Expérience positive: Very busy office, many students getting their practical work here. Good care and help although I did not need and did not attend the extensive rehabilitation program set out for me at the consultation. I do appreciate the help I received for my mild shoulder bursitis.

As a person with a disability, I’m finding it extremely frustrating to navigate this collapsing healthcare system. Yesterday, I felt heard! They listened to me multiple times, asked questions, and actually did an analysis. By the end, I felt like I had a clear solution with a set timeline. I’m looking forward to going back and really excited to see the treatment impact! UPDATE: I figured I should provide an update as i left the original 5 star after only one session. I've now had 6 sessions here and I cannot express how happy i am. I'm almost 40, they returned my body back to how i felt 10 years ago. I haven't been this pain free in a long time. Thank you to Mina, Pierre, Naman, Sarah, and everyone else who has helped. This place will change your life.

Expérience fantastique: I had recently been diagnosed by my family doctor with osteoarthritis. Hoping to get some mobility back in my left arm and shoulder I booked a physio appointment at Expert Physio Plus on a recommendation from a friend. My therapist Raphaëlle was extremely knowledgeable and suggested that the injury appeared more like frozen shoulder than osteoarthritis. We began treatment using multiple techniques to address the injury and my mobility was 50% improved after only one week. I continued sessions for a few months and now have full mobility back. I cannot recommend them enough!

Heads up to anyone looking for physiotherapy....I do NOT recommend d!! I will most certainly NOT remove my review, as reviews are an explanation of services, or lack thereof, received. My spouse WAS a client there, until he left his second treatment, and vomited from the pain induced during the session! Completely unacceptable. Today, he is recovering from surgery, which may have been caused, in part, by the treatment received at your "establishment". Sometimes, the truth hurts...but not as much as letting these people lay hands on you!!!

Expérience négative: I left there in absolute disgust on how I was treated after my treatment. When I called before making an appointment, I asked if they have direct billing, which was very important to me, the receptionist confirmed they do, I made an appointment, went through the whole 2 hours of being assessed and receiving treatment no problem. As I was about to make my next appointment, the receptionist told me I had to pay the full fee out of pocket because Sun Life was not up and running. I explained to her that I specifically came here for direct billing and I will not pay the full amount out of pocket. She proceeded to argue with me and told me I had no choice. She then went to speak to the person in charge who was very rude and told me I had to pay because I had my services done. I then responded that the receptionist should have told me before I came in for my services that the website for Sun Life was down or I would have went elsewhere. I was sitting in the waiting area for 10 minutes, she had plenty of time to advise me. The man was very rude and demanded I pay with my credit card and they will deal with the issue the next business day. I have to pay full cost because you can't seem to work your system is absurd to me. This is not how you treat your customers and I will be taking action for charging my credit card all because your receptionist is not capable of properly claiming to Sun Life. UPDATE- After speaking with a few well informative receptionists from the Orleans and Blackburn location, they informed that the new receptionist Donna is new and misinformed me of some crucial information and charged my credit card the full fee without my consent. That is illegal. She promised me when I was there that there would be no charge to my credit card as the owner also made that very clear, which was not the case. Do not charge a credit card without consenting with your clients first! I hope that she receives appropriate training and customer service skills so this does not happen to future clients. The owner- Mina also needs to polish up on his customer service skills. Thank you again to Yasmine and the wonderful lady I spoke to at the Blackburn location for your time and patience with me.

I had chronic shoulder pain with neck pain and stiffness. My range was very limited and was in significant amount pain for the past 2 years. Expérience négative: I injured my neck and back in a car accident and got physio here because it was on a list approved by the insurance company. At first I recieved really good service and left I glowing review. I then found out from my insurance company that I had more funds that I could have accessed for treatment and when I reached out to them they ghosted me. I really didn't like that they just didn't answer me back and basically withheld treatment that I should have had access to. After the receptionist that used to work there left and the initial physiotherapist I used changed locations it's like they didn't care about me.

