Expérience positive: Only thing...you should add the blood typing kits to your menu. It was a bit hard to find. I was happy to see buying the book with the kit was discount so I did that. I was initially only buying the blood typing kit so I can be listed on a vax free database...which is why I needed the type kit.

True Health is the only Canadian supplier for ReMag Magnesium which is pure magnesium and the only magnesium product absorbed fully at the cellular level - which has meant that I can feel the difference between taking it and taking any other brand. Believe it or not (I have X’rays), I have grown new bone at an old injury sight after the age of 50! True Health is where I go for ReMag magnesium - the service is amazing!

Expérience positive: This website was fairly easy to navigate and place my first order. There was one thing that would have made it better for me. When I placed my order, it didn't say Order Complete... or any info about how I would be notified of shipping. It did create a window with an order number, so I assumed all was OK. I purchase many things online and most of the time an email verification of my order is sent to my email address. Then I know it's processing. That didn't happen with this order. So I was unsure if the order was received or not. But later, I did receive a shipping notification with a tracking number from Purolator. Then I received an email in my spam folder regarding giving this review. So all-in-all everything went smoothly. I think the delivery time will be very quick and I am excited to receive the product. I will definitely order from this site again!

Expérience négative: Update 2022/03/31 I always support Canadian Businesses and I try to be understanding and patient, but this experience was not positive. It's not even about the money. It was the gaslighting that I did not appreciate. I had a copy of the receipt, but they did not have a copy on their end, so I was made to feel like I was making it up and there was nothing they could do. I was still getting emails so I just kindly asked to be unsubscribed. Hopefully it sticks this time. Update 2022/01/05 Still zero reimbursement and still getting emails about special deals on the product I returned?? Why would I want the same product I returned along with patronizing emails telling me there is nothing they can do in regards to my reimbursement? Very poor customer service Update Oct 2021 I keep getting emails and survey notifications but for what? Nothing comes of it... Update 17Aug2020 Finally received a response after 11 months??? And only one of the bottles was opened. No one said you should resell an item that has been opened ?? But customer service and satisfaction should count for something. Many other retailers still provide reimbursement, even when items have been opened. I change my review to zero stars. I reached out to this company on Sept 26th 2019 and have heard absolutely nothing in return. It is now Dec 10th 2019. Returned the products I ordered because I had an adverse side effect ReMag and ReMyte and had to pay for the return postage myself. Great customer service ? If I could give zero stars I would order #4693

Expérience fantastique: I ordered my First Remag from Canada today , usually i am getting it from the usa, only with Remag that i was able to raise My magnesium to be on the top of the blood test chart, but yes, it does take commitment amd many many months to achieve that.
