Expérience fantastique: My chiro, Dr. Kelton, first massages out the tight muscles, then releases the joints. I find this helps the release last longer. He has excellent intuition, getting to the root of the problem quickly, and gives exercises appropriate to my fitness level.

Expérience fantastique: Dr. Logan Senchuk @ Riversdale Location - Both my husband and I have been patients of Logan's for years. Logan has been incredible since day one. We had been to so many practitioners who do a quick adjustment, not Logan - he takes his time to ensure you are going to be feeling well leaving his office. Additionally, Logan has always taken an interest in us as individuals and asks about how we are doing personally at each appointment which makes you feel apprecaited as a patient! We would recommend highly!

Expérience fantastique: I visited Chelsea for physiotherapy this past week. The office is up some stairs which was no issue in my case, but if you’re moving slowly you may take that into consideration. The whole clinic is clean, tidy, and the staff are all friendly. Chelsea was empathetic, listened carefully to what I’ve been experiencing, and offered a strategic and custom plan to get back to being pain-free. I’ve been doing my exercises for a few days now and I’m already noticing a difference. I may recommend some headphones or a headset for the receptionist as multiple calls were on speakerphone. I’m not sure if this was just a technical limitation that day or if this is common practice. Overall, great physiotherapy clinic and I’d be happy to go back.

I’ve had an ongoing, very painful upper back/neck issue since I was a child and have been going to chiro and massage for years to relieve the pain. After dealing with it for over 15 years I finally decided to try physio and went to see Paul. He quickly identified the issue and gave me treatment that immediately following one of my appointments gave me an instant full recovery from this long-standing injury that was severely limiting my neck/head mobility. I’m still blown away at how quickly it vanished! Paul’s extensive experience in winter sports, and many other activities has been really helpful in guiding my rehabilitation from another injury as well. He is also very relaxed, gentle, kind and easy to talk to. He’s the real deal and such a genuine, great guy! I always look forward to my visits and our chats!

Expérience fantastique: Recently switched to here for Chiropractic services. I'm quite enjoying it! I like that Dr. Brydges sets his billing up by time - he goes quite in depth with treatment. He is multidisciplinary, too, so you get a range of services during that time block, whatever he feels is necessary. Dr. Brydges is also very enjoyable to chat with and is genuinely friendly.

Expérience fantastique: I saw Dr. Ryley Bridges today. He gave me the most thorough assessment and explanation of treatment I have ever recieved. Also the most thorough treatment, combining techniques from massage, physio and chiro, as opposed to just doing a chiro adjustment and sending you on your way. I doubt I'll ever go anywhere else. He was also very personable and friendly. I would recommend!
