Expérience négative: Worst Customer Service Receptionist doesn’t know How to talk to people

Expérience fantastique: As someone who has a history of recurring pregnancy loss, I cannot recommend Milestones enough! I've had MANY ultrasounds in the past few years that have resulted in good and bad news. There is nothing more anxiety provoking than when you go to a regular insight medical imaging and they hide the screen from you and you sit in silence for 15 min before the tech acknowledges whether or not they see a heartbeat. If there is no heartbeat, the tech tells you to expect to hear from your doctor within 2 days and then you're just sent home heartbroken and confused. With Milestones, you have complete transparency throughout the whole scan, they typically walk you through what they are looking for with each angle and are very supportive throughout. An OB specialist even checks in with you at the end of your scan to address any question or concerns that you may have, again, regardless of the outcome of your scan. I've also utilized their parenting classes and acupuncture throughout my last pregnancy. I'd recommend all of the services provided by Milestones for anyone in any stage of pregnancy!

The staff and sonographers were extremely patient and accommodating, and I felt very lucky to have access to the MFM specialists on site who were able address any concerns or questions. 5 star experience!

Expérience fantastique: We can’t recommend Milestones enough to anyone having a baby. The staff are so knowledgeable, kind and detailed. Appointments are always on time. The ultrasound technicians quickly take all the precise measurements and detailed medical work they need, then share you the photos you want at the end.

Expérience fantastique: Amazing clinic! Went here for all of my pregnancy ultrasounds and had a great experience. I had Kiana every time as our ultrasound tech and she was the BEST. She made me feel at ease every time, was so kind and personable. Highly recommend this clinic!

Expérience fantastique: I visited this clinic today for the first time for my BPP scan, and I was very impressed. The facility looks brand new and is exceptionally clean. I brought my well-behaved 4-year-old and my husband along, and the staff had no issue with me bringing a small child, which I really appreciated. I also liked that they support student learning. My scan was initially done by a student, closely supervised by a senior ultrasound tech. The supervising tech, Nicole, came in midway to complete the scan. She was fast, efficient, and most importantly, very thorough and competent. Both the student and the tech were extremely friendly, and I was thrilled when the tech offered to do a 3D scan of my baby. It was totally unexpected and absolutely made my day. Another highlight was that there's always an OB on-site to review the scan results immediately. It was such a relief to know right away whether everything looked normal rather than waiting for a report at home. The receptionist was also warm and welcoming. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I’ve already booked another appointment because I’d love to return!

Expérience négative: This place is beautiful, trendy aesthetic all that but every time I call the front desk girls never seem that friendly, which I don’t understand when you’re dealing with pregnant moms, Moms who have experienced loss etc. Not sure if I’ll be back after my appointment at the end of the month here cause it’s just not the friendliest place to be I don’t think… prettt disappointed tbh.

Expérience fantastique: I have completed six treatments with the Vitality Chair at Milestones and although my improvement was not huge there were definitely some changes and I plan to do the follow up treatment and a couple of additional ones to see if any more advancement can be gained. This is a comfortable, easy, relaxed form of treatment and non-invasive. With the wait times currently for any urology referrals it is something I recommend giving a try as any change you may experience, even minor ones will be an improvement and better than just doing nothing! The staff at Milestones are great, they are willing to answer any and all questions and are there to offer suggestions and encouragement to get the best results from your treatment. Don't be afraid to ask your questions !!

Expérience fantastique: Out of all the places for ultrasounds I've been (MIC, Insight), this is by far the best experience. It has a very relaxed atmosphere, similar to a spa. The techs are nice and sociable, and you get a follow up with the dr right away so you don't have to stress about waiting for your doctor to call. Happy to have service like this in Edmonton!

Expérience positive: Space itself is beautiful staff is friendly and knowledgeable, however I have been here 2x and both times appointments were running late by over 15 minutes. This is frustrating and unprofessional for a private clinic.

Expérience fantastique: Best place I have ever been too. I’ll never go back to a regular ultrasound place. They put so much detail into every aspect of the space it’s so welcoming and has everything you can think of to coffee to lotions and just beautifully decorated. I could sleep here.

Expérience fantastique: We had our first ultrasound at a MIC location ( 1st trimester) and it was not the greatest experience. It was quiet, in and out and left us all worry with no answers. So for our second we asked around and end up at Milestones! Best decision ever. The only availability was on a Monday at 7. And we live on the other side of the city. But let me tell you that it was 100% worth it! The tech walks us through every check up. Provided photos after. And even they have a Dr in house that reviews everything. So we went home feeling reassure baby is healthy and no concerns!

