Expérience fantastique: I've been seeing Marie for 2.5 years. A chronic illness left me with poor digestive function and mobility. I went to Marie to try to find some comfort. I ended up going 3 times a week for the past 2.5 years. I'm glad that I found her as her services have definitely brought me relief. Marie herself is very attentive and accomodating. She listens to my issues and has adjusted the treatments to suit. She herself is very kind and professional and makes the experience very comfortable. I look forward to my appointments and I highly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: I highly recommend Toronto Colonics and am a personal testament to how colonics can help improve overall health. I've struggled over the years with a number of digestive and skin issues, having a nightmare of a time dealing with SIBO, candida, chronic constipation and acne I have to say that I don't know where I'd be without Charlene and her team. I love love love all the therapists at Toronto Colonics, they're all such lovely people and having been to number of Colonic places round the city have to say that they are also the most knowledgable I've come across. They're very skilled and make you feel incredibly comfortable, I won't go anywhere else!!! Regular colonic cleansing has helped my system immensely and has given me back an overall feeling of wellbeing. It has definitely helped me heal and has become an essential part of maintaining my health.

Expérience négative: I have a brain injury, and the facility is staggeringly noisy. The colon therapists PUSHED for a 5 package, and after having a therapist that would not stop talking, despite multiple requests to not talk, having sirens going off, chants from crowds outside, and nearly falling over with dizziness after the treatment and not being given a chair.... I tried one more time, with not much better of an effect. The owner has refused to refund me the remaining three sessions and has been arrogant and disrespectful of the real risks of attending a session while having a spike in symptoms, which can result in a symptom cascade. For trying to prevent weeks of hell, she charged me $50 for cancelling. AND would not refund the remaining three sessions. I do NOT recommend their business practice as it is chaotic, abusive of disability, and has no respect for AODA or requests made under AODA.

Expérience fantastique: Amazing products for your gut. I’m so happy that I meet Charlene, she is so sweet and the probiotics was life changing for me. I’ve couldn’t be more happier and would defiantly come and buy it again and again. These are the best products that helped me.

Expérience négative: This place is disgusting. was unable to show up to an appointment and they charged my credit card two times for not showing up. DID NOT WARN ME THAT ANYTHING WOUD BE CHARGED. then when i called back the receptionist told me that she wont be rescheduling any appoointments with me. go to any other clinic but here. i will be reporting them for fraud. they are not even deservant of the one star i gave them :)

Expérience négative: Avoid at all cost. This place charged my wife 3 times for the same treatment. It started with the naturopath showing up late for the zoom meeting, followed by the receptionist (apparently she doesn't pay attention, dixit the clinic owner) giving erroneous information to my wife for her appointment prep, soon followed by a (albeit very nice) hydro-therapist showing up at the exact time of the appointment and taking an extra 15 to 20 minutes to prep her equipment and for the grand finale, the same receptionist double charging her credit card (see above comment by the clinic owner). Spa like environment? Not the kind of spas I have ever been to, but I guess everything is subjective. Electrolyte drink and probiotic after treatment as promised to my wife? Apparently not so much. After signaling the issue of double charging to the owner, we were treated to a very lengthy, and imaginative, series of excuses (see above comment about the receptionist by the owner) before the credit card was charged a third time. Eeehhhh. My wife was planning on another visit before the deluge of excuses the fraudulent charges. Maybe not, after all.

Expérience fantastique: A client just before me walked out and said she’s the magic lady. At first I didn’t understand and then I realized. Charlene is a gift and what she does is very special. It’s always a pleasure visiting. Everything about this clinic and what they teach is truly what people need to understand and learn. The facilities are nice and sanitary and not to mention wonderful staff who genuinely want to help clients with their overall health. I’m so happy I discovered them.

Expérience fantastique: I have suffered with various gastrointestinal symptoms for years and after trying many different diets and seeing multiple doctors, I figured these issues would just be something that I would have to deal with. I was introduced to the clinic by a friend of mine who was trying it out and I decided to jump on board. My experience has been truly life changing. Charlene is amazing. She is incredibly passionate about her work and has been so patient and considerate with me and my wellness journey. I would recommend this to anyone who is tired of not feeling their best!

