Expérience négative: Disappointing experience. I wasn’t even able to get a consultation scheduled due to poor communication at the front desk. Online, it showed availability starting at 12pm, but when I emailed, I was told that wasn’t accurate. They offered another time that conflicted with my schedule, and eventually suggested 6:15pm. Even though that time wasn’t ideal, I agreed in order to make it work. Instead, I received a confirmation for 6:30pm. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told they had only placed a hold and were planning to “confirm with me” later—even though they hadn’t communicated that until I pointed it out. At that point, it just felt unprofessional and frustrating. I decided not to move forward. That was my personal experience, but hopefully others have better luck.

Expérience fantastique: I came to Tihana as a traumatic tumbleweed, my traumas became my normal as they never seemed to stop as decades passed. I could tell my stories with no emotion because I could only think about what chaotic thing was going to happen next. With Tihana, everything slowed down, she gave me break throughs and healing that I could handle. This meant I could heal, and still work, sleep soundly, and be better than I was the day before. I no longer roll along the bottom of the earth magnetized to trauma. I have done so much healing that I can breath, my mind doesn’t race or wait for the next bad thing, I am blessed, I am grateful for this healing me. I don’t run on stress…I wake up wanting to see where this beautiful day will lead me. I am aiming for equanimity and because of Tihana I get that much closer everyday. Expérience fantastique: Something was calling me to give Reiki a try and I am definitely fortunate to have tried it with Tihana. Firstly, this was my first ever Reiki, I didn’t really know what to expect. I thought you needed to be touched in order for the healer to tap into your aura. Little did I know, that is not necessarily the case. Tihana’s method didn’t require any physical contact. Secondly, I’m very grateful to have stumbled upon Heartsbloom. By my second session I was in better state of spiritual clarity but also a put into a more inquisitive one and by the third session I started to experience a deeper spiritual shift. Expérience fantastique: I have been with Tihana for 6 sessions now, about 3 months and I am so glad I chose her. I have been to therapy all of my life, and I never really stuck with a therapist or liked the idea of therapy because it never really worked for me. When I found her practice, I immediately connected with her not only on a personal side but on a spiritual side as well. She makes me feel recognized, comfortable and recognizes my mental health as a strength. Her services are very affordable for a university student, and she is very flexible and accommodating with her time. Finding the right psychotherapist: I want to share my positive and amazing experience to help others meet the right spiritual/psychotherapist. Few months ago, I did some research online and I found Heartsbloom services. I communicated with Tihana before hiring her services. She answered all my questions promptly and made me feel comfortable. I was seeking for spiritual healing and psychotherapy services and Tihana was the best fit for me. Location and office: Tihana’s office is conveniently located on Danforth close to many best food locations. Her office is clean, welcoming, spacious and with COVID-19 safety measures. About Tihana and her services: Tihana is a great listener, pleasant to work with, very professional, empathic, highly spiritual and knowledgeable. She listened to my childhood trauma, family issues, divorce, emotional inner healing request and other concerns. Tihana immediately came up with an action plan on how to tackle the issues during the sessions, therefore I was aware prior to my appointment what I was expecting, which is very important to me. Within 2 sessions, I felt the difference with her professional help. I felt I am being healed emotionally, morally and physically too. I was able to focus and concentrate more without million negative thoughts running in my mind. Tihana also recommended to go for walk/nature, meditation and relaxation that will help my healing process. As I am into Reiki it was easy to incorporate these. I have been seeing Tihana few times now, I already feel 90% recovered and I looking forward to my future sessions to reach 100% and a new ME. I took group therapy and some private psychotherapy sessions. I received very good care and therapy. The group therapy sessions were especially good value for money. Due to Covid they were on line but that did not diminish their usefulness. The sessions brought me in closer connection to my feelings, memories and myself. The hypnotherapy sessions were excellent and effective and worked as a stepping stone to actual psychotherapy sessions. The difference between her and other therapists is how personable she is. Her first session is so throughout, which I've never seen any other therapists do. She takes the time to know me and asked me insightful questions about my life. Her intake session shows her integrity and professionalism. That first session made me feel confident that she would deliver effective therapy to me because she took the time to know me. Our follow up sessions were amazing. Expérience fantastique: I initially went to Tihana for psychotherapy and hypnotherapy sessions for help and she also helped me with some nutrition where I filled out a long questionnaire and she gave me my results of some nutritional blockages and deficiencies which was interesting. When she suggested I try some reiki and crystal sessions, I said sure because I was feeling energetically and mentally heavy, like some things just weren't feeling right with me.  The first few times when we did the crystal, energy and reiki sessions, I didn't know what to expect and wondered if they would work because I have not heard much about them and they were not mainstream therapy modalities. I appreciate that I was able to email Tihana with my updates and questions because I did not know what changes to expect and more importantly, what to make of those changes. The changes were very therapeutic and the mental blockages cleared up and I felt so much better mentally, physically and emotionally! It was such a relief to finally be rid of them because I wondered if it was possible for someone to help you to change your energy. Even a year later, the mental blockages are still gone. I am very happy with Tihana's sessions and how she was able to go very deep into my unconscious and get rid of the negative energies.