Expérience fantastique: Great clinic. Had 6 sessions on the chair to help strengthen my muscles for bladder control. Such nice staff and a very welcoming place! Wish they were around when I had my 3 babies! The magnetic stimulation chair has worked wonders and I have recommended it for my older sister and 2 nieces! Didn’t know they had problems till I talked about my treatment.

Having Dr. Naud there to review each ultrasound and provide direction and reassurance between OB visits helped immensely with my pregnancy health journey. The ultrasound technicians were all wonderful, kind and informative. An amazing clinic made for women's health!!

Expérience fantastique: Freedom plus Vitality Chair treatment I completed six treatments with the Vitality Chair and I noticed an improvement in my pelvic floor strenght. Most importantly, I regained control of my bladder. Instead of waking up at 2, 4 and 6 am, I only wake up once per night. And I can hold it for 10-15 minutes. This has been a significant improvement in my quality of life. The clinic is such a lovely place. The staff is very professional, respectful and accommodating.

I love that they have a dual screen, so you can see everything at the same time. It’s also amazing to have an acupuncturist and massage therapist in the same office. The doctor on hand is also reassuring. Thank you for such a great experience in my pregnancy

Expérience fantastique: I had an ultrasound with Kianna, she was amazing! She walked us through the whole thing and what she was looking at- by far the best ultrasound experience I've ever had. The photos and videos we received are so precious, thank you so much Kianna. Also had a massage with Sarah, she was kind and knowledgeable, the massage was very relaxing! The building and other staff were wonderful, you feel cared about here, not just another person to be rushed through. I highly recommend Milestones, Kianna made this Milestone scan a positive experience and memory for my Husband and I.

Expérience fantastique: This office is so nice! the staff at the front and the sonographer Sarah was amazing. Did not rush at all! Was very friendly and answered all questions. They even made sure my toddler that accompanied me was comfortable by offering her stickers and toys. The other diagnostic place I had booked prior and ended up cancelling were being very unwelcoming to the fact that I have to bring my toddler in and I had noone to look after her. Milestones however were super kind! Looking forward to my next visits with them.

Expérience fantastique: I am so glad I was recommended Milestones! I had 1 ultrasound completed at one of the standard imaging centers and Milestones is so much better. The ladies at the front desk are very polite and friendly, it's never hard to get an appointment, and the facilities feel more like a spa than anything. Each sonographer I have had has been wonderful. Being able to receive your results following the scan is HUGE and gives such a peace of mind. I have spoken to Dr. Naud each time, she has great bedside manner, makes you feel comfortable, and I never felt rushed if I had questions. All my appointments have been on time, I have waited less than 15 minutes to receive the results, there is ample parking, and the location is easy to access/find. All those who are pregnant should come here - the experience is so catered to you and way better than the other diagnostic centers.

Expérience fantastique: It’s my 4th baby and I’m just finding out about this place now. I highly recommend here for pregnant women whether high risk or not instead of MIC. The staff are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and it’s over all a much better experience. After your ultrasound you talk to the doctor, no need to wait for the results to be sent back to your obgyn, it’s dealt with then and now.

Expérience fantastique: I saw Jesslyn RMT at Milestones throughout my pregnancy and it was nothing short of amazing! She was always accommodating to my body’s needs, and I felt she truly cared and assessed my concerns with her extensive knowledge. Jesslyn incorporated spinning babies techniques near the end of my pregnancy, which I found very helpful and believe it helped make my labour and delivery a better experience! I will most definitely be seeing Jesslyn postpartum and for the foreseeable future.

Expérience fantastique: I Love going here. The Sonographer, doctor, nurse, and receptionist are the best. They provide excellent service in Obstetrical ultrasounds and they have a clean and beautiful clinic.

