The meals are delicious and have such a variety in foods and flavours! I chose delivery, which they have made so easy and convenient. I have been on a journey to improve my health and to lose fat and having the meals prepared and ready to go with exactly the portion size I need is just that extra stress off of me. It really has allowed me to focus on my exercise plan and on my goals for where I want to get and stop panicking about what to cook and when to cook it. Normally I struggle to stick to diets because it feels too restrictive but I don’t find that at all with this program! I am very picky so I told them all of the things that I don’t like and my meals arrive every week full of things that I love! The menu is massive, and the specials are delicious. They work around your dietary restrictions and all of the meals are so tasty. If you receive something that you don’t love, you just send them a picture with a message and you don’t receive it again. For me, they work with a specific amount of calories for every meal so I know exactly what I’m eating and I’ve lost a significant amount of weight since starting meals with them back in March. If you aren’t looking to lose weight, they will plan your meals around that. Seriously, just do it.
