Despite it being presumably her last appointment of the day she was incredibly patient and thorough, going through as many options as she could think of and answering all my questions. I left with a very clear treatment plan and how to align this with my goals for the summer. I couldn't recommend Michele or Keystone highly enough.

They helped me getting back into training and manage/minimize the pain that I was dealing with. They are amazing, super knowledgeable and helpful. When I was in a lot of pain the reception staff was quick to find me a spot so I could be seen as soon as possible. Then, a few times, I had to shuffle my appointments around and they were very accomodating and patient doing so. Thanks team!

Expérience fantastique: Top notch establishment. Damaged my knee boarding on the mountain, went to the hospital and had a minimal diagnosis from the doctor as to what was damaged. Went to Keystone clinic the following day, was greeted by a physiotherapist Shannon who booked me in two days later. She was very thorough with testing the knee to determine the source of the injury built an exercise program and even brought in a physiotherapist colleague for a second opinion. They use an app to track your exercises and even offer feedback for progressions. Highly recommend Shannon and the entire keystone health team, they will make you feel confident through the daunting healing process. Genuine care and consideration given to get your body back to peak performance. Eternally grateful

Most recently to get advice on what I should be doing to prevent my elbow tendonitis from flaring up and set myself up for success for next summer’s climbing season. As always, Fraser’s assessment was very thorough. I left my visit with a better understanding of the injury, and game plan of exercises to target specific weaknesses (in addition to feeling more hopeful for a pain free summer of sending).

From the first time I went in and inquired with the friendly admin at the desk who answered all my questions, to booking and filling out the initial intake forms (all online and super easy to navigate), to the appointment itself, the whole experience has been exceptional. What came through right away with Shota was his welcoming demeanor that instantly put me at ease. He was incredibly thorough with his investigation of my ailment and I felt like he really listened to my concerns. I left the appointment feeling confident that the treatment I received and the exercises he sent through their app (promptly that same afternoon and with helpful links!) were going to be helpful and worth the cost. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment and would be happy to recommend Keystone to anyone needing physio!

Expérience fantastique: Shota is a very professional highly qualified Physiotherapist. He has excellent communication skills and laid out all options clearly. Once we settled in the appropriate brace he carefully fitted me with a custom brace. In response to an inquiry re appropriate treatment for my condition Shota provided information regarding an empirically backed program and emailed the website for the program he recommended. I would recommend him not only to fit a brace but for any Physio treatment as he is highly qualified and knowledgeable.

Fraser immediately made me feel like he was invested in my wellbeing and getting me back to my regular, active lifestyle. After a couple rounds of phsyio he referred me to the Banff Sports Med Clinic where I ended up getting a knee surgery. I am now working with him on rehab and will never look for another physio as long as he is in town! All the staff at Keystone are super nice and clearly want to help, highly recommend!

His athletic therapy techniques have been far more effective than any physio I've seen before. He works hands on similar to osteopaths, in combination with effective exercises, stretches, breathing techniques and strategies to improve my athletic ability. She is really good at working on the areas you need, super open about how much pressure you want, and has lovely massage tunes. She does some awesome cupping as well. I also saw Fraser for 4 months following my ACL surgery and it was great. Always felt like I was in good hands and he helped me get through those months. I've seen Michelle as well for some IMS needling and she's great! Definitely my go to physio clinic.
