Expérience fantastique: Received two massages from Richelle Obed in Sept 2023. Great technique and strength to release tight muscles and knots. Able to pinpoint and correct areas causing issues quickly. Would recommend booking two massages with her, as she remembered my body from the first visit. The second massage from her was possibly the best massage I have ever received.

Expérience fantastique: It was awesome to have a Physio, massage therapist, and chiropractor that worked together on my treatment plan, and were also gym members that understood how to tailor my exercises. Flexible availability, conveniently located. Again, haven’t been able to find anything like it since leaving Saskatoon.

I have tried a few different places here and nothing has come close! The massage clinic is super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!!!!!!

They were both professionals and have supported an increase in my ankle range of motion! It is great to be able to go to the gym and have trained healthcare professionals there that are experienced in sport and understand what you are working towards! Highly recommend!

I’ve gone for massage for 30 years due to car accidents that have left me with Chronic Migraines, and no one has been as good as Ashley is. She is always adding onto her training and if you have a certain issue she will do what she can to give you relief from your pain. I have sent many friends and family to her and they all say how much she helps them. Bonus is, she’s a great person and very professional. So happy I met her!

I have had massages previously but never have I had the benefit from a therapeutic massage as I have from her. I am having problems with my knees and had lost a lot of range of motion; the treatments (4) which I have had have helped me to regain some and she feels she can still do more. Highly recommend Ashley!

I deal with Alex Mackenzie as my chiro, Brittany Bueckert as my massage therapist and most recently have been consulting with Bergen Vermette as a physiotherapist. I love that I can access all these services in one place and that they all work together in addressing any issues or correcting movement before anything can become a problem. Most recently I had some dry needling done at Bergen's suggestion and was blown away at the immediate positive impact this had on my pain and in increasing my range of motion. A top notch team that I would reccoment to any/everyone.

I recently have seen Bergen (physio) for dry needling and he has helped me rehab my arm and shoulder quite quickly. His knowledge and patience and eye for movement in sport is amazing. He was able to explain what was going on in a way that I could understand and treat the area. He has also able to give me great movbility tips at the barbell. I highly recommended the whole sports therapy team, and dry needling to everyone.

I have been to numerous crossfit facilities in North America and there is nothing like Synergy. It is more than just the facility, the people make the difference, coaches, staff, the owner as well as the members. It's a great place for self improvement.

Expérience fantastique: I've had chiro, massage, FST and needling done at this clinic. It's important to me to see therapists who are also athletes and understand an athlete's mindset. If you are dealing with an injury or other issue, they help you figure out a plan that lets you keep training while they help you address the problem. Not the usual "just take it easy for 6 weeks" you might hear from others.

I had been in so much pain for months & had so little mobility, I was seriously contemplating the use of a wheelchair. I am far from cured but, after months of no help from 2 doctors, a podiatrist, and another Physio, I am finally on my way to getting back on my feet, literally. I cannot offer enough thanks to this team that has given me hope for the future.

I don't have insurance coverage for massage but still prioritize seeing Britt as often as I can as the benefits it has on my shoulder health and overall fitness have been worth the investment of time and money. I have been seeing Dr. Alex for chiro for over 2 years. It is really a non-negotiable investment to have a chiro in your corner if you are doing CrossFit. I appreciate the extra time and attention Dr. Alex has invested in showing me helpful exercises and drills but even moreso encouraging me to take care of the mental/emotional side of my health. He cares about his clients health beyond just athletic performance! Also, I LOVE the convenience of online booking. I appreciate that I can book in the day of as I can never really expect when I will need a treatment! :D

Expérience fantastique: The Synergy Sports Therapy team has been wonderful. I have seen a massage therapist, chiropractor and physiotherapist. Each has been professional and very helpful. There are so many benefits to going here, especially if you use their gym! They are convenient, I can schedule to go right after my workout, and it's just down the hall. Most (if not all) use the gym and participate in the gym/crossfit/weightlifting/powerlifting , which means they understand what you're going through, what you're putting your body through, and what kind of movements it does. They understand the mental and physical side. And understand how you're feeling if you can't train or have to change your training. They offer realistic stretches/activities/movements to help in recovery. I have appreciated their help, and will keep going to them (at least till I don't need them anymore!).

Expérience fantastique: Always great people to deal with and very knowledgeable staff. Great location too being attached to a gym so if there is any stretches or gym exercises that they recommend they can teach me how to do them properly.

Expérience fantastique: Bergen made time to see me on short notice after injuring my neck. It inabled me to sleep, commute to work on my bike or partake in sports. He diagnosed a nerve impingement/aggravation and set out a thorough treatment plan for rehabilitation. His honest and realistic timeframe for recovery was comforting considering how much pain I was in. I explained my need to get back to train/partake in sports, to which he was able to give a number to workaround solutions, boundaries to follow (baby steps). I would highly recommend Bergen, not only for his ability as a physio, but also how he went the extra mile to ensure I was on the right track.
