Expérience fantastique: I had third RMT session today at Wellington Natural Health in Chilliwack. I have been seeing Felicia who has been working magic for my neck and back pain. She is incredibly kind, professional, and truly skilled at what she does. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and always stay updated with my progress and any changes. At the end of each session, she also spends a few minutes explaining exercises I can do at home to help manage my pain, which I really appreciate. I always leave feeling relief and noticeably better after my sessions. Highly recommend Felicia to anyone looking for an excellent RMT who genuinely cares about her clients.

Expérience négative: Thursday August 4th my experience was so uncomfortable. My masseuse Dawna was excellent as always but the room we were in was awful! I could not relax at all because all I could hear was the chiropractor next door talking to a new customer. I heard All his confidential information for an initial visit. I felt like we were in the exact same room. I won’t be back to Wellington until this situation is fixed. I left feeling less relaxed than when I went in . Cost me $132 for nothing .

Expérience fantastique: I have just finished my 2nd RMT session with Ewa. She is amazing and has helped relieve my shoulder, lower back and knee pain! The clinic is very easy and user friendly to book your own appointments in available time slots. Very clean clinic and if you’re allergic to scents or smells, there is no scents in the clinic or rooms. They email appointment reminders and call you if they are running ahead of schedule. I have already recommended Ewa to my co workers and will be helping my parents to book their future appointments with her as well! Thank you Ewa for your great care and treatments.

Expérience fantastique: I went to see Adam Flores at Wellington Natural Health and couldn't be happier with the massage treatment I received. Adam has studied massage therapy and will write his RMT exams in a couple of months. I had to pay only $50 for 1 hour of massage which is perfect for me as I don't have work benefits to cover regular RMT fees. I have struggled with tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) for a couple of years. I have tried various treatment modalities but did not get any lasting relief. After seeing Adam last week for a targeted treatment the pain has improved by at least 75%, especially when I am trying to sleep at night. I have been able to go about my day comfortably and am so grateful. I felt safe with Adam and he has a very warm positive energy. He is kind, professional, respectful and super knowledgeable about his work - you can tell he is passionate about helping people. He also gave me targeted exercises to reduce stress on my lateral epicondyle. The space he works in at Wellington Natural Health is gorgeous - it is very clean, soothing and inviting. I will definitely go back!

Expérience fantastique: I had an acupuncture appointment with Tracy Broadbent and it was fabulous. She was so welcoming and made you feel extremely comfortable. She had so much knowledge and explained every detail during the appointment and treatment. I would highly recommend her.

Expérience négative: Saw osteopath as highly recommended. First appointment. Excellent. I could walk with ease. 2nd appointment. Excruciatingly painful. I said many times how painful. Advised. Sore for a couple of days. Well rest assured it was acute pain. Difficulty walking. Unable to sleep. Next day minimal improvement. I understand appointments are not to be painful and definitely not day after. I strongly do not recommend

Expérience positive: I was very excited to try this place after reading all the reviews. The space is welcoming and the rooms are cozy. My first RMT appointment was for a 60 minute massage and it ended up being only 30 minutes. The therapist grabbed me late then did an assessment, then finally a massage. The massage itself was nice and I figured because of the assessment and it being an initial appointment, the shortened treatment was expected. Tried them again today and again I was grabbed a little late to start by my therapist, then left in the room to change for quite some time so my appointment didn’t start until 1:15 and the therapist ended it at 1:55 so I had a 45 minute massage but paid for 60 minutes. Definitely left me feeling a little ripped off. I get regular massages and have not had this happen elsewhere.

Expérience fantastique: I am supremely particular when it comes to my wellness practitioners, so when I say I had one of the best massages ever tonight, it is not said lightly. I had my first massage with Amara Cormack tonight, and it was fantastic. She is an incredibly skilled non-registered massage practitioner and created such a welcoming and cozy environment. She met all my treatment goals for the night, and I am feeling amazing post massage. I am incredibly grateful to have met her and look forward to adding Amara to my regular care team! I also have been to Wellington for Reiki, and Tania Pierpaoli provided me with such an amazing session that I have recommended her to anyone in the valley looking for Reiki. She is a kind-hearted, grounded, healing spirit whose kindness and compassion will create an overwhelming sense of ease throughout your energy healing journey. This wellness space is phenomenal and is definitely worth checking out!

Expérience fantastique: Gagandeep Watts is an amazing osteopath who has fixed my back after suffering for almost 15 years in just 2 visits. I have tried everything from physo, massage and chiropractors. Nothing comes close to what Gagandeep has done for me. I recomend anyone with serious back pain to go and see him.

She went above and beyond, and showed me a few exercises to do at home to fix some issues have been having with my back. I kid you not, there is an exercise I hadn't been able to do in a while and finally today I was able to do it without feeling uncomfortable! Thanks Taylor!

Expérience fantastique: I had lymphatic massage with Dave for lymphedema in my left foot & leg. The swelling & pain I have had for 8 months in my leg & foot was gone after the treatment. And the next morning I didn't wake up with a headache. Not only that, but the stiffness & pain I was experiencing in my lower back & hip was also gone. I felt fantastic after the treatment! I definitely will be booking again soon!