Expérience fantastique: A couple of weeks ago I woke up not being able to stand on my two feet nor walk. Not wanting to go to emergency (out of Province) tried to assess best solution. Physio I figured would be best first step. After researching I chose this location based on the overall ratings and the wide range of services. On contact they were able To fit me in that day. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable with the greeting from The front desk reception to the layout of establishment. Elliott who was to be my physio therapist greeted me in a timely manner and met with me in to discuss my problem and concerns. His thoroughness of Questioning elements of current problem, history etc was excellent. He did not rush with evaluation until he thoroughly worked through all the elements of my injury. Once assessed - he introduced me to his team (all amazing, helpful, motivating and cheerful). The program given is intense but works. Some new things for experience that I would have been doubtful previous - I am no longer that way. I am pleased to report that although not perfect yet I am getting closer to a recovery as I can actually walk now without the knee pain, ankle and upper back. Still some work to do with hips but with their expertise I know I am heading in a way better direction then if I had gone to emergency.

Expérience positive: I had originally left a 4-star review but was called out by my physiotherapist for doing so, saying 4 stars wasn't good in their opinion. I had originally removed my review but I am putting it back. Pros: - people at the front desk were always very nice and polite - Zach who helps with exercises is amazing and attentive Cons: - the exercise area is in front of the window and everyone outside can see in - when I asked not to use the suction cup, they did anyways "just to show my husband". It left a bruise for over 2 weeks and they laughed about it saying I had pale skin. - I made it very clear that I was unable to come in on December 22nd as it was right before the Holidays and it was still booked. - I was told when booking that the assessment would take 60 minutes. It took over 90 minutes and apparently it should have been longer. It's not usually an issue, but I had to book time off work to go and I had to give a time that I would be back. - They use paper towels to cover the face rest. When I spoke to the physiotherapist about my 4-star review, they asked me why I left 4 stars. At the time, I explained that when you walk into the building, you are greeted by the front desk clerk and told to go to the back. From there, an assistant grabs you and asks how you are. They go speak to the physio who is usually working on someone else. The physio then gives instructions and the assistant comes back. This goes on for about 90 minutes until you see the physio for the last 10 and have to re-explain everything. They did say they would work on that. All-in-all, not a bad place. 4 stars is a good review in my books, but it's now 3 because of the most awkward conversation I've ever had about said 4 stars.

Expérience fantastique: My daughter told me she had found a great physiotherapist near her home in Orleans. I called and booked my first physiotherapy session with Raphaelle Leblanc for the following week. My daughter was absolutely right, Raphaelle is an amazing physiotherapist! I have been suffering for too many years with lower back pain from an aging curving spine, from sciatic and hip bursitis flare ups and from radiating pain down my leg to my toes. Raphaelle’s questions and responses to the information I was giving her were perfect. It was obvious to me, from her explanations and plans moving forward, that I could trust her to help me feel better, and she is. Thank you so much Raphaëlle! Osteopath was suggested as a way to enhance my physiotherapy, and it does. After an hour with Sonia manually manipulating the muscle and nerve coming from each disk in my spine was educational and “amazing”! I look forward to our next session. Today, before my third physiotherapy session, I took advantage of another therapy offered at Expert Physio Plus and met with Joanne Ouellette, Reflexology Therapist. Besides the absolute medical value of reflexology, it was an hour of pure and utter relief. I can not remember the last time my left foot didn’t ache and tingle with pins and needles. I will definitely be seeing you again Joanne. I am sorry to not remember all the crew’s names that help Raphaëlle put clients through their program, but every one that has worked with me have been very helpful and friendly. Thank you all.

Expérience fantastique: I was treated at this clinic for my shoulder injury. In 4 sessions (3 physio & 1 massage) I have improved faster than anticipated. Professional staff and an amazing service. my first session was assessment and treatment and it was almost 2 hours and included acupuncture, TENS, Heat treatment as well as back adjustment. And one hour massage therapy with Sherry. I was treated by an amazing team includes (Mina, Emad, Sherry). Important points: * They treated my back and neck on top of my shoulder injury. * I was scheduled for 4 physio sessions but they did only 3 as I have improved faster than expected. Shows that they want to help you, not just take your money. Thank you everyone.

Expérience fantastique: Having had physio before for my back injury that did not really help I was sceptical about it when my doctor recommended physio for my hip flexor injury… but I figured I would give it a try. To my surprise it has helped tremendously. The staff is awesome, professional and very helpful. Very happy I gave it a try and my pain is almost all gone now!

I could see also that the team doesn’t accept half the way in treating you, they want always to cover the problem from A to Z. After visiting many physiotherapist, chiropractors and massage therapists during the past 5 years, this is my place that I believe, I will not change. Forgot also to tell, the clinic is super clean and all their machines are top of the line.
