Fern: absolutely amazing! She listens, she creates a meal plan that's specific to my liking, she made notes, made sure to include healthy treats and alternative. During summer I mentioned I wanted icecream, and she got me multiple of healthy options. Johann:very responsive, very professional, and she always ensures to book me and work around my schedule. Personal trainer (Britlynn now Neil): I've never enjoyed working out until now... They push, and they push hard, but also listen to me when and if I'm in pain. Half of the session I'm giggling, and even then, I'm being pushed. It's a big, but a very important investment in your health. You get what you put in. Success really depends on how committed you are, and they are there to support your journey.

She listens well and studies all the eating habits and the types of food you like and tailors a special individualized program. Meets you weekly to measure improvement, address challenges, modify the diet plan if you reach a plateau in weight loss. Weekly phone calls with a family physician is included in the package as well. It started off with the free consultation with Peter, the clinic manager. He discussed their services and the different diet plans. Peter is so professional and knowledgeable as well. He helped me to take the decision to start now. Highly recommend this clinic. You will be in safe hands and will achieve your weight loss goal. Expérience positive: I went in for a free consultation today. I believe I met with the owner of the clinic Peter who was nice. Receptionist was nice as well and it was easy to get an appointment. I thought about it and have decided against enrolling just based on my experience with weight loss already and my personal needs to achieve my goals going forward. My only feedback is I think the website should transparently reflect that this is a fee for service program as it is quite costly. Despite that the website says “OHIP Supported Clinical Nutrition Program” I presume the “OHIP” coverage only applies to the physician aspect since you still pay upwards of 149$-199$ monthly + tax for the service. For this base monthly fee you see a nutritionist and physician weekly with personalized meal plans. You would still have additional cost for a pt which is recommended. I can appreciate how this program structure has the potential to work for some people.

She curated some of the most delicious and easy to make meals which helped with my weight loss, especially considering I'm not a good cook and want easy meals. I lost a total of 15 pounds (and counting). I recommend this program to anyone looking for a supportive and judgement-free environment to lose weight. a very big thank you again!

Expérience fantastique: I have been with this clinic for a while and they are really awesome for lack of a better word. They provide a system that doesn't make you feel bad for gaining weight and instead looks at ways you can loss the weight you gained. The meal plans are incredible and have very unique recipes that continue to inspire me to cook. They are also very easy to do with other family members.
