Expérience fantastique: I see the chiropractor Dr Kevin Murphy at this office. He is a FANTASTIC chiropractor and I travel from Abbotsford to maple Ridge just to see him. When nothing else helped my neck, he was able to and I’ve been seeing him for at least 10-12 years now The people here are very friendly and welcoming as well.

Expérience négative: Edit to the owners response: I actually did call day of, and was told the website was accurate. I also found the woman very rude when I tried to inquire over the phone, but I left that part out of my initial review. She made no attempt at helping me and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by calling. From other 1 star reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who has experienced this behaviour. I’m not really sure how a review is an attack on a small business when I am posting my honest review of my experience dealing with your establishment. Very disappointing to see RMT massage is booked until October, 6 months away. Don’t offer something if you can’t provide an appointment within half a year.

Expérience fantastique: I highly recommend Reflexology by Matilda. She is skilled, experienced, and I leave a session feeling calm and relaxed. Her reflexology has helped with my tension headaches. It is a fabulous experience. I cannot say enough good things about her service.

Expérience positive: Started visiting this location because I’m postpartum and nursing my child and would like to try holistic medicine to achieve some goals. Booking appointments has been easy and the staff are very attentive. I was even called back from being on a waitlist and seen earlier than anticipated. Dr. Bouros is very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I enjoyed our phone conversation and further booked into see her in person. The only thing that has been a bit difficult was that direct billing wasn’t an option and I’ve had to claim it separately, and a month later it’s still in process. Highly recommend this location and Dr.Bouros though. I think she’s worth it!

I am super impressed. I've seen a naturopath before and it wasn't a positive experience. Dr. Bouros is so different and I will continue to see her.

Expérience fantastique: The nutritionist is the best I have ever worked with. She takes all the time you need to listen in a non-judgemental way. She formulates an educated plan after a detailed consultation and tests and it works. I wish I hadn’t waited to see her so long.

Replying To your comment 25 minutes behind is when you called out asking where I went. again the point of an appointment is to be on time. Are you going to pay for my time missed at work waiting for your late staff. Show up for something 25 minutes later and see how accommodating people are.

She is knowledgeable, so nonjudgmental about any questionable tattoos one may have had the misfortune of getting and over and above everything, did a fantastic job. She used the full hour, I didn't feel rushed in the least, she listens and her neck massage is wow! I didn't want to leave!! The admin Erin was so welcoming. She was bright and cheerful and made me feel welcome. I'll be booking in with the Chiropractor too. It's a beautiful space, clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: Love this clinic! I have seen Catherine, Shauna and Sara for massage therapy. Each of them treat slightly different but seem to know exactly what my body needs depending on the day and where my problem areas are. The therapists are very professional and knowledgeable. The clinic was spotless and I felt very safe with the protocols they have in place for Covid-19. I would highly recommend trying them out. Book ahead as they book up fast!

Expérience négative: Very disappointing and unprofessional service. My appt was cancelled 30 minutes before, by email, without any explanation. I had to call and leave a message asking why. When i was called back the person told me the RMT wanted to start later today (?) and may call me to reschedule. When i asked if the person on the phone was the manager she said no but wouldn't offer up the manager/owner's name...and then proceeded to be condescending. I won't be going there for anything..

She offered several treatment options, to ensure that I had choices I was comfortable with. She provided written guidelines and instructions as a take away and then followed up with some helpful information in an email the same evening. So pleased to find such a caring and knowledgeable Naturopathic Dr. in our community.

I started to see Kirsten last October when I was looking for help to lose weight in a healthy realistic way. The previous years, I worked on two degrees, and with the busy life, came the convenience of fast food and on the go type meals, which unfortunately meant I was at my heaviest weight ever. When I got engaged last summer, I knew I didn’t want to be that weight and sought out Kirsten to help. I am a picky eater, so most mainstream diets just don’t work for me. Kirsten focused all my meal planning and suggestions towards food I actually like. When my work schedule changed drastically, she adjusted my meal plan schedule to what worked for my new schedule and lifestyle, which really helped me stay on track. The other reason I sought out Kirsten, was not just for weight loss, but to feel better overall. After experiencing years of gastrointestinal issues and feeling nauseous on a daily basis, I knew I needed a real change. Kirsten worked at a very individualized level for what MY body needed. It was the best thing I have done, because I have not felt this well and healthy in years, and I have to give thanks to Kirsten for all the help and nonjudgmental encouragement. I was able to lose approx. 25-30lbs, and gained my confidence back. And she also got me to quit drinking Pepsi, which I thought was an impossible task! Overall, a great experience going to Whole Body Wellness. Love the easy online booking, and the receptionist is always friendly. I will definitely continue to use these services.

Expérience fantastique: I am a returning customer and willing to travel (from Surrey) in order to experience the amazing massages from Sarah and acupuncture treatment from Kai. I walk through the door, immediately feel relaxed and welcome in this wonderful place. I have M.S. and I have found the staff are so knowledgeable, understanding and caring. My balance and walking have changed (due to MS) which creates a lot of pain in my back which have been addressed through massage and acupuncture and what a great help this has been! My next visit will be to the check out my feet with Dr. Sean Exley in order to think about orthotics. I love that everything I need can be found in one wonderful place. I have experienced foot pain for several months and have not been able to get rid of it. After my treatment with Nina the foot pain was completely gone. Her technique and knowledge in the industry is easily recognized. She has a real caring for people and went above and beyond by also giving me ongoing recommendations to ensure my pain doesn't come back. I highly recommend Nina to anyone that wants to get rid of pain in their body or simply wants to have an hour of relaxation. She simply is the best therapist I have every had and I am grateful for having met her and spending the time and money for her treatment. Expérience fantastique: I went in to see Kai, the acupuncturist, for pain management and was amazed at the level of success he had in diminishing my back pain and I am booked in for more sessions. I would highly recommend this clinic for its professionalism and care!

By the time I tried this therapy first time I was at the point of my life when I thought I was losing control over my body. For some reason it has decided to have a life on its own which felt like a malfunctioning mechanism most of the time. Surprisingly, I have quickly regained the ownership back thanks to the magic hands of Nina Gart, the hot stone therapist, and healing energy of stones she uses. The invigorating effect of the treatment is truly amazing and I can live my life to the fulliest again. Above all, the Body Health and Wellness place offers a really nice and warm atmosphere combined with the high professionalism of people working there. It's now my go-to wellness facility. Expérience fantastique: I went in to Whole Body Wellness to receive the Hot Rock Massage treatment by Nina. I go for massages quite regularly at various places and can honestly say I have never enjoyed a massage as much, nor received as much benefit from one, as I did and I will definitely be going back. It was so very relaxing, and the combination of massage and warm (not hot) rocks is amazing. You leave any tension in the room behind you when you when its over and I slept like a baby that night....thank you Nina. And congratz to Whole Body Wellness for opening such a lovely, and much needed wellness clinic, here in Maple Ridge.
