Fantastic experience: My daughter & I had our first visits today. I typically have pretty major dentist anxiety but today was the most relaxed I've ever felt at the dentist. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is very warm & calming. Every staff member we spoke to was pleasant and helpful. Everyone was wonderful about explaining each process to us and ensuring we were comfortable all the way through the visit.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best dentist I have ever been to. I had to have a crown on a broken tooth and a small replacement filling. All the staff went over and beyond to make sure u was comfortable the entire time. I am extremely nervous of the dentist and they acknowledged my concerns and I was prescribed a medication to help this. I will be going back for any other treatments and will never go anywhere else. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Princess Dental Clinic as the absolute best in Brandon . Thank you

Fantastic experience: My experience was awesome. The staff are friendly and I was told exactly what to expect with each treatment I was having. I had concerns with how my replacing old fillings was to be performed. I am a bit claustrophobic and the device that is usually used made me very anxious. When I explained this to the dentist and her assistant , they immediately came up with another option. All went well. I would definitely recommend Princess Dental.

Fantastic experience: I’m a highly anxious dental patient at the best of times. Never mind being in the throes of 8/10 pain for days on end away from home and so much uncertainty around potential outcomes and costs. The princess dental team were kind empathetic and understanding of the situation and worked to get me in to see one of their hygienists and dentists to evaluate cause options and course of treatment. Had I know of the teams kindness and If I had been thinking more clearly and less anxiously i would have gone in sooner and completed the full treatment plan here rather than having to wait till I get back to Alberta. I without hesitation recommend Princess dental and am confident in my assumption that the above would apply to any of the professionals you’ll encounter there. It is clear that Princess Dentals team of professions truly embody a care and compassion centred approach and I can’t speak highly enough of that or express my appreciation for their efforts. Time and compassion.

Positive experience: I like a lot of people having a irrational hate of the dentist or any medical appointments. The first time that I came as a patient after a long hiatus from the dentist they didn't judge and made great effort to make me less uncomfortable plus have remembered the very random lists of I hate and will leave if you do it things for the next appointment. They're also very good at explaining what needs to be done or what would be optimal to do but not strictly necessary. Only negative, besides wishing that they weren't necessary is On some occasions they are more expensive than my insurance thinks they should cost mostly due them going above and beyond for comfort, (Putting a numbing cream on before you get freezing needles not something that's covered according to my insurance)

Fantastic experience: I wish I would of made this jump to go to princess dental years ago. I have a huge fear of the dentist and everything involved with them, amd for the 5 plus years I have not even gone to one. If you are wanting a welcoming, peaceful respectful environment this is the place to go. They have welcomed me with open arms, and are very patient with me and all of the anxiety/fear that I have towards the dentist. In just one appointment, the hygienist I had worked at my pace and was very good when i needed a break and would give me encouragement through out the appointment. She was able to get my teeth looking better than ever and has slowly begun to change my views regarding the dentist, it will take a bit but this is one step in the right direction.

I never leave with any soreness and am no longer scared to visit the dentist! Went 9 years without going because I always had sore gums after a cleaning but now that I go to Princess Dental I'm there twice a year! Definitely recommend!

The ladies at the front, the payment gals, the assistants, hygienists and Dentist Nathan were all very professional, approachable and made me feel at ease. I’ve never had freezing work and this time I didn’t even feel the needle. The ambiance reminded me of a spa. I think you have an outstanding group of talented and experienced professionals. Great business model. My coworkers recommended princess dental and some coworkers wives travel from Winnipeg just for your clinic. I also wanted to highlight how efficient and seamless the operation seems. Staff communicates incredibly effectively and operations via technology that has been implemented seems to have greatly decrease patient wait times! Couldn’t recommend your clinic more. Expect to see me again for a cleaning. I also want to thank the entire team for accommodating my cracked teeth so urgently. I was seen the same day I called when I cracked numerous teeth apart, and they were all repaired the following day. My teeth look great! My front tooth was also chipped and the dentist and hygienist shaped my teeth to be levelled off. Chicklet teeth no more! For anyone looking for Invisalign they off that as well, I asked the team about correcting some spacing in my front teeth since I’ve lost my retainer from my teenage years)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Princess Dental over 9 years and they have been a game changer. I use to have a high level of anxiety surrounding the dentist and would outright avoid going. Eventually that caught up with me and I needed to see a dentist and went to Princess Dental. After my first visit, my anxiety around dentistry immediately lessened. I am so comfortable with Princess Dental I no longer avoid the dentist and experience minimal anxiety. Even after moving to a different community we have stayed and now bring our children there. Our children love going to Princess Dental, just the other day they went in for a routine cleaning and my son said “I love this place!” as we walked in the door. I am so appreciative to Princess Dental for the role they play in fostering a positive relationship with dental care and my children. All their staff are exceptional and I absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Heather, dental hygienist, was very good. She had a gentle touching have usually found a Cleaning to be more painful. I was also able to work in a complete review which wasn’t scheduled, including X-rays and dentist review.

