Negative experience: More notice required when making changes to appointments. I drove into Orillia for appointment, was 10 minutes early and picked up a voicemail that they needed to change my appointment. My VM clearly indicates the best way to reach me is by TEXT or EMAIL - no text or email received. My schedule for that day could not accomodate this change - so they effectively cancelled it. A trip into Orillia for nothing, a wasted hour and no response to my follow up email expressing concern. Is this a way to treat customers?

Fantastic experience: I have seen multiple practitioners at Milller Health including one chiropractor, 4 massage therapists and one physiotherapist. They have all been incredible. Very professional and they have all really helped me with my musculoskeletal issues. My plantar fasciitis, for instance, is almost conpletely healed. I also really like their book online feature as it's easy to find a time that fits with my schedule. Thanks for all of your hard work!

Fantastic experience: Danielle Quinto is the RMT you NEED. Since I found her, my muscles (etc) have been ever so thankful. I'm more comfortable performing tasks, and I even sleep better! I hope to be a lifelong client :) Additionally, working with Keenu has made my physiotherapy journey successful and enjoyable - I've surpassed my own expectations, and my recovery work has been far more tolerable than anticipated, as he breaks everything down into manageable steps and goals. He's extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic in his support. I know I'm not the easiest patient in the world, but he always makes me feel comfortable and confident. All other Miller Health staff are friendly and professional as well. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: I’ve seen 2 separate physio therapists (for separate issues), a massage therapist and a chiropractor at Miller Health. All the practitioners and staff have been great. While my chiro was on mat leave I booked in with another chiro for a treatment (same issue I’ve been receiving treatment for). After my appointment, I was advised that the practitioner had increased my rate as they hadn’t seen me before. I have never had this experience in over 25 years of seeing and working for various chiropractors. A chiropractor should be able to take mat leave and have their patients cared for, without their patients having to incur extra costs. I have a chart, and likely a very detailed one. I suspect this is a policy of the clinic, and if so is very disappointing as that doesn’t support practitioners or patients during a maternity leave, and only the interest of making money. Also, if this is a policy, I suggest this is relayed to the patient PRIOR to the treatment. Sadly I won’t be coming back.

Fantastic experience: Miller Health has been nothing but great. I have seen multiple members of the care team including chiropractic, massage, physio, and pelvic floor physio. Ally really helped me through back pain I was having before and during my pregnancy. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and comforting. I am now working with Kristina the pelvic floor physiotherapist postpartum. Her kind and gentle approach has been wonderful and I am very confident in her knowledge and expertise in this area. The front desk staff are always very friendly and easy to work with. The clinic itself is modern and clean. I am very pleased with all the care I have received at Miller Health!

Fantastic experience: I started physio about 14 weeks ago with Keenu, to help heal a lower back and left hip injury, and it has helped greatly. I feel both areas are about 90% healed now. It's been a long journey, but well worth it. Keenu really knows his discipline. As well, he is patient, listens well to my feedback, and is caring and supportive which has really helped me to persevere with the exercises necessary to promote healing.

Fantastic experience: I went to Muller Health after a fall at work, causing injury to both my arms . They dealt with WSIB for me, lessening my stress. Exercised were gauged to my level of pain and PT Gwilliams was very encouraging and enthusiastic.
