Expérience négative: They reached out to reschedule my appointment less than 2 hours before due to double bookings in their system. I have never been here before and this would have been my first appointment so unfortunately this is a bad first impression of their business. I understand technical issues can happen at times and I appreciate them trying to reschedule me. Though, I am disappointed because I was looking forward to receiving treatments here and I set time aside in my schedule for this appointment. The business itself has a policy requiring clients to give 48 hours notice to reschedule/cancel or be charged a fee… and yet I was only given 2 hours heads up.

Staff are very friendly and the cost for fat freezing here is much less than other places (you're not paying for the brand name "coolsculpting"), and works just as well - if not better.

Being my first time, I was given lots of opportunity to ask any questions I had. I tried the one applicator fat freeze on my lower stomach and itself was very interesting to watch! But the true star is Cheryl I have been coming here since after my first child years ago and I tried a Few treatments than had another child and got busy. I’ve signed up for the membership and been coming regularly. She has ALWAYS provided amazing customer service and support. I look forward to the days I come in so we can chat. Cheryl is a unicorn she’s amazing at her job and an amazing woman. You are treated like person here not a dollar sign or number. They have multiple options so you can customize the right treatment for you without needing to remortgage your house lol.

Expérience négative: Very bad service. I did not even want to give them 1 star. I booked with them a package and I paid whole amount at my first appointment. As I paid everything at first, they were not giving me appointment at first according to my schedule. Secondly, on my second appointment before half an hour the owner called me and said there was a miscommunication with during your first booking. The person who explained you that package, did not know that it does not come for 1 person. we only offer it to 2 people. I told her the other girl explained something else. She said she cannot do it for me now. I got my refund back, but it was such a bad customer service. I would never recommend that to anyone. Owner never meets you as she is in Alberta.

Christina found me wandering around downstairs looking for the spa and introduced herself to me, immediately I could tell this employee was very kind and truly cared about her clients ! I was brought upstairs to a comfortable room, after signing the waiver and health forms Christina explained the whole process to me. The process itself was very comfortable and relaxing, Christina did an amazing job of making sure I knew the process, was comfortable, and happy! I really enjoyed my time there and really appreciated all the extra steps and amazing customer service Christina offered! I highly recommend this place!

After having my second child I had lost all my core strength and was suffering from lower back pain. This really made a difference, it helped me build my core strength an à safe way and that is making a huge difference in my back pain.

Expérience fantastique: I am a fairly active person, but I have always had trouble losing that little bit extra. Especially around my “love handles”. I tried the skinny spa in Sherwood Park about 6 weeks ago with hopes that it could help; and honestly, for the price it felt well worth it. I like “tangible” numbers, so I measured my hips/love handles prior to the appointment. I measured in at 39 inches; I then remeasured 4 weeks after my appointment and I dropped 2 inches, down to 37 inches. Like whaaat is this amazing witchcraft? So, now I’m here for a second appointment, for my stomach area. (Fingers crossed)

Expérience fantastique: I absolutely love coming here! I found a Groupon for Laser Lipo, after having 3 children there are some stubborn areas of fat I needed help to get rid of. I had 5 laser lipo sessions on my stomach, there is a noticeable difference, fat reduction, toning and elasticity. I also recently decided to try the fat freeze on my love handles. I won't know the results for about 1-3 months but have read many great reviews. I can't wait to see the results! The Skinny Spa is located upstairs in a Sherwood Park business center. The Spa is very clean, relaxing and has elegant chandeliers. Cheryl is absolutely amazing! She goes out of her way to make sure I am comfortable, knowledgeable and able to make me make a decision on treatment. Cheryl is a wonderful person all around. I am sad my treatments are coming to an end but would recommend the Skinny Spa to anyone has small areas of stubborn fat they are looking to minimize. Thanks for everything Cheryl!

You need to be a good candidate for it to work, Stubborn fat in areas is what it is meant for.. its not for major fat loss. I was never comfortable with my back when wearing a Bra, but I am now! First time I went in for my arms and ended up losing about half an inch with one application. A few days ago I went in for my chin and it was close to painless. A one time application won't result in drastic changes so I am considering doing 2-3 rounds to achieve the results I want.