It has been such a positive experience with him, I feel improvements immediately during and after every appointment, more so than any massage, acupuncture or other health practice I've experienced. If you are curious about what osteopathy is or what it can do for your health, I highly recommend you come here and experience it. After my sessions I feel completely relaxed, calm, happy, and so much less stressed, and these feelings carry on throughout my day and honestly improve my life. Expérience fantastique: Had the pleasure of booking a tarot reading with Melissa; this is the second reading I’ve had from her and she is so insightful and guides you through each card to find what resonates most with you, and pick apart what details each card may encompass in your life. The reading was so well applied to current events in my life and helped me gain clarity & different viewpoints on things. I left feeling some extra confidence in areas, and it was an experience I would recommend to everyone, whether this is your ‘thing’, or an entirely new avenue you’re merely curious about. She creates such a warm & comfortable environment, and is just so knowledgeable and insightful. She has such an encouraging energy that helps unravel things, and creates such an amazing flow. With her expertise, this can be such a great tool to have in your back pocket to gain new perspectives, reassurance, or to question certain things in life. So happy with this service!

Expérience fantastique: I recently had my first visit with Georgette Metcalfeand (PEMF Therapy practitioner) it was a delight. She is Wonderful.!! combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. I never had any major health issues still I was interested to know how PEMF works and helps patients with Gut health and neurological condition and musculoskeletal conditions. So being a manual osteopathic practitioner I highly recommend PEMF for overall health care.

I’ve tried every type of physical therapy there is and his approach has been far more effective than the rest. His attentive approach is also very refreshing. I highly recommend him!

Expérience fantastique: I have tried several Osteopaths over the years for my chronic neck and shoulder pain. After a session I would feel better for a few days and then my pain would return. I recently found Wellington Natural Health and cannot recommend Gagandeep Watts enough!!! After only a few sessions my pain has dramatically decreased. He is very knowledgeable and also provides at home exercises to improve your condition between appointments. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Expérience fantastique: I have spent the better half of my life seeking natural health solutions. I find the benefits of natural treatments far more effective for me than that of modern medicine. I started going to the Wellington Wellness Centre for live blood analysis as I have experienced this treatment years ago and know that it's important to know what is happening in your body and live blood analysis can help you determine what is wrong so you can determine a path to recovery. I changed my diet and started PEMF treatments which were very beneficial. I was encouraged to seek treatment from an Osteopath. I wasn't sure what to expect and when I asked I was told they treated the whole body. I started treatments three weeks ago and I have two treatments each week. In that short period I no longer have dizzy spells, my headaches have disappeared, the sore stiff neck has improved at least 80%, my back pain has lessen by about 70%, my flexibility and balance has improved by at least 60%, the pain in my hips that reminded me daily it was there is 60 to 70% improved. The pain from my sciatica has virtually disappeared as well. In short I have received more relief in the last three weeks than I have in the last thirty years. I feel fantastic even though I still have work to do, I'm sleeping better and I feel more relaxed. The best gift I could give myself.

I look forward to utilizing all this space has to offer. What a healing, calming and magical space we all meet in these trying times.

Expérience fantastique: I am very picky about finding just "the right" counsellor and when I found Clo at Wellington Natural Health, I couldn't have been more happy. She is so compassionate and helpful and not one of those, "How does that make YOU feel" kind of counsellors. She has been super helpful with my anxiety. Also, the clinic has such a calm, soothing vibe and some really lovely items to purchase. I highly recommend them and can't wait to be able to try out some of the other modalities!

Expérience fantastique: I speak from experience that Manual Osteopath has incredible results when dealing with pain and inflamation within the body. Over the years I've had relief from sciatic back pain, where I couldn't stand or sit for more than 5 mins. for 2 months. Someone suggested Osteopath, after a couple weeks of session, I was able to function normally. Recently I was dealing with a sharp stabbing ear pain every few minutes. This lasted a couple of days. After checking with a dentist and doctor that no teeth or infections were causing the pain, it was determine TMJ was the cause. Looking for an Osteopath in my area, I found Wellington Natural Health and Gagandeep Watts. After my first session, the pain subsided substainally and I didn't have to take pain meds every couple of hours. By the 2nd session, my pain was gone. If your skeptical or things you've been trying aren't working, I highly recommend trying Manual Osteopath. Gagandeep has worked wonders for my issues. Thank you so much!

He was lovely to work with, very thorough, very patient & I found results from five years worth of pain & suffering within two treatments. Amazing. I've dipped my toes in Reiki, reflexology, yoga, and body clearings which I highly recommend any of those. But massage therapy has got to be one of my favorites here I have yet to explore all the things Wellington has to offer but in due time this place is not like any other natural health place in Chilliwack. One of a kind ☺️ They even do nutrition and so much more... All in one place kinda place Very warm and inviting place.. The design is so calming Very beautiful

I like that he uses many different modalities to address an issue & always finishes the session with craniosacral therapy which I find very relaxing and grounding. I have chronic pain from scoliosis and after my first session my pain was drastically reduced and my posture and mobility was greatly increased. He has been professional, knowledgable and extremely skilled. I've had multiple treatments and will continue to work with him. I highly recommend him to anyone experiencing problems with pain, mobility and imbalance.

I was welcomed with a warm greeting from the owner and then was taken down the hall by my therapist Stephenie. The massage room was nice and cozy with soft music playing and a perfect temperature throughout. The initial intake questionnaire with Stephanie and the rundown of my service was the most thorough I have ever experienced. She made me feel at ease in this new space, comfortable with the service she was about to provide and she made sure that I knew I was in control the entire time that I spent in the room, which made me relax even more! My session was really good and she used different techniques than I've had before, along with some relaxing at the end of my session (Shavasana). There is so so so much space in this building that I cannot wait to book more services here! This is your ULTIMATE WELLNESS spot, tucked away in the quiet, old downtown of Chilliwack.
