I went there today for artemisinin, the owner is very patient and professional. he found me the medicine and gave practical suggestions. he also asked what’s it for and gave me a box of sea moss for free to try because I was trying to improve my immune system. Great customer service and generous on ideas. He’s easy to get along with. Decent pricing. Would definitely go second time if need buy any supplements.

I was going to buy some Gingko Biloba but she said my client would probably be better off doing some exercises for it. Expérience positive: This store has much your health foods needs- products are well stocked and prices are generally reasonable. However, this is the second time that I've been in the store and the employee behind the counter has not been wearing a mask. The first time I chose to overlook it as a one off. The second time, I'm taking my business elsewhere. There were multiple customers in the store at the time and the employee made a conscious decision to keep their mask below their chin. If the employees don't care enough about the health of their customers to wear a mask (especially since there's a local mask mandate and huge numbers in the region) then they aren't deserving of my business. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future for my health food needs.

I remembered the encounter well because the man behind the counter was so helpful so when I needed to find some more specific supplements a year later (current time) I went back to this store specifically. The order came quickly and the staff again was amazing. I enjoyed my experiences so much I will only order from them for my supplements and vitamins! I just went by the other day to pick up a special order probiotic and the two ladies behind the counter were so friendly. You can just tell that these ladies and the gentlemen from the previous week (I've been by twice recently) are good people. Very kind hearted. It's like walking into someones house and not a store! Great atmosphere. 11/10 service. Will keep going here for all my needs. Also both me and my boyfriend think the gummy berries at the front desk are the best gummies we ever had. OH! and their prices for everything are the best around, trust me I've looked!

Expérience fantastique: I love this store. I used to live in Richmond Hill, and fell in love with this store the first time I went in. The staff, makes your day. Always happy and ready to help with whatever you need, and no matter what your issue is they never make you feel uncomfortable. I have recently moved to Toronto, and I never hesitate to make a trip at least once a week to this place. I cannot give my money to any other health food place - only if Down To Earth doesn't have what I am looking for - which I think was one time. long story short. Amazing store. Amazing staff. Worth the trip from anywhere. I am very happy I found this store.
