I had never been to a chiropractor and was a bit nervous to see one, but ran out of options for fixing some back and neck pain - I tried EVERYTHING else. I chose Isaac because he has an athletic focus and relatively newer practice - he's really educated on the latest modalities. He proved to be super kind, professional and truly caring. He really wants to help his patients heal - and the best part is he combines physical and athletic therapy techniques to create a methodical, wholistic plan. I started to see improvements immediately and have been truly amazed at how quickly I've healed. I didn't even realize how much mobility I'd lost or how much pain I was in, but the changes feel like night and day. I'd recommend Isaac to anyone - he really cares about his patients and you're in good hands with him.

I have had a number of injuries (whiplash, muscle strain, tears, concussion)) and day to day "just living issues" that have caused me pain and suffering. Expérience fantastique: I was referred by a friend to Dr. Isaac. I have been to many chiropractors and none have been as thorough as he was. I am usually in and out in 15 min and he worked with me for a full 60 minutes and I am already starting to feel the benefits of the visit. I booked two more sessions for next week. The office was clean, very professional, and my appointment started right in time.

He used his hand to find trigger spots on to better understand my injuries. My last physical therapist didnt even touch me so how could she know where hurt. I would recommend Mathew to anyone! Expérience fantastique: I had my initial assessment with Dr Kara today. This was my first ever visit to a chiropractor. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Kara quickly identified the problem and allowed me to feel what she was feeling. Once the treatment started she kept me at ease with easy conversation and constantly advised me of what she was doing. I left the office feeling better than I felt when i arrived, so much so that I asked her if I could give her a hug! I would highly recommended her without hesitation to anyone.

Expérience fantastique: I had a chance meeting with Dr. Meagan at a 5 peaks race, after the 5 min post race treatment I was surprised to hear that she was a chiro not a massage therapist. In only 5 minutes of post race tratement I felt much better, and booked a proper appointment, where again contrary to previous whack-crack chiro appointments she took the time to listen and get to know me and what my goals were. I cannot rate highly enough, and have already recommended to others. 6 stars!

Expérience fantastique: Met Dr. Isaac at a community run event that happens every Wednesday night (you should definitely join) and he is one of the run lead - I went to my very first run with SRC and we did a 5km run. I was 2km in and started to feel my shin splints and felt like I couldn’t run anymore as I was getting sharp pains on my both legs. Dr. Isaac gave a few exercises to do right away and I immediately started to feel better and was able to run the rest of the 5km. As we we were running he explained what was happening and why I was getting shin splints. After that day I knew that I needed to incorporate Chiro into my training if I want to continue running. I’ve now been seeing Dr. Isaac for a few weeks and the treatments have significantly helped me with my running and exercises to do before and after my runs. It's a whole experience with a full consultation/assessment. In addition, if you do any sport at all, this is the place for you. Dr. Kara really listened to what was happening and what I wanted to help repair. I am soo happy that I found this place. They offer massage, acupuncture, and chiropractic services.

Expérience fantastique: I was extremely nervous for my first acupuncture appointment as I have a secret fear for needles of any size. I felt more at ease once I was greeted warmly at the door. The common area was bright and comfortable. Once in the room with Dr. Kara, I imagined an hour and a half of prodding. Instead, Dr Kara went through a detailed background of my injury and pin pointed the cause of how it happened in the first place. Every step was explained and nothing was rushed. The actual acupuncture itself wasnt bad at all, adjusted to my experience with the treatment. Followed by more manual therapy and prescribed exercise. I walked out of there feeling like a new man. Highly recommended for anyone who is injured or feeling the aches and pains of daily life.

Expérience négative: I honestly loved coming here. I had the best experience for almost a year until I got Covid and couldn’t come in for my appointment. I had never called in sick in all my time there and when I called to cancel my appointment due to testing positive I was told I could reschedule and did exactly that. What upset me the most was when I came in days later for my rescheduled appointment I was blindsided with an extra charge for canceling my last appointment. The response I got was that too many people abused that reason of canceling due to COVID. Which honestly was understandable but if I was told that when I canceled my appointment I could have provided proof or I think it would have been fair to consider my history of NEVER calling in sick and canceling an appointment. I haven’t been back since and definitely won’t be in the future.

He easily targeted the source of my pain and provided beneficial exercises & proactive measures to keep my healing process moving. I can say I am fixed! Expérience fantastique: Best chiropractor I've seen! Great location with parking around. Nice clean relaxing atmosphere with beautiful plants. Kara is so kind and friendly always gets me back on my feet. Chloe is also amazing at massage and offers a very strong firm session if you like that.
