Expérience négative: Caution ❌❌❌ Not any refund policy if the diet doesn’t work or food allergies or any other reason that stop you from continuing even after first visit. I paid almost $500 first day for first week food, vitamin and consultation.( I submitted the picture of my bank account here to prove my review) after 3 days of stomachache I stoped the diet plan and cancel the contract and ask for refund but she said no. Even after Randa is suggesting me to continue slowly again for few days I did continue but again my stomachache killed me so I stopped but no refund at all even some portion at least she could do prove that it is not only a business!! When I went for first visit Randa first charge me the consultation fee and then start talking and gave the information which was in the website and knew them already! This diet is not for every one the food tasting is awful specially the taste of the sweeteners (sugar substitute) inside the food. The mashed potato was the worst one. I wished I doubled checked before going there! She said $130 is weekly food price but after going there she says you should buy more food to be enough for you not very honestly. ( was $200 not $130). I am very disappointed and mad of this decision!!!!

Since I started, I've averaged a consistent weight loss of 10 lbs a month. Randa said that was doable IF I was 100% committed (following the program guidelines, staying focused and didn't cheat). When I walked in my weight was 235.9 lbs, diabetic with high blood pressure and all the other issues that come along with being overweight.