Expérience fantastique: I was diagnosed with IBS-C two years ago and previously relied on medication to have regular bowel movements. When my meds stopped working, I was at a loss for what to do next. Charlene has helped me regain regular bowel movements and figure out alternative ways to manage my symptoms besides medication. For anyone else with constipation issues - I would definitely recommend Toronto Colonics' fiber supplement - I have had no luck with fiber supplements in the past but this one has been a huge help!

Expérience négative: I was asked to give a review so here is my review. I found this place unprofessional. They made me wait for 30 minutes for the procedure to even start. After the colonic I had too awkwardly walk down the hall holding a towel infront a waiting room full of people. The therapist made me hold the tube in while she left the room for a few minutes. I was charged 40 dollars extra after I already paid 40 dollars through group on. I was told I needed to purchase a 200 paraste cleanse and the one I bought from the health food store would not work. However, do not let her confuse you with this misinformation! I am a certified holistic nutritionist and have worked with many supplements such as these cleanses for years, hers having worse ingredients than the one I brought,

Expérience fantastique: I've had colonics done in other places in Canada and in the United States and the gravity based system they use is not something I had seen before and it worked so much better for me. The experience was a lot better and the staff was friendly. I was easy to book and they were even able to offer me a Groupon discount without me even having to mention it or ask. I will go again next time I visit Toronto!

I was put at ease by my therapist Marie, who explained the entire process. The experience was way more comfortable than I expected and not only would I recommend it, I bought a series and I look forward to my next appointment.

Expérience fantastique: Every time I come in for an appointment I’m greeted by either Marie or Charlene and asked if I need anything. This type of treatment can be uncomfortable at some times but their expertise and patience really shows here and it ends up being something I never regret doing. Although it is not something you will be doing for a long period of time, during your time with either Marie or Charlene will be nothing less than a visit to the doctors, even better actually because you will leave feeling better instantly! You will go in feeling not so great, and leave feeling at ease, less foggy and 100% gut happy. If you do not want to get better, this is not the place for you. I’ve seen Charlene on and off for about two years and I can honestly say, she is very passionate about what she does and gut health in general. Once you are her patient, she does not stop giving your condition attention. It’s truly incredible 12/10.

She makes me feel comforted, safe, and we laugh and talk throughout, and have formed a beautiful bond. She has a magical touch every time she massages my abdomen - my body responds each time with a great release. I love her massager that she uses too. She is, in my opinion, the best in the city. People were telling me all the negative things they had heard on the internet but none of these people had ever tried it so, I called up Toronto Colonics and made an appointment. They were kind, the only people that understood what I was going through and they had solutions. Colonic Irrigation Therapy along with the the suggestions based on my personal symptoms regarding supplementation and diet changes I have taken from them has given me a new beginning. Every colonic irrigation session feels like a fresh start and I would recommend it to anyone that feels they could benefit.

It was my intense desire to have a great experience on my first session. Toronto Colonics showed up in my iPad. So I started having multiple sessions. I feel healthier and happier. Whether it be eating healthier, going to the gym, taking a million pills of vitamins and minerals... the list can go on and on. When I was introduced to charlene at Toronto colonics, I was totally against this treatment. I was just not comfortable with someone placing something up my exit area. I can honestly say, I was petrified about doing a colonics. After listening to charlene about the steps they perform, about the benefits it will have for me, and learning about the toxins that have been trapped along my inner lining that will cause long term effects on my body, I decided to give this treatment a go. ( still hesitant though) My technician was maria. Such a delight to deal with in such a personal procedure. You need to understand, I’m an individual that will only go to the washroom in my own house. The idea of performing a colonics, in front of someone was so humiliating for me, that I wanted to back out several times. However Charlene and Maria Acted and responded with extreme professionalism. They explained to me the procedures and the privacy. And of course that I was reading too deep into this. They truly were amazing. They are very knowledgeable. They put together a treatment plan , provided me with probiotics, and suggestions of amazing products to enhance my health. They were very kind, and understanding to my questions and concerns. They explained the process, and made the treatment a relaxing experience. One that has changed my outlook and opinion about colonics. I now frequent the clinic on a regular basis, and feel incredible, and energized after every treatment. I feel rejuvenated. I highly recommend to go and see Charlene, and Maira to at least have them explain the treatment, and see for yourself what I’m boasting about. Even us macho men out, need to open our minds. You will not regret having this treatment routinely added into your lifestyle. It could save your life.