Expérience fantastique: I came here for my 12 week nuchal scan and had a wonderful experience! The clinic itself is stunning and creates a very calm environment for nervous moms to be. All the staff working were lovely from the front desk to the ultrasound tech! Lisa was the ultrasound tech who did my scan and she was awesome. Very knowledgeable and experienced ! Would highly recommend this clinic for your pregnancy ultrasounds :)

Expérience fantastique: My experience at Milestones clinic but more specifically with Jesslyn (RMT) and Jennifer (acupuncturist) has been phenomenal. The clinic itself is beautiful, clean and calming. Jesslyn was very knowledgeable, intuitive and has made me significantly more comfortable in my third trimester of pregnancy. She clearly is invested in her clients and I have felt like her care has been so important as I prepare for labor. Jennifer is also very knowledgeable and takes a holistic approach to her care with her clients. I felt so appreciative of the personalized approach she took to my acupuncture appointments. This is an invaluable resource for women in Edmonton.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been lucky enough to be referred to Milestones for my second pregnancy this year. It is a night and day experience from Insight. My physical comfort and feelings have always been respected everytime I go. It’s a beautiful space. Very calming and peaceful. I appreciate they have doctors working to discuss the results before you leave. Absolutely go!

The entire staff were all just amazing. In addition to the ultrasound, we were given information on what tests were available to us and umbilical cord/blood storage when the baby is born. Because of Daniela and the staff at Milestones we feel ready to have our baby and couldn’t be more grateful.

In addition to info on what we should expect, the staff has so helpful in preparing us for what to expect on our big day. As far as we’re concerned this is the only place to go for ultrasounds. Expérience négative: Horrible place with no considerations for patient or Family feelings. Baby passes at 36 weeks and the way they tell the mom is in front of her 10 year old daughter and 9 year old brother. What's worse is the doctor did not even tell them but showed them the non beating heart on the screen and waited for them to notice it wasn't beating and when questioned he said I'm sorry. Next time don't traumatize 4 people....pull the kids out of the room and talk to the mother and her support person first

Expérience fantastique: I have been to Milestones for 3 different pregnancy related appointments so far. At each appointment the kindness and care they have provided us is unmatched. The staff at the front desk is welcoming, patient, and accommodating. The ultrasound techs are experienced, kind, and caring. The overall environment is welcoming, calm, and relaxing. You can tell that the ownership truly cares about their clients and staff, as they have thought of everything possible to make you feel comfortable including a coffee bar, accommodating seating options, motivational messages/resources throughout the clinic, and serene appointment rooms.They make some of the most wonderful but nerve wracking times in a person's life very calm & easy. I recommend anyone who is looking for an alternative to a traditional imaging clinic to call and make an appointment.

Expérience fantastique: My perinatal mental health therapist recommended Milestones at the beginning of my second pregnancy after my first one ended in missed miscarriage. Because the miscarriage was missed and we found out about it at an ultrasound, I had a lot of anxiety around ultrasound appointments. The staff and clinic space at Milestones is incredible. The space is warm and calming. The staff are all professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate. Dr. Naud took time to thoroughly explain everything to us. All the sonographers made sure we knew what they were scanning and answered any questions they could. I also saw Sarah for prenatal massages which were always a great treat. My husband and I recommend Milestones to everyone, but especially anyone who may have increased anxiety, previous pregnancy loss(es), and/or other medical trauma. Thank you, Milestones!

Really knows her stuff, and how the body changes throughout pregnancy. She has helped me greatly, and would recommend her to anyone!

Expérience négative: This place looks and sounds amazing but I left traumatized and feeling alone. Went in for a first time ultrasound as a new expecting mom wasn’t very welcomed when I was checked in. Had the ultrasound and was rushed into a random room and sat there for an hour until a random lady walked in never introduced herself and stared at me with the most blankest face sat down and said “your baby has no heart beat and is measuring at 8 weeks instead of 10” and then proceeded to go “do you want a D&C or a pill?” Without explaining much or having any sympathy when I didn’t answer cause of the shock and grief she proceeded to stand up and walk away without giving me any grief tips or places I could go to get support and gave me no sympathy at all. Would not recommend coming to this place they permanently traumatized the way I see ultrasounds and left me wondering if anyone actually cared for my well being over the matter.

Expérience fantastique: I came here after my OB suggested I come here for my ultrasounds. The sonographers have been fantastic and Dr. Naud has been such a reassuring presence along the way. I started to come see Sarah for prenatal massages in January and she has been such a blessing and has made this last trimester so much more comfortable! I always leave feeling so much more relaxed then when I came in. She listens to me when I explain my aches and comes up with solutions that have helped so much!!!

Expérience fantastique: After seeing Milestones on Instagram and going there three times, versus going to a big name clinic, I can say with certainty that I would choose Milestones. The technology is far superior, you get to see everything that the techs see and the bedside manner was bar none. I was so disappointed with my experience at the other clinic and couldn’t believe some women don’t get to see their baby for more than a minute as opposed to Milestones.

