Expérience fantastique: I have been seeing Dr Katrina for a while now and I find her to be great. She’s knowledgeable and accessible when I have questions which is extremely important to me. It’s also nice that there is flexibility to have phone calls for appointments to save me a trip to the clinic and that I can get vitamins directly from the clinic. I’m also very grateful for all the advice and guidance regarding my daughter’s health. Overall, I’m really pleased with the services I have received. Thank you Dr. Katrina!!! ❤️

Expérience fantastique: Jen and the entire staff at rebalance definitely helped support my wife before and after her cancer surgery. She recovered so fast and her margins are all clear of any cancer cells being found so far. The IV treatment she received before her surgery to remove the cancer helped her 100 percent with the wait. It gave her the nutrients, energy and hope to continue. I can't say that she didn't need the surgery to remove the cancer tumour because she certainly did but we feel that the IV treatments provided her body with the energy to fight the rest of the horrible health situation she was in. I thank Rebalance London for their part in healing my wife and giving her back to me.

Expérience fantastique: My digestive issues are gone!! I had my first appointment with Dr. Victoria in late August. She was very thorough and listened to all of my health/wellness concerns while taking notes about everything I was saying. She also provided a sympathetic ear to the long journey I've been on. By the end of the session, we had co-created a plan to pinpoint what exactly was going on with me and get me on a better path. After trying/changing a few things, we found some pieces to the puzzle. After each session, she sends a summary of any new supports that we decided to implement or any main points that she wants to make note of. I appreciate this as it helps me keep track of everything. I had my most recent appointment in late October and can honestly say that the digestive issues that have been causing me pain and discomfort for YEARS are gone! After only a couple of months! Her whole-person approach has been so lovely and my quality of life has improved since starting with Dr. Victoria. I really can't thank her enough!

My last appointment she looked at my test results and had come up with a plan the night before. She listens and responds appropriately and with compassion. I have never had a doctor listen to me the way Dr Jenn does. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

She works with me where I am at and the most important thing to me is not feeling judged by her. She creates a safe space and makes the whole process less intimidating. She is also aware of the cost of seeing a naturopath and getting supplements and truly is mindful of that. I had a naturopath before who made me pay for all my bloodwork when I could’ve gotten it from my family physician. Dr. Victoria gave me that option and saved a lot! In terms of lifestyle changes, she did not make it overwhelming. She went through them slowly and to the pace I was comfortable in. I definitely recommend her! I am so glad I made the change and found her. ❤️

Expérience fantastique: I started seeing Dr. Ali Kala at Rebalance to help manage a chronic autoimmune disease, digestive issues, and stress management. I previously did not have a great experience with naturopaths, so I was hesitant to try again, but I was desperate to get control of my health. This ended up being the best decision I could have made for myself. Dr. Ali supported my physical, mental, and overall wellbeing in ways I could not imagine were possible. He was thorough and made sure that all of his recommendations would not exacerbate any other of my health concerns. He demonstrated unconditional positive regard, compassion, and knowledge throughout my entire experience. The only reason I have had to discontinue services is because I am moving provinces, and I am truly so sad I can't take him with me! This has been an amazing experience and I highly recommend Rebalance and Dr. Ali for anyone.

She takes her time, doesn’t push any supplements on you, very caring and understanding. I barely see my family doctor anymore. She has cured all my illnesses. It’s always a pleasure to see her and her staff. They are all so welcoming. I have been through a lot, and Dr. Jen was able to pull me out of it. I always feel better when I leave her clinic. Honestly the first time I felt truly listened to and understood by a doctor! She immediately developed an action plan for me. She's very understanding and really genuinely wants to help. The admin staff are also so lovely! They respond to emails so fast and are very friendly. Can't wait for more appointments here, highly recommend them :)

I love how they even offer you water or tea while waiting (not sure with Covid though). Dr. Jen is one of my absolute favourite practitioners. Since day one she has helped me immensely anywhere from nutrition to even mental health. She is very passionate and always has me feeling better when I leave. They also sell supplements there too which is very convenient. I also love getting B12 shots and IV treatments. If you're looking for a place for natural healing and therapies with amazing staff look no further! You won't be disappointed.
