I originally came in with neck, shoulder, and lower back pain, and I can already feel a big difference . I’d say I’m almost completely better now! He is very professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I feel comfortable during each session. Massage therapists 5/5 Acupuncturist 5/5 Saturday receptionist 5/5 Clinic environment 5/5 Previously 3/5 star rating: The reason for the two stars off is that I felt a bit scammed one time. I was told to do a food allergy test which I am open to do, and I was told that the cost is around $350. Fine. When I went to pay, I was told the test costed $500 and it’s a lab in the US. I asked for the name of the lab, and the name of the test, and was dismissed and told by the Thursday receptionist that she didn’t know / can’t disclose. The therapist I was seeing was also 15min late. This is a disappointing experience, and left a bad taste about the clinic. Will come back for other treatments but will try to avoid weekdays. Update: the marketing manager, the owner, and the receptionist reached out to apologize for the confusion. This shows that they take the business very seriously. I am happy to see that! Will continue going here for services and update if anything changes.

Expérience négative: If you’re looking for a relaxing place for an IV treatment this is likely not for you. The doctor spent the entire time asking me medical questions from when I was a child. I went in specifically for a relaxing immune boost IV because my family has been sick. I did not expect to be drilled with irrelevant questions which made me feel uncomfortable and was completely unnecessary. I don’t think Dr. Cham has the best bedside manners. Unfortunate because they always seem to have availability for last minute spots.

I wasn’t comfortable with needles and requested a needle-free session, focusing on removing blackheads instead. Parvin was incredibly understanding and patient, working on my skin step by step. She introduced me to a treatment plan that helped reduce the itching and rashes. By the third session, I already noticed a significant improvement. I love to go to her for small hip adjustments to maintain pain free runs. Liang Chen is a phenomenal massage therapist that uses unique techniques to release tight muscles. Dr. Jennifer Cham is wonderful with providing recommendations on vitamins and supplements while you get your IV energy/vitamin boost treatment. ACESO is your one stop shop! I've never felt more prepared for my races!

With some massage and adjustment I could see the difference immediately. Both sides of my shoulders will now more balanced and tension was released. Expérience négative: I recently visited the health clinic for a 45-minute massage session. While the massage therapy itself was satisfactory, I was disappointed with the timing. Out of the allotted time, I received roughly 25 minutes of actual massage. The masseur spent around 10 minutes before the session started, and unexpectedly left the room 10 minutes before the scheduled end time. This left me feeling short-changed and dissatisfied with the service provided. Moreover, throughout the session, I was constantly disturbed by noise from outside the treatment room. Conversations, laughter, and general commotion from staff and other patients disrupted what should have been a relaxing and tranquil experience. This lack of ambiance made it difficult for me to fully unwind and enjoy the massage. Overall, while the quality of the massage itself was acceptable, the timing issues and distracting environment significantly detracted from my overall satisfaction. I believe a rating of 2 stars accurately reflects my experience.