Expérience fantastique: I had a wonderful experience at Milestones Diagnostics. The ambience of the clinic really is nice. Kolby completed the ultrasound, and she was very nice and professional. They have a TV that you can watch the entire ultrasound, and Kolby explained what we were seeing on the screen. Dr. Naud came to give us our results before leaving, and she was so nice and reassuring. I would definitely recommend Milestones for pregnancy ultrasounds.

Dr. Naud and her staff are very compassionate, kind, patient and approachable. I felt so comfortable throughout the ultrasound and the NST. Wish I knew about this clinic sooner, would prefer coming here compared to MIC for my previous ultrasounds. I would highly recommend Milestones for your pregnancy ultrasound needs

Our ultrasound technician, Adelle is explaining what we are seeing on the television, which we really appreciated ❤️ she kindly shared photos of the ultrasound to us and let us get a clip of baby moving. Karen the nurse is so kind when I did the pre eclampsia test and Dr. Naud talked to us about the results and she is super kind too. I really felt cared for and I 100% recommend this clinic.

Expérience fantastique: I had a really nice prenatal massage with Jesslyn. She made sure everything was comfortable for me and kept checking in to make sure it stayed that way. I walked out of Milestones feeling so relaxed and taken care of. I will definitely be returning.

Expérience fantastique: I loved the experience at milestones vs insight medical for pregnancy ultrasounds. They have a tv where you can watch what's happening and the staff seem very people focused and aware. They are constantly checking in and offering bits of information along the way. As a family that has had a complicated fertility journey with multiple losses the experience at milestones has been so much better. They also have a doctor there who can speak to the results right away. We felt very cared for and welcome and the space felt very LGBTQ friendly.

Adele was a wonderful technician who took her time to look at our baby and answer our questions as it’s our first baby. The quality of the ultrasound is amazing compared to other imaging my friends have gone to. I also loved that the photos could be downloaded to your phone instead of printed. I also really appreciated the time Dr. Naud took to talk to us and offer us all the options including preeclampsia testing. Highly recommend Milestones for diagnostic imaging, a real gem and beautiful office.

After she took the images and came back I was a little worried about something in one picture and she had me lay back down to get another look just to re-assure us everything was completely fine and so we didn't leave worried. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Ms Adelle (sonographer) was assisted us very carefully.She was so very professional and gave us all the details about our baby during the ultrasound. Perfect place!!!

I am so extremely grateful that Milestones opened at the beginning of my pregnancy. From the initial consultation to each ultrasound afterwards, you truly feel cared for here. Being able to meet with a specialist like Dr. Naud and receive updated recommendations on genetic testing, pre-eclampsia risk calculation, etc etc has been so reassuring for us. Everyone at the clinic is specially trained in prenatal care, from the receptionists who know exactly what appointments you’ll need to book, to the sonographers who are kind and so highly skilled and the nurses who provide education at each step. This is the standard of care that everyone deserves. Thank you Dr. Naud and the Milestones team for providing the best care. The effort you put into your clinic is so appreciated!

Expérience fantastique: I needed a same day ultrasound and when I called the gentleman at reception was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I was able to get in that same morning. The ultrasound technician was wonderful and explained what she was doing and what we were seeing on the screen. Dr. Naud came in and spoke with us after the exam. She explained thoroughly what was seen in the ultrasound and offered us reassurance. It was a personal touch that I have not experienced at any other ultrasound facility I’ve been to. We arrived nervous and left feeling informed. I would highly recommend Milestones and will be scheduling all of my appointments with them.

Expérience fantastique: This is the best ultrasound clinic I've been to! Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere, coffee and drinks in the waiting room, and they let my husband and son come in the room for the whole ultrasound appointment. This is compared to every other MIC or radiology clinic I've been to for my 2 pregnancies which feels so medicalized and makes my family sit outside for the whole appointment and can only come and see the baby for the last 2 minutes. Sadly I'm near the end of my pregnancy and won't need any more ultrasounds but my husband and I will definitely be coming back here for baby #3!

Expérience fantastique: My fiancé and I had the opportunity to have a 2D and 3D ultrasound at this new clinic. It was an amazing experience! The clinic is absolutely beautiful and cozy and the staff were extremely friendly and kind. Not to mention the experience of seeing our little one in 3D was something very special.
