Expérience fantastique: I have been receiving treatments from Julie for a few months now and I can’t enough wonderful things about her treatments! I am an RMT and have had a few injuries to deal with. Julie figured out exactly what was causing my pain and was able to provide immediate relief with adjustments and dry needling. I refer all my patients to Julie when they need physiotherapy.

They’ve helped me through TMJ pain, shoulder surgery recoup and a grade 3 ankle sprain. If you have an injury or chronic pain, they’ll work their magic and turn you back into functional human with an improved quality of life. Kristen and Tessa (RMT) are also amazing - go see them, your body will thank you. Also staff is super friendly and helpful five stars and chocolate bars for them as well❤️

Expérience fantastique: I recently completed a five month set of regular physiotherapy sessions with Mike Levine, after suffering a knee injury in the summer. I was extremely pleased with Mike’s professionalism, knowledge, patience and ability to assess what my injury was, and to help me recover. He demonstrated various knee exercises for me to try each session, and these exercises were tailor made for my injury. He assessed my pain level and helped me to slowly recover by increasing the level of difficulty at each session. I am now virtually pain free and my knee feels very strong. I am confident that I can move ahead with my active lifestyle. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone who is considering physiotherapy. Expérience fantastique: Stan (physio) did a wonderful job of taking me from hobbling with knee pain, back to being able to run. He's very knowledgeable, and has very good hands. I felt considerable improvement after just the first treatment (which was lucky for me). I followed his instructions for home treatment. Within a few appointments I was back to running again. He used joint mobilizations, release techniques, and acupuncture, all of which brought relief and seemed to help.

Expérience fantastique: I went to see Mike earlier this year for a super weird, niggling pain in my foot that was causing me to limp after being on it too long. Not great with a summer of planned hiking ahead of me! Mike was superb: he diagnosed the issue perfectly and helped me build back the strength I needed to get back on my feet again. Highly recommend. Now, bring me those mountains!

Stan Metcalf especially has been a crucial element of my numerous treatments. I trust him more than any of my medical treatment practitioners.

Expérience fantastique: Back in December, only 5 days after driving out to Golden I unfortunately blew out my ACL at Kicking Horse. It was pretty tragic but I couldn’t have had a better experience in my recovery and rehab then I did with Mike Lavine. He was amazing in keeping me focused on the individual phases of getting back to normal prior to surgery. A major bonus to Element Therapeutics is that you are able to use their workout room whenever they are open, allowing you access to all the toys you don’t have at home to help get you better. Mike kept me dialed in and as a result I’m only a week out of surgery and already playing 18 holes of disc golf with my homies, walking around like it’s no big deal. I can’t thank Mike and all the staff at Element enough for the hard work they do and the help that they gave me. Cheers guys, thanks for everything!

Expérience fantastique: Go get a cranial sacral treatment with Kenzie! In a time when so many of our nervous systems can be pretty fried this kind of treatment is a gift that is so so needed. She definitely put me back in my body and is an intuitive ninja healer. My headache that had been around for three days disappeared along with some neck pain shortly after. Couldn't recommend her enough:)

Expérience fantastique: Everyone at Elements is wonderful to work with and always super polite and professional. I mainly work with Antoinette Newell for Massage Therapy and Visceral Massage. Shes always super happy and makes you feel very comfortable while you are there.

Expérience négative: My physiotherapist was amazing but the bad review is all for the receptionist I'm still contemplating whether I would like to return. The quality of service if quite different when you say you don't have insurance. She immediately said "okay well we need to collect payment before the appointment just in case." The 'just in case' really irked me since I've been to many appointments already and had always paid after when making me next appointment but whatever I paid. So because I had paid before my appointment I still had to see her to make my next appointment. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes while she had a personal combo with a guy she new and they were talking about a hiking trail they wanted to do. When I tried to interrupt she put her finger up and ignored me. So while standing there I decided I could call to make my next appointment and I watch her ignore me in front of her and ignore my phone call. I waited 5 more minutes before leaving and having to come back the next day to make an appointment. I asked the other receptionist if I could just schedule on days when that lady was not working so I didn't have to deal with her but my next appointment I was greeted with the same woman who was mean to me...

Expérience fantastique: I am recovering from ACL knee surgery. Elements has helped me on this journey. Guided exercises and explanations of the healing process are very helpful. Every visit has given me high value and great steps to getting back to skiing.

Expérience fantastique: I have visited Element regularly for massage. The therapists are all well versed in my chronic issues and over time have helped so much that going is not to solve problems but to maintain. The physiotherapists were very helpful when I was recovering from a torn Achilles. They were attentive to my goals. Giving me an easy to follow exercise program and the amazing space to do them in. I reached my goal to get back on my bike before the ski season, to get srtonger for the winter.

Expérience négative: Accurate diagnosis however wasn’t amazing. Communication of how to proceed wasn’t great, ask lots of questions as information about you’re injury isn’t conveyed as well as you would expect