Expérience négative: Had huge trouble with appointment with these guys. Very rude and willing to argue for 15 mins with a customer just to change appointment. They knew I had to come back and no option because I held a Groupon. They also use tap water instead of distilled water for the treatment. Horrible experience! Will never go back or recommend!

Expérience négative: If I can give them a negative star, I would. Called them at 8:30AM to confirm my appointment, as I mistakenly wrote down the appointment date in another calendar I don't have access to at home. So wanted to confirm, as I live very close by at Carlton and Ontario, and could have easily arrived on time. I didn't receive a callback until 9:01AM. Then was told to rush in there during rush hour traffic, and if I didn't get there within 20 mins they will cancel my appointment. I Ubered there and arrived at 9:24AM, as my Uber driver got lost. Finally arrived, and was told I can't get my services with an insane amount of attitude from a blonde young lady in her 20's. I was willing to use my benefits here too, as I have amazing coverage, but it's their loss. For $35 from Groupon, I've spent now $18 on Uber's to get there and back. Lack of professionalism as they should be following up with their appointments to confirm, like any other clinic I've been too and quite a rude experience, and not worth the hassle. I'll be requesting my money back from Groupon.

Expérience positive: I've had 3 colonics here and the center is small but well maintained. I like that they use disposable devices from a sanitation standpoint. The practitioner I see has always been professional and pleasant. I do wish that she would explain a bit more about what is coming out, what that means and how to adjust my lifestyle accordingly (I went to a place previously and they did a bit more of that and I found it helpful). Besides that one complaint I think it's a good place to go.

Expérience négative: went in there first time very poor service waited for a marie filled out a med foam she is really not professional took me in the room music is so load i can barely hear her talking did not explain how this works and did not give me any pricing finished in 35 min she sold me a package for $650 the sold me a probatioc small bottle for $85 and a fire bottle for $85 total 885.00 and no receipt so i am going back there tommorow and tell then i pay for 1 session only take back all your fiber and p robotics and return my money if they refuse then i think they are going to lose a lot me business the me these people are more money hungry than to make you feel better so i would not go there they are very un professional

Expérience fantastique: What a great experience. As this was my first time I was unsure and very nervous. The therapist made me feel so at ease. I was so happy to know that every client gets all disposable equipment and that nothing was sterilized...that was one of my major concerns. I will definately be back

Expérience négative: Firstly, she was late. I waited outside for 30 mins calling and door belling. The place is mega sketch and she made me feel uncomfortable like she was reading a script. It did not feel clean at all. And now here is my opinion. This whole thing is a scam. It is for people who are lazy and don't eat clean. It just flushes stuff out of your body from the day before. There are no toxins that have been built up for years that need to come out. If you eat clean your body does that for you. If you don;t and your large intestines are really messed up like they say you need a real doctor! This person is not even a doctor. It is entirely a scam to get you to keep coming back and she pushes overpriced products on you at the end....i would get why they would be overpriced if it was of quality or organic. No....it's more expensive than The Big Carrot! And that place carries some quality products. I went to this thing just because I use to eat unhealthy in the past and now that I started to take care of myself and eat clean i thought this might just help me clean out any bad toxins i still might have left inside of me. But it occurred to me as i saw nothing come out in the mirror....that this is bull. Eat kale, eat healthy, drinks lots of water. There are also DIY methods you can do if you really really want to do this. The only time I think you need this is you are going to do some anal. Other than that there are no health benefits. So stop fooling yourself. I don't even want to give this place any stars. I hope this place closes and for people to stop taking short cuts with their health. Take care of yourselves.

Expérience positive: What a wonderful experience I had here. All technicians were so gentle in a very avasive situation. I never felt uncomfortable and always felt like my best interest was taken into consideration. I have (after many years of trying multiple different methods recomended by both friends and doctors) finsally managed to figure out what it was that my body was rejecting....thanks to Toronto colonics. I feel a million times better, and it shows physically too! Thanks again!
