of pregnancy to make sure that you are comfortable. Conversation is the most natural thing with her which can be hard to find in a massage therapist. I saw Jada in my first trimester for acupuncture to work on a few morning sickness issues. She suggested if I continued to feel good, to postpone booking any more treatments until week 34 to start preparing for birth. She makes you feel so relaxed and uses a combination of needles, cupping and heat lamps. Jillian is one of the owners of the facility and specializes in pelvic floor physiotherapy. At week 20, I saw her for a prenatal assessment. Jill is funny, kind and makes you feel so comfortable in what could otherwise be an awkward situation. I recently also attended the Bump to Baby workshop which focused on the mechanics of giving birth, letting go of fear and being ultra prepared to bring your baby into the world. Jill and the other instructors are SO passionate about their areas of expertise and it really shows. The gals at the front desk are wonderful! The office is the perfect combination of professional while still being comfortable and cozy. I've started to feel like family when I walk in the door and I can only imagine this is what the owners and employees dreamt up when they first opened this centre. I should also mention that between mine and husband's benefits, I haven't paid a penny out of pocket. I consider myself incredibly privileged to have access to these services and you can be assured that the administrators at the front desk will do everything they can to work with your benefit provider too. They also offer lactation counselling, intuitive eating workshops, pre and post natal fitness (through Fit Your Life) and counselling psychology. I would (obviously) recommend going to Pine for any and all of your whole body health concerns.

It's located in the C-HEALTH building upstairs, but there is an elevator for lugging up huge bucket seats! Very nice space, and I'm excited to explore more of their services.