Fantastic experience: First appointment. Things went smoothly, and thoroughly. Impressive reception, and office area. Kind, and welcoming staff. I liked that I was able to watch Netflix from the dental examination chair. Nice perk.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful new space that is fresh, bright and clean! Staff are so welcoming and kind right from the first person who greets you through to the end of your time there. They really listen to you, take their time, and focus on how you feel about your teeth and smile. I am so glad I switched!! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I went there with my 2 yr old, very active, son. We both had appointments; and during my checkup they occupied my little one! That was totally unexpected, but wholly appreciated. And he had a blast; and is excited to go back to the “tooth doctor”.

Fantastic experience: I am not a fan of dental work however I found my crown procedure yesterday was a very good experience. Everyone involved way very kind and professional. Everything was explained and my needs were taken into consideration. I have had a crown prior at a different dental office and found the more modern processes yesterday were much better. It was great having the whole process done in one day.

Fantastic experience: I have had not so good experiences with dentists in the past and it has always been a source of fear and anxiety for me. My family and I are new patients at Princess Dental and I don't think we'll ever leave. They are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and create a comfortable safe space which makes going to the dentist so much easier. This was my young children's first visit and they absolutely LOVED it. They were a bit nervous but excited before and once we got there they were completely at ease. They didn't show any sign of being nervous or unsure and had a blast and said they can't wait to come back again. Princess Dental made sure my children's experiences were nothing like mine and for that I am extremely grateful. They also made me feel safe and welcome and talked through everything and were supportive of my dentist anxiety. Even though its still not my favorite thing, I am more comfortable at the dentist than I have ever been. I highly, highly recommend Princess Dental to anyone looking for Dental care, especially kiddos starting out and anyone who experiences discomfort/anxiety of the dentist. They are an amazing group and am incredibly happy to be a patient there.

I discovered that Princess Dental have very good reviews and rating so I decided to register there. The online registration process was easy. I had my first appointment at the clinic today and I had a good experience. I am glad that I chose to register there. The staff are courteous, friendly and professional. Additionally, the clinic is neat with a good ambiance.

It was an emergency and I needed a root canal and my dentist Dr v or Nathan was so helpful and fast and accommodating and very very knowledgable and my dental assistant was very kind and made me feel comfortable! They were able to squeeze me in short notice and got rid of my pain. I'm so thankful and thankful that Im switching dentist to princess dental!

There was a small miscommunication with front desk and it is sometimes hard to get in touch with them- but I imagine it’s because they are so busy from open to close. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I went in for a teeth cleaning and the girl dremelled half of one of my teeth away. It not only looks worse but has been sore everyday for over a year now. I made a complaint two times and was looked at like I intentionally was trying to cause a problem for no other reason than to be difficult. Never got a call back or apology. The guy that works there is fantastic but be careful about the younger lady. She did what she wanted and left me with a dying ugly tooth. I'll never go back.

Negative experience: You go for the amazing Dr's and dental hygienists. You leave from rude front office staff. My complaints on front office staff: 1. They do not own up to their mistakes - they accidentally charged me the wrong amount at my last appointment. Blamed me saying I should know that a dental bill should be more expensive then 51.00. 2. When I spoke to them last month about my upcoming appointment and paying the bill I was on the phone for more then 15 mins. and the receptionist said she would call me back on how to rectify my bill, as I have no credit card, live out of town and work the hr. they are opened . They never called me back. They told me today, I hung up on them. 3. Not sure why it took them 5 months to tell me I could just etransfer the money. Paid the bill today knowing that. 4. This is not their 1st time they have messed up I had to wait for my money back one time because they had insurance send it to them and still charged me the full amount. But she couldn't find that in her file. Please let me show you the check deposit. If you do not have to deal with the receptionist or the accountants I highly recommend this place but since the front office staff can not take ownership for their actions, lie and choose not to work with you. I will not be returning and she did not seem to mind today.

Fantastic experience: We just moved to Brandon. Most of our workmates recommended Princess Dental to us. We filled up our info online and we got the call within a week and booked us for an initial check up. I appreciate the transparency presented to me as a client. From the priority needs, to the costs, and also and most importantly, that they I do not feel ignorant on what I need to do. My questions were addressed and the procedures were made clear to me. The receptionists and dental assistants are very welcoming and polite. The dentist makes you feel at ease and I am confident that he knows what he is doing. The receiving area is cozy. The whole experience as a patient feels premium. I also like the text reminders before the appointment. Overall, I trust Princess Dental to take care of my family's dental health.
