Expérience négative: I was looking forward to trying out after hearing all the raves in the states. Tried out chicken pieces, Cajun fries and chicken sandwich. It all was blah (no flavor despite ordering half regular and half spicey). I don't get all the hype and wouldn't reorder. The price was high. It's a pass for me.

Expérience fantastique: Staff was very friendly and always genuinely smiling. Staff worked beautifully together and had a calm orderly manner. Chicken was cooked to perfection. Very crunchy crispy with a wonderful taste. Chicken itself was very, very tender and cooked thru and fell off the bone. It was all white meat with no pinky, veiny meat towards the bone. Loved it. Definitely worth five stars and more.

Expérience négative: They had the product I was looking for. There was one person tending the shop that needs to find another line of work. Gave me the most bizarre facial expression when I asked for veggie protein. To his surprise I found the veggie protein product in the store. Then there was the price. Price on shelf didn’t match first price at the cash register. Then some how we settled on something a bit less. Imagine how nice the shopping experience would be if the employees had some personality.

I am new to the city and every time I have come into the store, he takes the time to give recommendations and goes as far as providing samples. Last whey protein Jeff recommended unfortunately was not my favourite; tried different ways to make my usual shake and did not enjoy it. Jeff however remember this was something he suggested and was kind enough to replace it to my usual protein I have used for the last 5 years. Cannot thank you enough, and thank you for all the other recommendations as well. Take the time when you come in to ask for help have a chat, and you will be happy with your purchase.

Expérience négative: I always got a complimentary shaker free with purchase over 100$. Today a girl on the counter asked me to leave when I asked for it. She was rude and misbehaved for no reason. Never coming back again. Extremely poor conduct. Its not about the free stuff but the manner in which she asked me to leave the store without a reason.

Expérience négative: My usual retail source for a specific protein powder was out of stock so I popped in to Popeyes on Springfield Road and purchased it at a price that was 18% higher than what I am used to paying. I pointed this out to the person at the till before purchasing it and he pulled the product away from me saying "you don't have to buy it from here". I said I'm aware of that but needing the product. This place is my absolute last resort as I think the customer service is pretty bad, items are quite higher priced and the guy at the till, whom I've seen there a few times before, comes across as being shady. Luckily there are a few other supplement stores in Kelowna to shop at. I would not recommend Popeyes on Springfield Road in Kelowna. Date of visit- March 4, 2023 @ 5:30pm.

They have a great array of selections and will cater to you needs. They do deliveries and were very kind to include a bunch of samples and comfy t-shirts alongside my order. + it was a same day delivery.

I've also gone in and not been acknowledged despite being the only one in the store, while staff hung out on their phones and chatted between themselves. One of them even scoffed at me when I asked them a question. Service seems to depend largely on who is working. Otherwise, products, prices, cleanliness and organization range between decent and great which is why I gave 2 stars. Service will always be the most important facet of any business and Popeye's is inconsistent in that department. Still worth going in for the great deals and products though, honestly.

Expérience fantastique: My wife and I have always been loyal popeyes customers but we only recently moved to the area and I dont do many reviews but I feel it's necessary after our recent purchase. The owner was working and I gotta say he is a man that is truly proud of his business and is probably one of the friendliest people you will ever meet not to mention his knowledge is amazing. Weve only been there twice so far and he wasn't there on our second visit but weve already decided that regardless of price we'd rather go to popeyes even though you can potentially save a dollar or two one the customer service is something you'd expect from a 1950's barber cant wait till our next visit 5 minutes will easily turn into an hour

Upon returning to store they realized I had a product that was actually not for the sale price we thought it was. They still returned my money, apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a goodie bag. Expérience fantastique: My girlfriend and I have used this location for almost a year now for whenever we have decided to purchase some protein or pre-workout. The staff has always been extremely friendly and knowledgeable about products you ask about and yet also let you shop and do your own thing without being pushy trying to persuade you in to buying a certain brand or add on excessive supplements you didn't plan on buying. We had stopped by today to just grab some pre-workout quick and I'm assuming it was the owner working and he was friendly and personable. After leaving with our purchase I had just got into the car and realized I didn't get any Popeye's dollars but figured maybe you only got some on certain products and wasn't worried about it. As soon as I looked up the owner was actually hurrying out after me and gave me my extra Popeye's dollars in the parking lot. Overall great staff, friendly and not pushy towards the both of us and I would recommend them. Prices are better than what I've seen elsewhere in Kelowna as well. Thanks.
