Fantastic experience: I had a great experience getting my regular pap smear today at MMC. I initially reached out via their website and then was sent the link to fill out the intake forms - I was lucky to have an appointment booked within a few days of filling them out. Everyone I came into contact with from start to finish was super pleasant and easy to communicate with, and the clinic is super nice and informative inside. I’ll continue coming here in the future. The physician I saw spent a lot of time with me to help understand and address my concerns. This is a very safe and non-judgemental space where women can go to make informed health decisions.

Positive experience: They were running a bit behind but Dr. Heydari apologized and was lovely once I got in to see her. She took the time to answer my questions and share her expertise. She was very personable and up to date on the science and research which I appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I had visited MAUD before Covid regarding some issues I’d been having and all the doctors were very helpful, informative and solved my problem at the time. Recently, I’d been having a hard time trying to align my schedule with my family doctor for over four months to get a Pap test done as I was due for one. Although I had considered going to a walk-in, I had given up. Two weeks ago, MAUD sent me an email with interesting facts about women and Pap test along with a reminder that I was due for one. I filled out the online forms and within two days was contacted, booked and in for my Pap test. This place is very welcoming, non-judgemental, full of information dedicated to women and their health, and they even have a cute gift shop to browse while you wait! Thanks team MAUD!

Fantastic experience: Danielle has been guiding me through an intentional change in my diet to reduce joint pain related to my autoimmune disease and to improve my mental health. We started in June and I just finished the program. The accountability of having regular check-ins and the practical recipes and snacks were crucial in helping me to be successful. She helped me to make big nutritional changes and to find ways to continue to eat and not feel hungry. My joint pain has reduced from severe to mild and my mental health symptoms have also been greatly reduced. Although it wasn't my main goal, I am also happy to have lost 20 pounds slowly over the past few months. I am going to continue to try to maintain these changes and will follow up with Danielle so that I feel accountability to keep me on track. I highly recommend Danielle for accountability and guidance with nutrition changes!
